I wish I could give 10 stars. Katie is amazing. We had such a great day and Katie us to blame. She is so much fun and her passion is contagious. We booked return flights ( I hope she is our instructor again ) and I can't wait to go back. They were very conscious of Covid 19 protocols. And I hope her supervisors know they have a real asset to their business with her there. I can't say enough great things about Ifly. I highly suggest this for teenage birthday parties. We saw a party wrapping up as we arrived and wished I had thought about that when my boys were kids. This was money well spent and made for such a great day. My wife and 3 of my friends wives got us the Costco gift cards for Xmas. It took us quite a while to coordinate using these, but we finally did as a birthday event. There were 4 of us total and our $150 /per person gift cards got us each 4 min of flight time. Definitely not cheap neither is the facility they built. So it is rather expected. For first time flyers, they show you a 5 min orientation video and then it is time to gear up and fly. The instructors are there to keep you safe and help you have a good time. If you get the hang of it, they will let go of you. Otherwise they keep a firm grasp on you to ensure you keep as stable as possible. They get quite a workout dealing with people of all shapes and sizes. Tips: - VR: I did not find this that interesting. I did the wing suit experience. I was hoping for more banks, turns and close calls. There was none of that. I also found myself worrying about my form instead of enjoying the VR. You have to keep your chin up so it makes it really tough to look all around. I told 2 of my friends to skip it and do something else. I actually felt the VR took away from the experience, rather than enhancing it. - High Fly: it is only 10, so it is nice to say I have experienced it, but I would not do it again. They only take you to the top of the glass, rather than the top of the tube and for me , I would rather spend more time trying to figure out how to do it solo vs doing this again. In the end they have a great "replay" package they we all purchased so we could bring the family back. Now I just have to figure out how I am going to split up the 10 flights. read more

The best activity on our trip. Only issue I have is reservations. Since we used a go pass we couldn't reserve early. We had to wait for the day and call 9am to start reservations. An incredible experience! First the establishment was clean and well maintained and not far from a freeway for ease of access. My family and I were greeted immediately upon entry and the desk clerk explained the waiver process in a manner that was simple and straightforward. We were then taken to the main room in the facility where the air tube was. It was spacious and air conditioned which was almost a necessity for the flight suits we had to don. As I put on the flight suit, it smelled rather sketchy. I made mention of it to Josh, one of the flight specialists and also an instructor, who immediately took it and several others like it and placed them in the back for cleaning. He was apologetic and assured me that he would notify the other staff members of the situation. The suits were available in multiple sizes as my entire family was able to get them in the correct sizes, from myself at about 245 lbs down to my three year old daughter at about 46 pounds. We were then taken by Josh into a back room where we were given a short class (10 mins tops) about what to expect as new flyers and also some hand signals that he would use to help us with adjustments during the flight. He was very patient and took time to answer questions from my family and the other family that was flying during that time frame. He then took us back to the main room and we began the flight. We went one at a time into the air tube and Josh was there giving instructions and encouraging all the flyers during their time. The flights lasted exactly one minute each, but as new flyers it was more than enough to be able to get the feel of skydiving and be able to understand how the movements worked for and against you. After the flight, we were able to see Josh do a few laps in the tube so that we could understand how it was SUPPOSED to look. You can tell that the instructors are knowledgeable in what they do and they enjoy it. There is even an academy at the facility that teaches flyers long-term skills that they can use to become advanced flyers and move up the different flight levels that are available. All in all, I'd give IFly a 5 star rating. It's fun for the whole family and the prices are quite reasonable at around 100 dollars for all 5 of my family members to fly. The only thing that to watch is if you have Go City passes call ahead and check for availability on your booking. read more

This was my first time doing indoor skydiving and it was interesting. (I have done real skydiving in the past). Facility was clean and comfortable for those observing indoor fliers. Rental gear was also clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly but up-selling from the time we got there through the time we left. I will say to upgrade to the full helmet as it provides better eye protection from the force of the wind. For first timers I would recommend no more than 3 one minute sessions as it is strenuous on your shoulders and back. I would enjoy it more once I moved up from beginner where I can switch positions to alleviate discomfort from staying in the starting position. I think it's going to be a one and done experience for me, but I can see how fun it can be the more times you go and more techniques you learn. read more

This experience was terrific. I needed extra work for my aff license, so I booked some time here. Katie was my instructor, and to say she is great doesn't do her justice. Not only is she a total pro, but also she is a terrific instructor. I was told by my instructor at the dz that all the instructors here are great. Judging by my experience with Katie, I imagine that is probably true. Besides having tremendous knowledge and skill, Katie was patient, and very encouraging. I most definitely left there a better skydiver than I was before I went. I highly recommend this place. All the staff were extremely friendly, but just the all around vibe from everybody there was so encouraging. 5 star hands down. read more

