Also there were lots of boxes and broken computers just kind of laying around everywhere, but we were desperate and needed a quick fix. It's been a few days since getting the screen replaced and we've noticed that when next to a normal iPhone looking at the exact same images, the colors are a lot different and not as detailed. Also it's been flashing and went black for a few seconds. Really disappointed but not confident we could get a refund, or would even want further repairs from this establishment.

On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

If they're so confident the product is fine, then the issue has to be in how they're storing or handling these screen protectors before selling them -- because mine was defective right out of the box. They offered no real solution, no replacement, no refund -- nothing but attitude. For a business that claims to care about customers, they sure don't act like it. "No refunds" doesn't mean you can sell broken merchandise and then blame the customer. I'll be reporting this to California consumer authorities because this place clearly has no accountability or integrity. Avoid this kiosk unless you like wasting your money and being talked down to.

They charged $129.99+tax for replacing it with a non-Apple battery while (i found out later) Apple only charged $99.99 Apple also provides 1 year warranty vs the shop's 30 days. The 'new' battery while performs better than my old one, it's not quite up to my expectations as one charge is good for around 12 hours (on energy saving mode). One more thing, when checked out, they solicited tips for their work which I turned down but nonetheless left a bad taste in my mouth.
