This is my 3rd (4th?) time going to this store over the last 5 or 6 years for various issues with various devices. For me it's always a 5. They get the job done, their explanation is clear, and the price seems fair. I notice that there reviews here tend to be 5s and 1s. That's very weird, isn't it? I hate to cast aspersions on fellow reviewers but I just wonder if their expectations are out of whack? There are things I know they can fix and things I know are unlikely to be easily fixed. Simple screen problems, charging ports always seem to be very fixable. And not only am I always happy, the other customers that I see, picking up their stuff or dropping it off seem quite content. It's hard to review all bad because in the end we did get the phone back fixed but only after having to wait an extra day. They don't inspire trust in any way. Kept telling us they would have the phone ready by afternoon-then it wasn't there and we had to wait another day. It took my husband going to the site and waiting there over an hour while they fixed it. Staff was reasonable to speak to and seemed to want to help but were not the ones in control so could not accurately tell us when this would actually get done. We only have the word of the staff to go on. So when that isn't reliable-there is nothing. Leadership has to do better and figure this out. read more

SCAM! I had my phone screen replaced here in July,, after just a couple of days, the new screen started turning green on the corner. Since I was told the screen came with a warranty, I called and was assured that as long as it wasn't cracked, it should be covered. When I went in, the gentleman who helped me was unnecessarily sarcastic and rude. He even told me the screen was "trash," to which I replied, "Well, it came from you, so I guess you're selling trash screens." Despite the warranty, the only solution offered was for me to pay for another replacement with a $20 discount. Overall, this was a horrible experience. Been given the run around since September 2nd. I do not live close to their store but it's nearby where I workout and the reviews made them seem very trustworthy so I was comfortable having my phone repaired there. I came in September 1st wanting to repair the rear camera of My Google Pixel 7. Confirmed multiple times it was a 7, not 7a or 7pro. Was told that the parts would be ordered and will be received the next day so I can drop my phone off to be repaired. Never got a call September 2nd so I called them and the person over the phone said that the parts haven't come in yet and instead will come September 3rd but they'd call me to let me know once the parts were delivered so I could drop off my phone. Never received a call on the 3rd so I called on the 4th questioning what the status was on the parts they were waiting for. They looked around their store while on the phone with me and told me they received the parts and that I could come in now but that was inconvenient for me so I said I drop my phone off when it was convenient. Visited the store September 8th where a new employee was looking for the parts I was told was delivered and it turns out that the camera parts for a pixel 7 pro was delivered instead. I spoke on the phone with the manager at the store where he said he would overnight the correct parts and if they did not come later that day, it would definitely arrive on Tuesday. Of course, no one reached out to me. I finally called today September 11th, asking to speak to the manager who confirmed that he was. I believe his name was Adam. I immediately tell him that I never received a call about the camera parts for my pixel 7, it's now a week and a half since I made the initial purchase, and I want a refund. He stated that someone named Mohmad was actually the manager and that Adam would have him call me. At this point, I'm frustrated because it's clear that I've been given the run-around. I questioned why Adam stated he was the manager and he said that he was but he was out the last few days. I also questioned if Adam's also a manager, why can't he still speak to me as I did not want to speak to another person and just have a refund processed and he kept telling me he'd have Mohmad call me back and hung up on me. I immediately call back and he does not answer. After this, I file a dispute with my credit card. 20 minutes later, Adam calls me back and asks me what the problem is. I ask him why am I talking to him when Mohmad is supposed to be calling me and he says he was out and he just wants to help fix the problem. I ask him why he hung up on me and he says he didn't hang up on me but he's lying. I also state that I've already filed a dispute with my credit card but he still wants to know the problem so I go over everything I wrote above. He asks if I've already gotten my phone repaired elsewhere which I did not. He kept asking me how much was the cost which was confusing because, he could look that up from his end and then stated that he could give me a discount. I told him I already disputed with my credit card, that I hope they accept the chargeback and that I don't trust them to repair my phone but he's not taking no for an answer. I'm agitated at this point and Adam starts to be patronizing, telling me to calm down and why was I so upset. So I tell him, that I made a purchase 11 days ago, NO ONE ever reached out to me making me reach out to them, that they're dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and I have a family member dying in the hospital currently and I didn't appreciate the run around I had been given when I've been nothing but patient. He started to apologize for my family member in the hospital but I told him to accept the chargeback and hung up on him. I just wish they were honest and communicative with me. Again, I had been very patient but it should not have taken me asking for a refund to try and make things right 11 days after the fact. This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had and would not recommend them. read more

