I had to visit this 5 times before I could actually get fingerprinted!!!! Wasted hours of my time!!!! First time I went to a location to be told they can't do my kind of fingerprinting. They directed me to another location double checking the locations hours. I drove across town to the other location and found it closed when i arrived with a paper sign saying it's hours had changed. I checked online and the hours online did not match. Third time I went during said hours to be told that I need an appointment. No where on the website does it say appointment required! This company is the biggest joke. My wife & I walked into a location to get printed, they told us we had to go through their system to get scheduled to be printed. Did so online and were directed to another location 5 miles away, yet nobody was at the location we were at. Set appointment for another time and got printed, they did not send prints to state. I am now told that I have to pay, yet again, for another set of prints. This company should be shut down. read more

Identogo in Montgomery, AL is not reccommended for TSA renewal. Make an appointment and they cancel. Currently their appointment on line system does not work. They claim a "technical" problem. I rarely write reviews but this business is above and beyond for what I needed. For a new license in another state, I had to get fingerprinted using the FD-258 card so I could mail it in. I made an appointment online, was able to come in (15 minutes early to my appt.) on a Saturday, was instantly greeted and was out in less than 10 minutes. They were extremely efficient and professional and I would use them again. read more

I was here end of last summer. I got promoted in some work 1.5 yrs ago. Suddenly I have spurts of a lot of travelling to do. On one of my travels, a colleague highly recommended I get a TSA pre-screen pass (or whatever it's called), and the whys. Her whys were shorter lines, anyone can get one, and you don't have to take your shoes off. On seeing Trump's rise at the time, and his awful language towards all kinds of people, I thought it best to get this pass bc I'd be in line for less time and so less opportunity to be harassed by anyone of his ilk, or "just following orders" of mayhem. I paid the nearly $100 (at the time) for this TSA pass for personal safety reasons. Originally, I had planned to make an appointment, but ended up just dropping in. The office people were remarkably nice (a friendly atmosphere), and the process was speedy. I got my pass in what seemed like just a few days. I've been very happy I got it. read more

Came here at my appointment time of 11:50 and waited for them , then had them tell me they close at 12 for lunch and I have to reschedule ( very rude like they got some serious personal issues ). I requested the report be sent to the court house to be placed in my records. They never received it. I called 'IdentoGO', they say it was email to me. When I asked why it was email to me, they reported because I had listed it on my application. My application was request to be fingerprinted not where I needed the report to go. I called local TxDPS and again they say it was emailed to me and only good for 14 days. Worse yet, it would have been from 'adb.fast'..... why would it be sent from such an odd address and only good for 14 days? So now, I have to drive 55 miles AGAIN and pay AGAIN to get my fingerprint report. It appears this is a very unjust scam. Its a shame, I pay for a report, never received it and now I have to do it again. read more

I have been here twice for finger printing and tsa precheck. The first time I was here I signed in on the wrong clipboard and when I was finally called they told me I signed in on the wrong clipboard and subsequently placed me at the end of the other line. The 2nd time I came, I signed in on the right clipboard but had to wait 20 minutes after my actual appointment time before I was called. I think overall the customer service at this place is terrible. The workers look and act like they hate their jobs Would it kill them to smile? Probably yes now that I think about it. I went to IdentoGO in San Diego for a Pre-TSA interview. Well they provided me the wrong address. The original location had a sign on the door saying it had moved, but didn't say the new address. Found their number online and after calling cycling through numerous menus a nice woman told me where it was. I drove there and informed them about the problem; the receptionist dismissed it like she couldn't care less. She tried to blame it on the TSA - hey, all the emails I received with the address were from IdentoGO, not the TSA. The woman who took my info was also bossy and had a bad habit of grabbing my hand during the fingerprinting because she couldn't articulate how to use the scanner. IdentoGO is terrible - try to find someplace else! read more

