    All-American Burger and Homemade Chips
    Lucas K.

My family and I were down in Seaside for a few days, and this happened to be our final night. We decided on Dundee's as everyone seemed to be in the mood for some different food and we just wanted to walk. We sat on the bar side versus the restaurant side. Sometimes you need an escape from the young kids. I will say the bar area felt very comfortable and our waitress was extremely friendly. My wife went with the Superfood Salad which is arugula and quinoa tossed in a citrus dressing with toasted almonds, cranberries, and served with bread. She added a shrimp skewer as well. Though I generally always order seafood, I was in the mood for a burger. I simply went with the All-American Burger. This is a simple 1/3-pound burger, dressed in 1000 island dressing, with lettuce, onion and pickles. I held the tomato and cheese. I also went with their homemade chips. We also went with a pizza as well. I came here with expectations that it'll taste decent but wasn't expecting anything great. Honestly, the burger and homemade chips here tasted amazing! I know it's just a burger, but it was prepared perfectly. Though I eat pretty much anything, it's hard to beat a good burger. My wife loved her shrimp and salad, and the kinds seemed to really enjoy the pizza. I've walked by here a hundred times over the years and never stopped in, but I'll certainly be here again. Well done!

This was my favorite meal in Seaside! I ordered something very simple--chicken tenders and fries. They were perfectly executed. The chicken had more of a panko breadcrumb coating. It made them very crunchy and shows they were homemade. Their cocktail options are all very sweet and beachy, but I think that's what you want in the area!

This is a great bar/restaurant. Food and drinks are spot on! This is the best place in town for pizza! The crust is buttery with a crunch and our toppings was the combo. Before we finished we ended up ordering another one as it was that great! They have a drink called slap your ass made with blueberry vodka, apple pucker, lemonade that is awesome and we ended up with two!! Service is always spot on, friendly and efficient. Definitely a must!!

We came to Dundee's for lunch here in Seaside, I ordered I believe it's called a Full Boat Burger. I've been to many burgers places throughout my travels and this was one of the very best burgers I ever had. It was 1/3 lb burger with bacon, cheese and some sauce, the fries were home cut and they tasted super awesome. Burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were just right not overcooked or under. If you ever come to Seaside and want a burger come to Dundee's and grab one you will not regret it and should we come back to Seaside we will be coming back for another burger.

I wish I could remember her name but our server was amazing! She knew exactly what we wanted before even asking and had it at the table immediately. The clam chowder was my meal and at $7 a cup it can't be beat! It's a great portion and highly recommended, big clam bits, great herbs and spices! Satisfying and filling. My friends loved their meals as well, and as it's just a fun little bar on the boardwalk and might be unassuming to the regular tourist, it's truly a great deal and a great meal

Ordered 2-waters with lemon, coffee, the biscuits and gravy combo with sausage and the apple fritter French toast combo with ham. Server was friendly but awkward and attentive enough to refill coffee, remove plates and take payment. They serve a bold coffee. I prefer a more medium flavor so a single cup was good enough. The biscuits were tender and flaky not crumbly. The gravy was a good consistency. Nice and thick but not pasty with small clumps of sausage. The two hand smashed sausage patties were of good size and well seasoned. Might be considered spicy by some, salty by others. Eggs were perfectly cooked over medium but seemed a bit on the smaller side. The Apple Fritter French Toast was four toast points. The thicker sliced bread appears to be dipped in an apple fritter egg batter. It was tender tasty and had apple bits. The ham slice was of good size and eggs though a bit small were cooked perfectly.

Good portions and very friendly service. All 5 meals were good, with the preferred entrees of our meal being the French dip sandwich and clam chowder. Bar atmosphere, decent sized menu, street parking. Good option for lunch if you're roaming downtown.

Good comfort food for a casual night out Music was a bit loud for the dinner tables with a family but I'd recommend sitting at the bar if your going with buddy's.

Outdoor has large tables with fireplaces which would be great for large groups. We started with the fast fried Calamari, which was a good amount with both rings and tentacles. Wife had the Cioppino while I had the Seafood Pasta. The Cioppino was a bit pricey; however, was loaded with seafood and included some king crab which we had not seen at other places we have had the dish. The Seafood Pasta was rich and also loaded with seafood. Would certainly recommend if searching for seafood. Note: when we came at 6pm on a Monday we were told there was a 20min wait. We walked around the boardwalk and returned in 15 and the table was ready in less than 5min.

It was 6:30 pm on a weeknight and the place was only half full. It still took a waitress over 10 minutes to come by, where she asked if we were ready to order dinner. No water, no drinks or apps offered. We ordered a Moscato and a beer sampler along with ceviche. The ceviche was very good with a slight bite to it. The Moscato was flat and obviously opened long ago. The beers were fine. I also ordered a cup of clam chowder that was excellent. Best part of the meal. Our entrees of fried oysters and halibut fish and chips came quickly. The GF felt the oysters were too heavily battered for her taste, the fish and chips were quite good. Waitress came back to check on us when we were almost finished eating. Had to go track her down to get our check. Another restaurant that survives on tourist volume and not quality of product or service. Wouldn't go back - though the chowder was tasty.

#THANKYOUTHURSDAY On…read morethe way home from our Cannon Beach overnight trip last weekend, we decided to swing through the Seaside Outlets. I mean, what kind of Washingtonian are you if you don't stop at at least ONE outlet mall? No tax, people... We mainly came to the outlets for Nike, Bath & Body Works, and Carter's. Being wine & beer lovers though, the name of this spot intrigued us. We were pleased to not find anybody else in the store except for the older gentleman working. The store is laid out nicely and is spacious. They've definitely got more wine than they do beer, but they've got a lot of both. The wine selection is phenomenal. So much! They've got wines from Oregon, California, and Washington. So many different kinds. I had a blast looking over all the different bottles and making my selections. My husband was also really happy with the beer offerings here. If you want to enjoy something in the store, you're able to do so. They have both wine & beer on tap available for consumption in the store. I didn't get the gentleman's name who was working, but he was so sweet and so helpful. I was having troubles picking between a few certain wines, and he helped make my decision and it was clear he was super passionate and knowledgeable about the products. Going further on that, he noticed my husband's beer selections and suggested a handful of other beers for him based off of the flavors he seemed to like - aka, we bought more beer than my husband intended ;) Even after grabbing two bottles of wine, and quiiite a bit of beer, after discount we only spent $60! There was a discount for a certain amount of cans (15% off for 8 I believe) and on the wines I snagged apparently too, which saved us $12. Highly recommend stopping by The Wine & Beer Haus if wine and beer is your jam. Outside of the wine & beer we got, the service was spectacular and I can only hope all the employees who work here are like the older gentleman who helped us out the day we were in. Thanks, The Wine & Beer Haus, for helping us add to our stash! ;)

The establishment is known for significantly over-pouring alcoholic beverages. While some patrons may view this as a positive, excessive alcohol service is irresponsible and raises legitimate concerns about compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Even more concerning is the apparent willingness to serve individuals who are visibly intoxicated and then allow them to leave and operate motor vehicles. This presents a serious and potentially dangerous risk to the public. The overall condition of the establishment is dirty, poorly maintained, and unacceptable. More importantly, the apparent lack of responsible alcohol service raises concerns that should not be dismissed. It is extremely troubling that these issues appear to persist without meaningful intervention. I strongly believe the appropriate city authorities and law enforcement agencies should investigate this establishment and determine whether it is operating in compliance with all applicable health, safety, liquor, and public-safety regulations. The situation warrants serious attention before someone is seriously injured or killed.
