Me and babe on my bday 3 years prior ,great times
    Latrice A.

Present to myself for a previous Birthday I always wanted to skydrive my hubby is not cool with idea So indoor it is , I am a bit of a thrill seeker I have a lost but my love for roller coasters in the headache that comes with it I got I Groupon promotion and I also added my daughter along for the ride who oftentimes a likes to thrill seeker as well Together my daughter and I took turns get into this huge wind tunnel apparatus Within instructor awaiting us and giving us instructions which were really hard to follow with the two to three hundred miles per hour when the circulating forcefully around your body and making your body do the opposite of what you're mine is actually telling it to do One thing you need to tell you is that I actually put hairspray inside of the helmet I am an African-American with a natural hairstyle in my hair was shot after this and encounter The flight was very exhilarating and wasn't long enough I want to lie to stay up there longer and performs acrobat like moves but the instructor is in charge and you have to follow his lead or he will tap on you to behave lol

Going along with my decision that *this* is the year that I try every. thing. ISky, of course, had to be part of that. Adrenaline is my friend!! It's pricey. Can't lie. For a rented jumper, earplugs, goggles, a helmet and for those like me wearing improper footwear, a pair of Airwalks to borrow, a video clip to keep, a couple of "in flight" pics and *only* TWO minutes of fun, it came to $100 a person. You take a short class first. --watching a video on proper form, leaving time to ask questions. You get a locker for your valuables. You then suit up and they make sure everything fits properly. Instructors are super helpful. Once you're inside, they are there to both ensure you are safe and of course to HAVE FUN!! I will definitely do this again! Who knows? Maybe even join the progression program so I can learn to do tricks. Life's short. --Have as much fun as possible!

My family went here for the first time and I would like to say that the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids' instructor was Henry and he was fabulous - he was a lot of fun! My older daughter enjoyed it very much but my younger daughter who is almost 10 years old felt quite dizzy and a little nauseated after the experience. I feel that it was still well worth trying. I definitely recommend you get the add-on of flying higher up which the instructor did with my kids. Also, I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed just being a spectator!

Instructor-assisted floating, at least to start. They teach you hand signals to coach your movement.

We took our grandson for an urban experience while he was visiting the Chicago area. Grandpa tried it too. I couldn't tell from the marketing that the price is for two 60-second floats. Given the skill of the instructor, the personal gear, and the costs for the tunnel itself, I think that's reasonable. But I'm not sure I would have paid full price and driven an hour to get there if I'd known the floats would be so brief. I was put-off by the add-ons when we arrived. I thought we were ready to go, but staff asked about a "high flight" add-on that was expensive given the cost of what we'd already paid (about $1 per second). It makes sense not to include this in the package for first-time floaters because it's hard to know how a person will respond to the wind pressure and the motion. I just wish there had been more obvious info about this upfront so I could anticipate the price. We took a bunch of photos ourselves (see two posted), which I appreciated being able to do. The package also comes with some photos and videos that you can grab from online. Alas, the online media didn't become available the same day. When it did display, the times and the names were all wrong for the entire day. So we had to manually go through all of the flight videos for the whole day in order to find ours. The "flight certificates" weren't available that day because they were out of paper. I contacted a month later and was told I could come and pick them up, but a two-hour drive isn't worth it. Bummer. Overall, I'd pay for this again for the uniqueness of the experience, but with more consumer-savvy on the prices and products. The staff was great and the instructor was super-patient. The best part for me as a spectator was watching the instructor's own demo at the end. WOW!

I've wanted to do this with my boys for a long time. I bought them in Groupon. I called the place because I was having difficulty with on line reservations. She never told me to get there one hour before flight time. So we were booked for 6:30. At 6:35 I start getting calls asking where I was. So they said you must be here for check in one hour before flight time. I told her that would've been good to know when I made the reservations. She bumped us to 8:30. We checked in at 7:30 and I was not happy with all of the extra costs for add-ons. This was more than $1 per second and they said oh if you want to go high up that's more. So, I paid extra for my kids to go high up during their second flight. I don't like any deception as a consumer. You pay the money and think that covers it all, especially when it's so expensive. So the instructors were great. My boys absolutely loved it. Four stars for not giving me critical info of being there one hour early, extra add ons at check in. Also going high was only going up about mid-range....they do NOT take you all the way up to the top. You go higher but only slightly higher. Our instructor Logan was good with the kids. There were also some kids with disabilities and he did wonderfully with them. Very professional.

Whatever you may call it, flying indoors, floating indoors, etc. We loved the experience! The instructor was super cool and answered all our questions and was fun to work with inside the wind tunnel. They knew that some people might freak out or not be able to follow instructions the firs time and they were able to work with them too. Good work guys. Their show flights in between customers was pretty good too.

A group of us decided to try this out after watching it being built! We are so glad that we did and are already planning on coming back for more lessons and fun! We highly recommend instructor Joey! High energy, personable and informative, he made it super easy and really helped our friend relax who was hesitant on going! All the staff was very friendly and personable! FOR SURE TRY IT!

First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?

LONG REVIEW BUT READ BEFORE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT:…read more I should start out with saying I have been in contact with the owner Stacie MULTIPLE times and am left with nothing but frustration. Stacie is not a bad person but I do feel she is completely overwhelmed in running this business. I've been dealing with Funtime Services since April 1st 2025 trying to book a mobile petting zoo for my daughter's first birthday planned for June 2025 and the experience has been frustrating to say the least. Communication has been a major issue throughout the process, especially with Stacie herself since anyone else I did get to talk with couldn't help me in the slightest other than they'll leave a message for Stacie and then I never hear from her UNLESS I were to reach out and call and some how catch her available in office. Getting clear answers or even timely replies to emails has been nearly impossible. After multiple attempts to try and talk to Stacie herself once I did reach her two different phone calls I was turned away with "I'm busy right now doing something else , I can email you once I become available" (mind you then I'd never heard back at all) to which I'd have to reach out again and finally durning one of our last conversation, she provided general information she had to text to me at that moment and discussed two different pricing options for a petting zoo. She explained that she would be reaching out to two separate vendors at different price points. I informed her that I was more interested in the lower-priced option NATURALLY, but made it clear that I would be willing to book either one, as my main priority was securing a petting zoo so I would be waiting to hear back from her regardless who she was able to secure but to just let me know. So money was not the problem. Mind you any time I would voice my frustrations she keep reminding me "I don't make much money off doing this you know, at most I make $20" What should have been a straightforward booking has dragged on for over a month, and I'm still left with uncertainty and decided to not continue "service" with the company FunTime Services Event Rentals. If you're even considering Funtime Services for your event, just be aware that it may take an unreasonable amount of time just to start the process of securing your event. I really expected more professionalism and reliability for catering to such a nice suburban area like Naperville. Just leaving this review to show all what i experienced so anyone else out there knows what entails if interested in booking with them. Seriously proceed with caution.

Well on the day of our event, the delivery was late. It appears our worst fears occurred and the drivers missed us. I called a half hour before the end of the window and spoke with Stacie. So it indeed was their mistake she immediately got on the case and stayed in touch with me until everything was corrected. Their prices are fair, they have a great new show room on route 59 which makes it so helpful to see tables and options in person. They also have a great selection and great ideas.I give a strong recommendation to consider them for your next party.
