I was concerned that the pipes would freeze, although I had a gas fireplace to help with the inside temperature. Adam came out and diagnosed the faulty heat exchanger and explained, in depth, why the 9 year old furnace was not operating and could be dangerous. He walked me through what needed to be done and properly sized and installed a new furnace. He also connected some of the ductwork that was obstructed and/or not connected correctly. Overall, we had a positive experience with our roof replacement, but a few issues kept it from…read morebeing excellent. Scheduling was easy, the consultant was on time and prepared, and the quote and financing options were competitive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof quickly, even with two existing layers to remove. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. Cleanup during the job was not as thorough as it should have been, with debris blowing into our yard and a neighbor's yard and damage to a security light and gutter flashing. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning given OSHA requirements for work over 6 feet. In the end, the roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally, but better communication, cleanup, and attention to safety would have made the experience much stronger.

We waited a week and they finally finished the day we were leaving for vacation. 2 weeks after the install, the roof started leaking... like buckets coming into the house. The roof was "fixed" and on June 5, it started leaking again, in the same spot! On July 8, the "manager" came out to do a full inspection on the roof but DID NOT USE WATER! He had that he can see that the leak is repaired!!! I would NEVER recommend this company! It has been nothing but and absolute NIGHTMARE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY
