Most people aren't strangers to ihop and it's unique taste especially the pancakes. George and I eat at an iHop at least twice a month. With that being said this new location can use some improvement. All areas seem to be a bit unorganized. I only saw two or three servers for Tuesday lunch, however I witnessed a manager tell an applicant that only PT hostess positions were available. When our food was delivered our server changed and then changed back when it was time for the bill. It may be my fault for having a complicated order, but the kitchen put cheese on my sliders that I requested to be left off. I would've just taken the cheese off and kept it moving ( because I was THAT hungry) but the cheese was melted into the pancake sliders ( ugh, ew) so I had to send it back to be corrected. Hungry. The #1 disappointment was the regular pancakes. IHOP pancakes are large and fluffy. The pancakes we were served were thin small and dry. I'm used to getting pancakes the size of the large plate. Please see photo of my pancake on a large plate. Also I genuinely don't need more than just butter on my ihop pancakes because of how good they are on their own. Today I drowned it in syrup. A DM or maybe corporate needs to evaluate what exactly this new location is putting out. read more

I give this location 0 stars. Came from out of town and wanted to get breakfast with my family. We had a party of 3. When we originally came in the hostess stated it would be a 30 minute wait. We waited for over an hour and when asked when we would be seated they stated another 10 minutes. When going inside they had 6-7 empty tables but customers were still waiting. Customers were coming in for takeout orders they were prepared in 10 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous and what seemed to be the manager was even worse. She was a plus sized African woman, short, with long wavy hair and a hoop nose ring. She seemed to have an attitude due to frustration but that is a part of management in the restaurant business as well she didn't apologize to any of the customers for the long wait or the inconvenience. I will NEVER come to this IHOP ever again!!!! You shouldn't have to wait a hour and thirty minutes to be seated at a table when you have 6-7 empty tables that are available. The manager was rude and unapologetic and the food wasn't even worth the wait!!! Unacceptable!!! Do better!!! As well once we were seated they seated us near the kitchen. Terrible service! Unfortunately we didn't make it to a table to be seated. We were told when we arrived that there would be a table ready in 5-10 minutes. There were 10 vacant tables when we arrived. Fifteen minutes later, there were 14 empty tables and we were still not seated. The hostess tried to be proactive and asked to have some tables cleared so we could be seated. Still, nothing. From now on, we'll be sticking to our favorite local places. read more

Got up and left and was never asked why just greeted as we left with a "Thank you for coming" but was never waited on for anything worst service ever would not recommend anyone to go there unless you get there around 8am and order dinner you may get it by 6pm read more

I'm no stranger to IHOP. I get their over 55 breakfast menu quite often but this particular store was the most disorganized one I have been to in quite a while. I don't know if it's because we went on Veteran's Day or if they are still new but we waited an awfully long time for our breakfast order (over an hour). We arrived there fairly early in the morning so I don't know what they delay was? They cheated my husband out of a sausage, too. I was not impressed by this particular IHOP. read more

If you could provide negative stars, my review might be more correct. We decided to try the IHOP one more time against better judgement. I should have gone with my instincts. This is a new restaurant and should be receiving great reviews. The waitress was horrible at this location. Despite it being busy, the other servers were actively monitoring their tables and bringing out food. Our waffles and pancakes came out look warm, which is more likely our servers fault than the kitchen. She never checked on us after taking our order until bringing the food. The table next to us waited for over 20 minutes for her to bring them a box. If you get Chelsea, expect a long wait. read more

Worst breakfast experience ever! Sat at the table for 20 minutes before we even received our beverages. Food finally came out after half an hour, only one entrée arrived and it was ice cold. The other entree never came. Our server was not very apologetic . It was not even that busy for the service to be so slow. Will never come back. read more

Walked in, and the place had a weird smell. But we were seated and were told that someone would be with us shortly to take our orders. We sat there for about 15 minutes and still not one waiter had approached us to even take our drinks order. So we just walked out. Eaten here several times since they opened. Good menu selection with no flexibility for substitution to account for customer's dietary needs. Service and food is inconsistent. It has been hit and miss from really good to just ok, but never bad. There is no pattern, it seems like most of the issues are related to staffing, training and stabilizing their workforce. Me and my two friends came and got desserts and appetizers, the desserts were dry and just not good at all- the mozz sticks werent crispy at all, the drinks took 15 minutes to receive. being there 7 different tables had issues and had items refunded. including all of our food. we were leaving and told the lady up front to have a good night and she had a horrid attitude problem and was like "uh huh". I had to wait for 20 minutes which is normal for a table of 6 during covid times, however we waited and they put us at a table of 4 and 2, eventhough we have 6. We asked to move to a different table that could fit all of us and was more than 6 feet apart and they were rude and didnt even bother to let us move. Everyone seemed like they didnt want to work there and seemed pissed the whole time. There were flies everywhere. Our waiter was very nice. The hostess was very rude, he tried to call our waiter to do something right as he was about to take our order. The hostess was wearing airpods and just looked like he was walking around and not doing much. The food was good but it did take a while to get it. Overall the experience wasnt horrible but I went with my family and did not expect to have a hostess yell at my mom like shes stupid and when she politely asked to move.
