I took it to Jims Cornerstone, he had me stay and he looked at what "I" thought might be the issue, told me what it actually was, quoted me, in 1 day I got my H3 back and it was Fixed perfectly..Almost 2 years later NOT 1 ISSUE SINCE TAKING IT TO JIM CORNERSTONE AUTO!!! And magically a persistent leak quit dripping. Jim is super reasonably priced. Jim was recently, I found out, bought out by the City of Meridian, and they low balled him on his property bc they wanted to put a walking path through his property..He wasn't bother anybody being tucked back out of the way..HIS SHOP WAS SUPER CLEAN CLEAN!! After charging me 160 to diagnose that the parts I supplied were actually needed, they changed their minds and said they changed the policy on customer supplied parts several years earlier. Never heard from him again till Friday when I called and asked if my car was ready and they said yes it had been. And I wouldn't be able to pick it up until after they close. So I paid for it over the phone when I got in my car after I started it. First thing I did was push the all-wheel drive button. It didn't work. It just went out. So I left a review and I left the voicemail the following Monday. Kevin called me and said that they would like to make it right with me including giving me a loaner but they didn't have one right now. As soon as they got one they would make it right for me. He has extremely reasonable prices too, so reasonable I actually tipped him a little on top and I recommend you do as well to keep honest mechanics like him around. As for timing, I had messaged him for a quote at around bedtime, and he messaged me back within 30 minutes and was at my house the next morning. 10/10. Very nice guy as well.
