I had issues with my iPhone for a few days, it wasn't responding to my touch, typing on its own, just going haywire so I couldn't use it at all. I called them after no luck at a few other spots and a young lady said they could solve my issue so I went to the store later that day. She said there might be a loose connection which she could just plug back in or the LCD screen was damaged and had to be replaced. My screen wasn't cracked but a tempered glass protector had some splits in it. She took my phone to her workbench, opened it up and after 15min came back to say she had unplugged & replugged the connection and it seemed to have improved and asked me to try it out which I agreed with. She also recommended to take off & repair the tempered glass since it was making it worse and becomes obsolete once it has any damage. I asked her how much I had to pay for the service, she said nothing!! $ 00.00 for workbench & fantastic service! She told me to come back if I was having issues again and they could replace the LCD entirely. Well it didn't stop its antics entirely so I went back and Colin helped me out, who was very nice, professional and probably the store owner. He said he can replace the damaged LCD in about 20 min, informing me of the price beforehand and offering me a great discount on the repair and a new tempered glass screen protector. I was a happy customer, walked out with a fully improved, functioning iPhone again and have a detailed receipt with a year warranty on their services & products! Fantastic! Short story: This place is freaking fantastic! Simply one of the best consumer experiences I've ever had... no exaggeration. Long story: I cracked the screen on my PS Vita on Wednesday, and needless to say I was SUPER bummed. After checking around, this place quoted me the best price and was closer to where I work, saving me a trek to Chinatown for a repair. Every other place said it would likely take 2-3 weeks to get it done... not good news considering my Vita's what keeps me sane during my commute from Queens. When I dropped it off, they said it would take a few days to get the new screen once ordered, and then another day to fix it depending on their work orders. Tbh, I expected that was a low-ball and it'd take around 1 1/2-2 weeks to get it all done. Fast forward to Monday--- MONDAY!!! --- and I get a polite phone call telling me my Vita's fixed and ready for pick-up. I mean for real?!? This place is absolutely the real deal. To top it all off, they knocked off another 20% for checking in with Yelp upon pick-up. What can I say? This really was one of the best consumer experiences I've ever had. This place did a great job on my daughter's phone. My daughter dropped her iPhone and the screen cracked all over. The phone still worked fine though, so she kept her cracked screen for a long time. Then we finally decided to fix her screen. The person in the shop did an amazing job!! It looks brand new and there is a 6 month guarantee. Prices are reasonable and probably less than half of the cost of going to the apple store. Also the shop itself is very bright, clean, pleasant. If you need to wait for your screen to be repaired, you can relax on the sofa and enjoy the big tv. I'm very glad this place is in the nabe!!! read more