This place is a scam. I was told there was only the original Apple screen replacement on the store, and that the cheaper (not original) one was out of stock. After agreeing to go with the more expensive option, the screen that was replaced into my phone was purposefully switched to a non original one. Colors and shades were clearly off, and display started bugging after a week. I already made a complaint calling the store, but was told the person attending me was not working that day and would only arrive on Monday. Still didn't receive the callback. I am filing a police report with all the evidence, and am just writing this review to inform others to not go here. Also since (ironically) I was asked to leave a good review after they thought they tricked me into paying for something more expensive while delivering a different ("cheaper" but still expensive, low quality) product. read more

Went in with a cracked iPhone screen right at the top of the day thinking I'd have to leave it for a bit. I was told what the cost would be and that it would take about 30 minutes. My phone was done in less than 30 minutes and the price was very fair for the high quality of service that I received. I'm thrilled that my screen is fixed and in such great time. The repair has a 6 month warranty as well. All over thankful for the service and cannot recommend highly enough. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I had absolutely the worst experience here. I came here a few weeks ago to repair my water damaged iPhone. First, it was not fully fixed upon return, with the FaceID not working. I begrudely still paid the full price to get my phone back. Now a few weeks later, the phone stopped working again and they said there was more water damage even though my phone was NEVER near any water. This was supposed to be covered under their warranty, but they want to charge me the full price again. Absolutely shameful way to do business. I cannot not recommend this place enough. read more

If I could give a 0 review I would. Completely unprofessional. I got two iPads fixed that were just cracked screens, it was $600 for the new screens and labor. I felt like that was high, but I was in a hurry so I was okay with that. As soon as I got home with the IPads, the screen on one started glitching out and the second IPad lost the sensor touch on the left side. I went back up there to get the screens fixed a second time from flickering, and had them correct their initial work. Now two days later, the screen on the larger iPad has lost its touch/sensor. I went in to get two cracked screens fixed, and came out with two completely non working, useless iPads. Now I called to just get a refund (because why would i go back a third time when they clearly keep making it worse.) They will not refund me, and instead keep telling me to come back again.... AVOID AVOID. DO NOT get a screen replaced here. Seriously unacceptable quality control at this place. Only leaving this review because I feel forced to - I tried multiple times to speak to the owner / manager of this place and have been completely blown off. I came in to get the screen replaced on my iPhone XS Max, spent around $250 on this + a new battery while I as at it, and immediately the screen had issues. Super sensitive when typing and tapping (in all the wrong ways) causing constant errors, in addition to being visually dim with faded colors. I complained, they offered to replace it, sure. Problem persisted with the other screen and then, to top it off , the screen then just straight up went black while I was using it! I went back in, they put on screen number three, then it was flickering! All while having these same sensitivity issues. And I've had my screen and a battery replaced on this same phone elsewhere, more than once - never any issue like this. The employees in the store have all been polite and were working with what they have, this isn't a knock on them, but I have essentially been refused a refund for these shoddy and BS parts. Not cool, especially given how this is really not all that cheap. read more

I only tried them with a watch screen and it wasn't done well (either labor or material, I don't know) that the watch screen started cracking a month after fix while sitting in a table. I went to fix and even though they acknowledged that these cracks couldn't be by hitting any object, they weren't responsible and wasn't covered under warranty. My advice to anyone going there to fix a watch screen is to buy new watch cheaper, it cost me there over $200 to fix it which i should have just added $100 more and bought a new one. read more

Took my iPhone X here that had a cracked screen and it was pretty expensive to get it fixed. But they assured me it was less than going to the Apple Store. My phone was returned and I was assured everything was working fine. I first started to notice that my phone's connectivity was really slow. I thought it was just because I did an update on the operating system. I also noticed my phone's screen would just go black for no reason and it would take a few seconds for it to go back on. Again, I thought it was a software problem. Then about a month later my screen just completely went black. I could hear text messages and calls coming through I just couldn't see anything. I took it into the apple store because it was covered under warranty and I thought it was possibly a software problem. The apple store popped off the display and said that it was an issue with the way the display was installed and it would have to be replaced. They said there was no water damage or cracks. They suggested calling iFixScreens to see if they would honor their warranty since Apple couldn't cover third party repairs. I called iFixScreens and the person I spoke with said that while my screen was still covered under warranty they were still going to charge me to fix the phone. They told me, without even seeing my phone, that there was no way the phone's screen would be broken unless it was dropped (even though there were no cracks). I told them what the apple store had said and the person on the phone said, "they will say anything at the apple store, there is no way your phone's screen is the problem. You can bring it in but you will have to pay for another screen replacement." I figured if I was going to have to pay again to get the screen replaced I might as well get it done at the Apple Store this time. It was replaced in two hours at the Apple Store and I paid $275 for a new display, that was a LESS than iFixScreens which had charged me $348!!! All I got was the display replaced and my phone worked fine, so it was DEFINITELY the shotty display from iFixScreens that was breaking my phone. Also, my connectivity is now way faster. The Apple Store said due to the way the display was replaced it had been affecting antenna. I would have not have been so upset if iFixScreens had at least offered to look at the phone before totally disregarding their warranty and blatantly saying they would not fix the phone. I say if you have an iPhone X try the Apple Store first, and save yourself the grief. This place will do or say anything to get out of having to honor their warranty. read more