Wha-ha-howwww, this place is amazing. We should have read John P. & Tammy N's reviews before heading over here. We were referred here by DPS to get fingerprinting done. After going to their online system to book our appointment (http://www.l1enrollment.com/state/?st=tx), I thought it was weird that there were no telephone numbers for the onsite locations. But, since they had a pretty detailed booking system, I shrugged it off, and we just went ahead with it. Welllll, first, as the other survivors mentioned, you can't find the place. So of course we tried to find a number to call, but oh! There was no number. We called the toll-free number off their site, and after speaking with the customer service rep for a few minutes (she never found our appointment or tried to contact the shop on our behalf), all she said was, "well they have a 10 minute window, so just tell them that you talked to customer service." By this point we finally found the place, unmarked as others said, and were 10 minutes late. The extra-happy lady (sarcasm) up front said, "We close in 5 minutes. Do you have a check or money order? You gonna have to come back after 2p." Luckily I wasn't the only one in the place, as I am sure a string of expletives in a rather unpleasant voice would have followed out of my mouth. After all this hassle with the online booking, the less-than-useful customer service rep, and the diva at the front, they couldn't tell me this information before hand (ie, that it was a unmarked storefront, that there was a lunch closing time (who the heck does that anymore?!), and that they won't accept cash or credit card at the facility). Instead, we just turned around, and walked right out of this mess. We already wasted an hour's time, but hey, let's not put icing on the cake by finishing up the experience here. Luckily, after calling HPD (and calling about 5 other directed numbers after that), we arrived at the Houston Permitting Center off Memorial and Washington right before you enter downtown. Go there. When checking in I apologized for being late to the woman at the front (black bob hairstyle) saying I had an appointment at 1150 but I'm a little late (1157) cause I got into an accident. Her response "a lot late." WALKED OFF. The only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because another woman (a petite Hispanic woman, wish I caught her name) said she'd get me in and out quick. Embarrassing for the State of Missouri... I have tried to get my finger prints done FOUR separate times and it still is not done. I've wasted money on babysitters and countless hours. 1) Was told I could walk into a location but upon arrival was told that they don't do walk-ins. 2) They cancelled on me an hour before but sent an email and never called or texted until 2.5 hours after the appointment. 3) Called ahead to schedule an appointment and was told 'because you're already in the system we can't schedule you and that I'll need to walk in.' and told a location was open for walk-ins but upon Arrival was told they only did walk-ins the following. 4) Tried walking in again and the system was down so they could take me. 5) ???? Scheduled for Thursday. Look forward to seeing how they screw this one up. read more

I registered and scheduled a time slot. I showed up on the day, 10 minutes early for my appointment, and they had no record of me on the schedule. They told me I had to go away and schedule again. The reason I'm getting finger printed in the first place is so that I can substitute teach to feed my family. I will now not be able to do that for another two weeks. read more

Very difficult to find this location. The front staff is very rude and has no real desire to help. They simply want to herd you through. Recommend staying away. If you do come here arrive at least 15-20 minutes in advance since it's hard to find and there's no real number to call. The seats are comfortable. read more

We scheduled appointments to get our TSE Pre done. We went to the location at 322 North Shore Drive in Pittsburgh, PA where we met Pam. Pam could not get any of the equipment to work taking an hour and multiple tries to get mine to work. After struggling with my husband's Birth Certify unsuccessfully for at least 1/2 hour, my husband stated that he would go to his office (about 2 miles away) and come back with his Birth Certificate. Pam told him that was fine and that he could come back as a walk in. When he returned, She refused to acknowledge him 3 times as she took others from the waiting room and he was unable to get his TSE pre that day. AWFUL service, technically incompetent. We will NOT return to this location or any other identgo location. read more

Had a very easy and efficient visit here with about 7 other guys from my team. I had everyone come early and the ladies working that day saw all of us immediately. We even had one guy that had failed to make an appointment, but they got his livescan done as well. I thought I would be here for quite some time with the amount of guys we needed to get fingerprinted, but it didn't take very long at all. They allowed me to stay in back as everyone was doing their fingerprinting so I could pay for each one. read more

i only gave one star because zero wasn't an option! this is a new contract for the state of Missouri, we've had nothing but trouble with their website- it takes you in circles and gets nowhere! the "customer service" number has a menu with 10,000 options and none for the state of Missouri. when you do get a "real person" they aren't able to help because they're so limited, they transfer you to another menu that doesn't have the option you're looking for. our ministry is losing volunteers because of how inefficient and frustrating this system is. if only there were another choice.... read more

I went to this location twice for fingerprinting. I read all the previous reviews, and here's my general idea about the place and also about the rest of the reviews. 1. As you can see in other reviews, finding the place is kinda tricky, but since you have read the other reviews, now it's gonna be easy for you to find it. 2. Both of the times I went to this location for fingerprinting, I was done very quickly, so if they are not unusually busy, you won't have to wait for too long. 3. They were very friendly and nice to me (and when I talked to them, it seemed to me that almost all of the staff were new, and I thought this was why I had a different experience compared to others who had gone there long time ago). 4. They don't accept cash or cards (only personal checks or money order) which is a little strange, but remember to take your checkbook with you and you'll be fine. In a nutshell, I have no experience with other fingerprinting places, but this place seems to me a perfectly good location to do the job. read more

Fingerprints were going to Austin for CHL paperwork that was already completed. They sent the fingerprints digitally to the state. Didn't have to do a thing. After 2 years of having our states contract, I am so disappointed with Identigo! I went to the 1820 McLaughlin Run road site, aka upper st Clair police department and they had no idea how to do something as easy as take a name and create a sign in sheet. I waited 2 hours and then was told I wasn't on their list and they weren't accepting walkins. Identity should not have my states contract and the service was 100% unacceptable by any business standard! I ended up being sent to 4607 Library road location and company was Back Office Plus and they knew exactly what they were doing! Do not go to any other location in Pittsburgh but 4607 Library rd location of you will spends hours waiting! read more

