This place is so wonderful, cute, and just chill. It literally looks like and has the feel of a living room. It's not that big at all, which makes the experience a little more personable. I had one that had a type of mint flavor to it and I loved it. I even got a little buzz. I ordered tea, don't actually remember the flavor, but I enjoyed it. Look. I wanted to like this place. Seriously. And I get it...Basic drinks are more expensive at hookah lounges, water isn't free...nothing new here. But requiring hookah for every two people is where I draw the line. We came in with 6 people and required 3 hookah. Even when one person didn't smoke. They required 20 dollars cover per person. We came here on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy at all. We went with a group of 6 people and ordered one hookah. The manager came over and told us we needed to order 2 more hookahs because it was only allowed to be 2 people to 1 hookah. We said that not all of us were smoking and the manager said even if you don't smoke you still have to order 2 more hookahs. That was a waste and very rude. Also if you want to eat there, they only have snacks like skinny popcorn, m&ms and sun chips. We asked for some waters and had to pay $4 for a bottle. Not worth your time or money. Made two reservations on their website and never received a response, so I decided to just go. Arrived and it was pretty full outside and inside, but still a few seats in both areas. I asked to sit inside (was a little chilly outside) and was told inside was full, so they put me outside. Took a little while to receive my pipe (flavor was ok but I was told it would be strong) and twice as long to get my green tea. Coal management was slow and my pipe just about died - I had to flag the coal guy after he took care of a larger party sitting next to me and started to walk away. It was getting colder and I noticed several parties leave from inside. When the server came back around, I asked about moving inside and he said they were still packed. About 20 mins later I decided to head out - hookah was almost dead again, tea was empty - so I went inside to pay... well over half of the seats were empty. Very disappointed with my experience. Very slow service. Catered to larger parties and walked right be me several times. Lied about the inside twice. Didn't follow up on drink service or tending my hookah. read more

Second thank God Kamran knows what he's doing when it comes to hookah because the hookah here is consistently on point and you can tell that they clean their hookahs on a daily basis unlike some lounges. This has been my daily spot for the past three months. As soon as you walk in the lounge lives up to it's name. It looks just like a living room. This is my kind of lounge the music is good but not too loud so you can actually have a conversation with the person next to you. There's also a couple of TVs which is perfect for sports fans. The employees are very friendly and provide exceptional service. The owner Kamran is awesome. I've seen people walk in who have no idea what hookah is and actually takes the time to explain to them what hookah is and recommends a flavor to them.
