Are used to love this place... But it seems their pancakes are not so great anymore. Which makes me sad. These to have the international pancake with a lemon flavor and that is gone. I hope they redo the recipe to get it back to being amazing off the hook pancakes. The positive side is the employees are wonderful they work hard, and the managers are great... I just called today at 12:40 am and it's midnight I know but store says open 24 hours . A Hispanic answered the phone did not put me on hold and waited 3 minutes listening to their conversation. One worker speaking Spanish non stop coughing. The lady who answered the phone was making sure she was cooking two meals for her kids. While this was going on they were talking about closing before the hour. They were laughing and coughing and she pretended that I hanged up and she heard my voice. Went today on Christmas Day. Waste of my family's money. Usually this place is good. Waiter didn't take anytime, always rushing. It wasn't even that busy. My classic cheeseburger tasted like it was sitting there in the kitchen for an hour before serving. Bun was dry, the meat looked like it was crumbled and put together, meat was also very dry, no flavor, and cold, cheese was was old, made impression in the bun. They used to give a generous amounts of fries. Very small chintzy portion. The Cali Turkey sandwich was a joke. There were tiny little pieces of Turkey, had I known my daughters sandwich had hardly any meat, I would have had them take that off the bill too like my tasteless burger I couldn't even eat. Her sandwich was tasteless as I looked at it and took bites of it when we got home. I should have taken a picture of it. I will never let a restraunt take our money in exchange for crumbs. We don't go out much as a family because everything is too expensive. But we would have been much happier going thru McDonald's than paying and eating this trash. I ordered an Eggs Benedict style breakfast meal. The egg was not poached as it was supposed to be, rather it was cooked through. The hash browns tasted like the grill had not been cleaned all day. They had such a gross grease taste I could not eat them. I haven't been here in years because the food is so bad but I thought I would give them another chance and it was a total failure. Except the waiter was very nice; the only reason they got two stars. It's right off the freeway so you may be tempted to eat here...don't do it. I won't be going back ever. read more

It's high time I show my love for this IHOP. We moved nearby a few months ago and I've been looking for good places to eat ever since then. IHOP is the place I've returned to the most. I've had a love/hate relationship with the iHOP chain for about 35 years. They are so hit and miss, but usually miss, and sometimes horribly missed. I love the Swedish pancakes so much that I keep trying different locations or sometimes give the most convenient location to my various homes throughout the years several tries. I've been to this IHOP probably about eight times already in the past 2-1/2 months. My standard breakfast is always as good as it gets. Service is always great, and business is always rather slow so I always get served right away and the food comes out very fast. I'll probably have to slow down my visits because the Swedish pancakes have probably cost me about ten pounds but I'll always come here if I feel I deserve a reward. read more

The food was really tasty and came out way quicker than I expected. Our service is what set this IHOP apart. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly despite being the only one working besides the cook. She was on top of everything, never seemed bothered by anyone's request, and even offered a to-go cup for a refill on the way out. TOP NOTCH. The restroom was clean and well stocked. As IHOPs go, this is better than others in the general area, hence the 4 stars. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. We stopped by on Easter evening about 7:30, with our grandson. We all had a crepe craving. The German-style lemony ones aren't listed on the menu, but were still available upon request. Yum! Adored Grandson enjoyed hot chocolate and splitting the Nutella crepes with his Papa. They brought a carafe of decaf for us, which is nice, versus having to wait for refills. They offer flavored creamers, in addition to regular cream. Great addition. It wasn't fancy, but got the job done. We usually have breakfast here every time we visit my daughter. The manager is usually walking around , friendly, checking to make sure we have good service, coffee, ect. Food was usually served warm and timely. Today , we had the worse service. Never got our milk for tea, waitress never came back , our food sat and got cold for 10 mins.. saw other waitress look at ticket and walk away. Pancakes were so cold they fell apart when you tried to separate them. Bacon cold with grease dripping off. When she came by with the check , asked how things were we started to say pancakes cold.. she grabbed check back with pancakes , came back and dropped $3 off a $35 bill and left. Very bad experience overcharge i ask for a egg omelett no meat eggs only they charge 15 dollars plus like 3 dollars each item. At the end i pay 25 dollars for a no meat 90 per cent egg only. My wife ask for a omelette too she didnt want some items. They didnt give her discounts for those items but charge for each item used to make omelette. Worst service ever! We may have been the only customers in 24hrs and yet it took us 20 minutes to get a refill on our empty cups. The pancakes was all I ordered and they came cold, the butter would not even spread. Our server was not wearing gloves, and the spoon in our wrapped "clean" silverware was dirty and had paper stuck to it from not being washed well at all. My wife's pancakes at least were hot enough for the frosting to fall off the side, better than mine tbh. After bringing me the check the server left us to start landscaping pulling dead leaves from plants and watering bushes as my payment was waiting on the table to be processed. The ONLY time I have left no tip. It's not that hard to put on gloves. And be sure you refill coffee! read more

What happened to management here? The young greeter who sat us was so unfriendly and the server dropped the jelly from the toast plate. When she said "is there anything you need ?" I said yes what you dropped. She said " that was the jelly but I don't know where it went" the correct answer would have been let me get you a new one. read more
