No where states that estimates are for 30 days. Called today to schedule and was told it was more than double now $300 due to tariffs and that my estimate is only good for 30 days. They stated it was in the email and text I received. I had them send me the text again and surprise no 30 days estimate in fine print. Also they stated since I didn't buy from them what are they gaining. You would have gained a customer and going forward I would have bought future truck accessories from you instead of going online.

The quality of the materials is undeniably rugged and durable--the stitching and fabric feel like they could last forever. However, the fit is incredibly frustrating. The sizing seems to run very large and baggy compared to standard men's clothing brands, making it tough to find a good fit without him being there to try everything on in person. It's a good spot if you already know your exact size in this brand, but shopping for someone else here is a guessing game. Yet it was nowhere to be found on the floor. While Vanessa was helping me. Her team associates were in the back and not on the floor. I was told that the store gets hit with people stealing a lot. We had James do a custom job on a refrigerator slider that just wouldn't fit in our Jeep by a smidgen. We had gone to a few other places before we found them with no success. James said no problem and got it done for us at a reasonable price. We decided then that he was our guy from then on. This time we needed to have a roof rack moved from one Jeep to another. Joanna ordered a piece we needed to make it work and coordinated the delivery and install for us. Everything went perfectly and easy peasy as expected. When working with James and Joanna you never get that " do your homework so they don't try to rip me off because I'm female " pit in my stomach. We get to see the flags! Our country let's not forget; aside from politics! Non sense in my opinion! But the staff and community rally together and come and see the flag display here at Bass on Memorial Day. Let our freedom ring and be heard. Thank you to the staff here at Bass for remembering those that served. Generational leadership and dedication to my country have come from those giving their lives to serve me and yours . He patiently answered all my questions on different metal detectors, prospecting equipment, places to look for gold etc etc. I rented Gold Bug on Saturday, so it was mine to play for Saturday and Sunday since they are closed on Sunday. When i asked when is it due back on Monday he said whenever just give us a call and let us know when you're coming. Thats what i did. and since i worked all day Monday, i didnt return it untill 4:45PM which is basically closing time for them. All in All $20 and another hour conversation packed with useful information. I Already have the Whites GMT reserved for this weekend and looking forward to doing more business with Desert Outfitters!

We went up to the front to pay and found the owner and his wife having a conversation with two different people. We stood there at the register for 15 min while they continued with their gabbing. My daughter standing there with money in hand and waiting for service. After standing for another 5 min I started to look around for cameras....thought we might be on some candid camera show or something...It was very obvious they knew we were there and made no attempt to hold their conversation long enough to so we could pay and be on our way. So, after 20 min of standing there , I took the items (@ $60 worth) and placed them back on the shelf. The owner and his wife seen me doing this and still did not make any attempt to give any service and so we left the store. This store is a joke!...they obviously know nothing of service and would rather have you stand there 20 min waiting to give them your money than offer you any service....Save your money and your time and shop elsewhere!...