3 stars because we had an appointment time of 10am were the first ones there and waited until 10:50am before they brought my son back for the orientation/instruction. My wife asked about 40 minutes into our wait and she was told that the instructors were running behind. If this hadn't happened, I would have given 4 stars. The experience was exciting for my son and the instructor was great. There was a family with what looked like a 2 yo there. Kid cried the entire time in the wind tunnel. Super fun! Your class starts about 15 minutes after your actual reservation time which is nice if you're running late. Quick instruction session then gear up and go! Pay the extra $10 to go up high with the instructor! Kind of pricey overall but worth the fun! If you don't have a guest that is not flying you don't have an opportunity for picture unless you pay for them. All flyers must lock cell phones/belongings up before entering the wind tunnel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and you can just tell everyone loves their job. It was a thrilling new experience for our family to have together. Watching our 3 & 6 year old bravely step into the wind tunnel and FLY made us beam with pride! And the smiles didn't stop there--I had the biggest smile during my flight time in the tunnel! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was a BLAST! We were visiting family and saw this location. Bobby was our instructor - very detailed, fun, and professional. He was naturally good at walking everyone through the process and keeping everyone at ease. We purchased one of the packages they sell at the end so we can come back with our son. Also, there's a large space outside of the tunnel where your friends/family can watch. *We have a 1yr old and I'm pretty out of shape. If you're like me, I'd recommend the 1min rounds, not 2min. :) My shoulders were pretty sore the next day, though not complaining! And get the high fly option!! It's insanely fun! read more

I surprised my nephew while he came to visit me for the a week. We both had a blast. Luke was our instructor and he was both patient and energetic. He gave us both the attention that we needed. I also recommend the $10 add on for the fly high experience, they take you up to the top and back down it was so much fun. Great experience!! I took my son with me for our birthdays and had the 3 sessions and the "fly high" where they take you to the top and it rocked! Staff and location was awesome! Guys up front were cool and Your lucky if you get Katie Pee as your instructor, she's hilarious and makes you feel super comfortable, it takes a second to get the hang of it, but Katie guided us thru no problem! AWESOME experience for both my kids (ages 8 & 4). The instructor, Liam, was incredibly patient with my youngest even though she was scared at first, but she quickly warmed up to him. My oldest said it was super fun and an epic way to celebrate her birthday. -The staff and crew were courteous and professional. -The facility and gear were clean. -iFly offers military discounts. I purchased additional passes for future visits (I will be bringing my girls back)! This was fun experience but I hurt my arm so bad I can't move it the past two weeks I def would not recommend this for kids it's dangerous as the wind tunnel is strong . I go to gym every day when I put my arms in the tunnel it felt my right arm came out of socket !!! It's been killing me since my shoulder my whole arm . Christy greeted us and graciously arranged for my 12 year old grandson Kolt's first flight experience. She also helped me download the photos. She was an enthusiastic ambassador for iFly. Josh, Kolt's flight instructor, was patient and exuded contagious confidence. Kolt admitted he was nervous but when he was done he was "exhilarated". He told me he would make an exception to his "no summer camp" rules for his visits IF it could be the iFly summer camp. So that will likely be in his future! Wife got some gift cards from Costco for our group. Should we be treated differently no; however, we were financially. The experience was fun with my group but they minimally touch on a hidden cost that most don't pay attention to that need up costing additionally $10 per person. Things go by fast and you cannot hear with ear plugs once in. Say "ifly" and "highfly" 10x and one will cost you an additional $10 the other one is included. This fee is up to the discretion of the instructor and paid to the instructor desk not front desk. Just want others to be aware vs. impulse of excitement and paying after the fact. Just recommended customers to be informed going up higher costs more. read more

I want to like this place. What a cool concept. But for $79.95 you get 1 minute in a tunnel. But you sit for close to an hour waiting for your turn. They give you vouchers for a photo and video which I found impossible to redeem online. All of the photos and videos are horrible quality. I can see this being fun for about $20.00 but $80.00 for two 60 second flights...I guess I just don't get it. It will be fun if they can bring the price down and take photos where kids are actually in flight instead of standing there with an instructor holding on to their pant legs. Kind of lame. read more

Booked a package for my son's birthday. Had the appointment at 1pm for 5 flight sessions. We arrived 10 mins early. It took almost 1 hours for him to have his first flight session. After that he had to wait in a like of 6 individuals. After 2 individuals went in they had another flyer come in and do their practice flights. In total it took almost 2 hours for him to have his 5 flight sessions. If you are planning on booking just be aware it will long to and the appointment times are not honored. We had his birthday party scheduled for 2pm but we got there late because it took so long for 5 flight sessions. Will definitely look at a different location for next time or I'll book early morning to avoid this again. read more
