Malcolm told me to expect him the next day- he was right on time and told me what I needed. When he came back to repair, he was patient with me when I (my husband) mistakenly got the wrong part. He set up while I ran to the auto parts store to amend my (his) mistake. I came back, he got to work, and was finished within a couple of hours. He was patient, hard-working, fairly priced, and timely. I highly recommend his service. *He did tell me that he is working full time now and only doing this part-time, so be patient if calling him after 3pm. It's worth it.

Imagine an auto service shop that doesn't have a jumper. I think he wouldn't give me one because I gave him feedback that they shouldn't book appointments that they don't intend to honor. Rude and unprofessional and unhelpful mechanic. I ended up having yo walk home (1.7 miles each way) to get my battery pack jumper. I only considered them because they sent a flyer to my home advertising their services and discounts they offered to lure new customers. Well you lost a customer by your unprofessionalism.
