Not only did Adbul help reassemble, he pointed out that using a screw of wrong length could damage the PCB. He did not put few screws for that very reason saying that all would stay together even with fewer screws. Phone has started working. The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed.
