I called Abe at Xclusive Auto Leasing around 11am and within 6 minutes he had already given me a price on the exact car I wanted. No "I'll call you back later" -- straight to the point and transparent from the start. I told him I had a trade-in and the highest offer I got anywhere else was $19,000. He asked me to send him a video of the car, and shortly after he texted me back saying he could do $19,500. We worked out a deal on a $98,000 car for $1,128/month for 24 months with only the first month due at signing. I asked if he could roll my negative equity into the lease and he said absolutely. Payment went to about $1,250/month with just the first month out of pocket. I told him we had a deal and to get me the car. Then around 3pm he calls me and says, "Listen, I can get you the $106,000 car for only $10 more a month." I literally told him, "Why are you even asking? Just do it." By 3:15pm he sent me the credit app. By 3:30pm I was approved and already had the VIN to put insurance on the car. The next day the car was delivered right to my house. He told me it would arrive between 3-5pm and it showed up at 2:55pm. We signed everything in under 10 minutes, they took my trade, transferred my plates, and my old car was paid off within a couple of days. This guy is the real deal. No games, no wasting time, no nonsense. I dealt with Abe years ago and he was always on point. Now yes ...my fault for not getting his last name but I work in an emergency room so I was a bit busy when I called regarding my car. Regardless I'm sitting at the dealership and I haven't been able to speak with any of the 3 Michael's and the covering manager is saying they do not give out loaners for a screen malfunction even though supposedly it may take days to fix. Excuse me???!?!! The car has 3000 miles on it. It's 3 months old and I'm supposed to leave the car and go pay to rent a car???? What kind of service is this??? I've been driving 35 years and I've never encountered this situation. Are you freaking kidding me?? Now my original salesperson has stepped in and they say they are looking at the car and hopefully they can fix it within an hour. I'll let you know the resolution of this but if this is how they treat customers I want to say stay AWAY from this place. I'll update you once I leave. Ok. They definitely redeemed themselves. Not only Mr Popo who was my salesman but also the general manager Michael. Mr Popo made sure I left with everything working in my car and the manager Michael called to apologize and ensure everything was corrected.
