They had a good sized menu with your breakfast/lunch staples, and they're extremely vegetarian friendly! I had the platter with eggs and potatoes and it was delicious. They have alternative milk such as oat milk, so if you have a dairy allergy then you're in luck. There are some tables and chairs if you'd like to sit down, and there's a small grocery store section with lots of allergen friendly and vegan food options for purchase. The service was quick however one of our orders was incorrect: One egg sandwich was supposed to have avocado and tomato and it came with just eggs. When you can get great $1 oysters at many reputable NYC restaurants you find this to be lowkey insulting) we decided we should buy our own bottles and check out Alice's oyster offerings. Jot this down: most liquor stores in Greenport/Southold/Mattituck carry a variety of bottles from various north fork vineyards so wine not stock up. Of course, Alice's did not disappoint! They sell a dozen oysters for $12.50. So basically I could buy three dozen oysters (roughly) for the price of one dozen in town. If you give them an hours notice they'll even shuck them for you free of charge. Hosting an event? Alice's offer a raw bar party option where they'll set up a raw bar table and prepare the oysters/clams etc. in front of you at your event. So to sum up this super long review, Alice's is wonderful, attentive and of the highest quality. Go check them out on your visit to the North Fork

This store is very busy but the staff manages to keep up with the stocking the selves. I am polite and I think that helps because I'm always treated well by the employees. Sometimes they seemed shocked by it. The ambiance is that of a large super market. I give the staff a lot if credit for maintaining this very busy store so well.

In general items are overpriced as the North Fork now caters to city folks with 2nd homes and charge city prices (higher priced than Nassau & western Suffolk Counties). North Fork markets have yet to realize they can retain more business which they lose to towns west of them as many people who would otherwise shop here, choose to shop elsewhere when they travel westward.