I had a scheduled appointment with this establishment for over a month. The day finally comes for me to go and have my fingerprints taken to complete the final step in the process to obtain my CHL's. I took off of work early because I work in an entirely different county than the Arlington TX location. When I arrive, the young lady there asks my name and time of my appointment, after which, she informs me that I was "one of the ones who had to be rescheduled". She went onto say that several individuals had been overbooked and there was not enough time to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately, I WAS NEVER CONTACTED AND THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT MY SCEHDULED TIME!!!!!!! Livid is an understatement. I wanna remind you all that I took off from work early and had to drive to an entirely different county than where I work (Johnson) to make this appointment (mid day). All I received was a "I'm sorry ma'am, here is their business card to try and reschedule and possibly receive a discount on our services for the next time". UNACCEPTABLE!!!! To add insult to injury, I immediately contacted your customer service # @ 844-321-2124. I explained what had just happened to me, again, an apology and an attempt to reschedule my appointment. No one could understand why I had not been contacted properly to reschedule my appointment today (email address and phone number verified against what was in your system and it checked out), prior to the actual appointment. Finally, when I could not tie down an appointment that wasn't miles away from my home, I was instructed NOT to reschedule through their Arlington TX office.....you want to know why? THEY WERE PREPARING TO CLOSE DOWN THE OFFICE DUE TO SOMEONE HAVING COVID-19. NOT THAT IT WAS CLOSED ALREADY AND CUSTOMERS WERE BEING DIVERTED, RATHER "IT WAS PREPARING TO CLOSE". THERE WERE 5 CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING MYSELF) WHEN I ARRIVED, (2 WERE COMPLAINING OF THE SAME ISSUE I HAD WITH THEIR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELLED UNBEKNOWST TO THEM AND 2 OTHERS WERE WAITING TO BE SEEN). ALL THE WHILE POSSIBLY BEING EXPOSED TO COVID-19. After reading the many negative reviews, I was nervous going into my TSA Pre-Check appointment. However, my experience was excellent and efficient from start to finish. I had a 2pm appointment today but arrived almost 30 minutes early due to light traffic. The people at the front could not have been nicer and the lady that helped me took me right back and processed my application immediately. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes - done before my actual appointment time even arrived. I can't vouch for others' experiences but mine was excellent. read more

First of all, good luck trying to find this place (814 Paoli Pike, West Chester PA.) GPS directed me to the address, but I could not believe I was in the right spot - a sketchy house-type building, identified as Five Points Insurance. Silly me - amidst the insurance and tags/title identifiers, I somehow missed the TINY blue sticker on the door with IdentoGo signage. Worse, trying to make a contact to ask for directions or say that I was going to be late for my appointment proved futile. I had to spend several minutes navigating through a robotic menu (for the state of New York, press 1, Texas, press 2.....you get the idea.) Finally reached a live person who said that even they were not given phone numbers to contact the individual locations. Then there was the actual experience: the guy who took my prints hates his life. Very frustrated that he couldn't get my prints - cursing the whole time - finally wrote down "medical condition" as to the reason for failure. Then he called in another "technician" to try - that one asked me what kind of medical condition I had that made me unprintable. Lol, none that I know of, but I guess that's what the guy-who-hates-his-life writes down when he can't get the prints. In the end, I left and most likely the prints will be rejected, and my secret of sanding off my fingertips will be exposed! read more

HUGE waste of time!! Do NOT rely on the information they send you regarding what you need to bring for your appointment. The appointment confirmation they send specifically states two items that you need to bring. A Drivers License and a Social Security Card. I also took my current, unexpired TWIC Card (it expires next month, hence my need to renew). Upon my arrival, I was told in no uncertain terms that it was MY fault that I did not have the documents they required with me. Their document was quite clear, so I showed it to them and asked them t point out on THEIR appointment confirmation what documents I was required to bring. Of course, they tell me the document is not correct, but it is THEIR DOCUMENT! So, now i have to dig up the additional paperwork they want and make ANOTHER appointment, and HOPEFULLY get renewed before my TWIC expires next month. I am REALLY at a loss to understand why a CURRENT TWIC card is not sufficient to renew a TWIC card ?!?! I mean, isn't it kind of OBVIOUS that I already passed the background screening? Doesn't' the fact that I can also produce a current "real ID" driver's license and a social security card as well as a VA card and a DD-214? All the documents I needed to produce to get my "real ID" Driver's license a few months ago. This incompetence bureaucracy at it's finest. Blaming ME because I didn't have the documents THAT THEY NEVER TOLD ME I NEEDED-is just the icing on the cake.
