Sooooo slooooow! The waitresses were all hopping and moving. Not really a busy day. Came at 12:00 noon and had to wait for someone to seat us. No one else in line. We were sat at a dirty table and the waitress cleaned it quickly. Left us with a menu. Got drinks and order taken promptly then sat and sat and sat. Maybe 40 minutes later our meals arrived cold. Waited an hour for our food. People who came in after us left before we got our food. The chicken in the one meal was mostly raw. They never brought two of the sides. Through all of it there wasn't a single "sorry about that". One " I'm sorry" and I wouldn't have left a bad review. read more

This place must be horribly mismanaged. Every time I order pickup I have to wait 20+ minutes for my order to be ready. I can order an hour in advance, tell them exactly when I will be there, and I still have to wait 20+ minutes for my food. The employees are always very apologetic. I came here around 9:10pm. They close at 10 pm. The server who sat us told us immediately to not take too long because they want to go home too. She had a rude and disgusting attitude all night. When she brought us our water she literally slammed it on the table. They messed up my order and brought me the wrong thing. They remade it and then charged me for the more expensive thing that I didn't order. There was a kind male cook there that night that tried his best to make things better. But our server was so rude. She insulted my when she is the one that put in the wrong order and was like "you've never heard of a country steak" no I haven't bitch. Don't go here for the love of god. I need financial compensation and a refund for what I experienced that night but that will never happened because they are janky as all get out. read more

We were a party of 4 and waited an hour on our food, once it got to us it was cold. Two other party's left and told us they had waited an hour and a half and still didnt get their food. We are not impressed at all, our waiter was friendly but rushed and we realized the problem was the cooks and flow in the back, not him! read more

Went for my sons birthday breakfast seemed like all the servers were hiding in kitchen took over an hour to get our eggs and pancakes and when they came out they had been sitting under the heat lamp so long the eggs had a hard crust on them. Never even recieved our full order asked to speak to manager and the man child manager had already been out to see other disgruntled patrons and would not even come out to show his face other than to server to remove the portion we did not recieve. We waited for 45 minutes to catch a server coming out just to pay should have walked out not had to force someone to give us a check but being an honest person i would not have done that. Will not be going back it couldnt have even been to blame for having a lot of customers because they were not that busy. Beware if your in a hurry or would like fresh food. read more

I asked for the manager to compliment the food and when she came up to our table she looked at my child, who had his helmet on, and asked if he ate the crayons they gave him. He did, but that was not her place to ask. I told her that was very rude to assume that and she spit in my face and called me the n word. It doesn't get any better than IHOP Cinnastack pancakes for a late night snack :) Food was great - as always. Service was quick and very friendly staff! Came here to visit a friend and was happy to see that IHOP made it to this town. I also enjoyed a nice latte from their coffee station. read more

1st time eating at the new location. The food was excellent, but our experience was not so good. We first walked in they were on the ball. We got seated and met our server Autumn. Our service was not good at all. My wife asked for lemon never got it. Our glasses of drinks sat empty. Autumn would ask if we needed anything and we asked for refills she s9 ok. Then 10 mins later another server was getting our stuff for us The hour we sit there we saw Autumn maybe 4 times. I would reccomend the food, but service was lousy. Then we were leaving and walking up the isle we ran into Taylor, I told my son to say excuse me, and Taylor gave us a very dirty look. I have seen this girls name in other reviews, and she needs an attitude adjustment. read more

Not sure what was going on here. Our waiter took an inordinately long time to take our order. Then he seemed to have trouble getting the order straight. Our 5-year old grandson wanted french toast and a side of bacon. Then they brought out crepes and no bacon for him. It seemed like I was speaking a foreign language to the waiter. I had to repeat at least four times about the bacon. The food ultimately was ok. But it's hard for a five year old to take disappointment gracious. read more

The breakfast here is pretty basic. The best deal is the all you can eat pancakes. I like the different flavored syrups they have available. They have blueberry, strawberry etc. Lorraine has been my server both times I've been here and has been amazing both times. She always checks in to make sure you are doing ok and keeps those pancakes coming! read more

Had breakfast this morning. New place. Nice surroundings for a strip mall location. The fireplace up front was a nice touch. Wait staff really friendly and attentive. Kept our drinks full. Checked up on us often even w a crowd. Food was good albeit standard. Scrambled eggs hot and fluffy. Meat good quality. Bacon could have been crisper. Pancakes good with selection of syrups. I had a Bold N Spicy BBQ omelette. All I can say is it was really good. This is a brand new location. Serves seem like their still learning but overall really nice environment and great food. The fireplace and coffee bar is something I have not seen at other IHOPS. read more

I had given this much thought since this is a fairly new location but breakfast this morning was far from impressive. The meal came out fine, the service by our waitress was attentive, courteous and very polite. I cannot give her blame for any of what is about to be said. I had ordered an omelette, hash browns and toast. The coffee was excellent! Soon after eating a few bites of the hash browns, a long hair was discovered under the hash browns with tells me it came from the kitchen area. Again, no blame given to our waitress. After pointing the hair out to our waitress, she was immediately apologetic and wanted to do the right thing correcting the bill. The manager then showed up with a corrected adjustment to the bill and apologized again for the incident. The resturant did what was expected put maybe more interest should be directed to additional training. read more

Went around 9 am and was seated very quickly. They were not very busy and the waitress was very friendly/attentive. I got the southwest scramble and it was fair. Avocado had some brown spots and the hasbrowns were overdone on the outside and raw in the middle. read more

Today's service was unacceptable. We set down for for 15 minutes before I had to stand up and find our server. Then after another 5 minutes a woman came out took our order she was very nice. After placing our order our drinks never came. Then about 10 minutes after she left she came back and said I could not have the combo. Which was fine so I asked her to bring me another menu that took another 10 minutes. so this point we're about 30 to 40 minutes. Then we spoke with the manager who, in a way made it seem like we were wrong. then as my friend gor frustrated.as we stood up to leave very apologetic, in a condescending manner, is how the managers spoke to us. When we arived at I hop all the tables around us were still dirty.other people were also complaining that they couldn't even get a simple refill. other people had been sitting there as long as us and still hadn't even had their orders taken. this is absurd I don't understand this is not how customer service is handled. I also understand this from a professional level as I have been in the food service industry for at least the last 15 years. So thank you IHOP I will not be joining your tables any longer. read more