I'm really mad at this place. I brought my iPhone to get the cracked screen fixed. First, they changed the screens 3 times (!) to finally put the one with no defects. You guy use cheap Chinese screens, okay, I get it. Then I asked them if the camera would be clearer after they change the screen (because the crack was sort of serious and all over the phone), and they immediately tried to sell me a new camera for $40. When I said no, they just wiped the camera clean for free. Isn't that ridiculous? So basically I didn't need a new camera, you just had to clean it a bit. All right. Couple days after I visited this place, my lock button stopped working. So annoying. So I came to them again, saying that this happened after they got into my phone. They took a look at my phone and said it doesn't have to do anything to do with the screen they fixed, and they can fix the lock button now for $30. HAHAHA. So these people are just trying to upsell things you don't need or to fix something that they themselves damaged and charge you for that. This is not how any business should be done. read more

I had a great experience at iFixScreens. My Pixel phone was having serious hardware issues. I brought it in, and Abdul was able to figure out exactly what the problem was. He had to order a part, which came in very quickly. Once he had the part, he let me know that I could bring the phone in. The repair itself was fast, so I only had to leave my phone at the shop for about an hour and a half, and he sent me an email as soon as the repair was done so I could pick it up. I have never written a negative review in my life - I don't think it's worth the bad karma and know how hard customer service is. However, this was such a negative experience that I needed to alert others to not spend their money here. I got my phone fixed. There are three problems why this was a negative experience: -Their fixes did not work - twice: The first time I came in, it was for a cracked screen. Almost 10 minutes after I left the store, I noticed that there was a delay when I pressed the screen and when it would respond. It cracked shortly thereafter. The second time they fixed it (which I still paid for), the screen fell off the LCD. I did not drop it or have any physical damage, but my phone was in two direct pieces. The best they could do for this problem was to offer me a 20% discount off the $175 price they were asking me to pay to fix their mistake. -They use cheap materials that will fail quickly: After trying to fix my phone twice here, I went to the Apple store. They said the problem was that the third party had used cheap glue to re-attach the screen, so it had fallen off. -Their services were still expensive for low-quality service: The cracked screen service was expensive - only slightly cheaper than Apple's service at $175 (Apple's is $199). However, given the low quality, I think it's much more worth it to go to Apple and pay the extra $20. The individuals who work at this store are wonderful, and are clearly trying to do their best with bad materials and a cheap corporate HQ. However, you should not get your fixed here. I'm now down $350 with no fixes to my phone. read more

My daughter dropped her phone on the second day of beginning quarantine--not an ideal situation for a teenager with no other way of keeping in touch with her friends in an isolated time! The Apple stores are all closed so we thought she would just have to live with no phone for however many months we're all going to be stuck inside. Took three tries to replace my phone screen for one that actually works. The first time it was replaced, there was severe ghost typing immediately after (even though they had shown me the screen after and it was fine) and I had to have them take a second look. Came back and picked it up, seemed to be working ok. Notice that several times a day the screen becomes unresponsive. Come back and the guy at the shop says that it's because I updated my phone and that you should not update any iPhone 6s. (Phone wasn't updated after the repair). Then I was accused of my phone not working in the first place before they ever replaced the display. My phone happens to work while they're testing it and they're adamant nothing is wrong and unwilling to do anything. After a discussion they finally agree to replace the screen as a "favor". They say this time they're using the original equipment (not a knock off), so what did they use the first two times? ‍ They replace it a third time and the screen finally works perfectly. I guess it was their display after all. At least it was still under warranty. TLDR Prices are reasonable, however very similar to Apple store. It is unclear whether they use OEM or alternative products. You may need more than one trip. read more

I have to say I am not happy with this place. I have gone to other IFIXSCREENS and have received really good customer service but this place not so much. As soon as I came in I felt a bad vibe from the gentlemen (sunday april 30th). I asked to fix my phone screen he continued to have a really negative vibe and not really answer questions. I gave him all my info and then asked if the iphone will remain water resistant and he said no. I asked to cancel the order and he gave me an attitude about that. He must have had a bad day, I decided to continue with the order because he explained that the phone loses resistance from water regardless of whom I go with for fixing the phone. I come back 30 minutes later and he said with a smile "I have bad news". He got very professional all of the sudden saying the screen they had tried to replace it with is malfunctioning (seriously this is a IFIXSCREENS store and they dont have a screen that is functioning properly?????). Anyways I get the phone back in worse condition that previously, the LCD is broken completely unresponsive now. Thank you so much unprofessional man for your lack of professionalism. I called apple and they said that if you come to their store they will fix it and keep it resistant to water. if you have an iphone 7 take it to an apple store.
