Love this place and come here all the time. The food is exquisite and I can't really pace myself... The service is so fast and it all tastes so good. It's like a world class restaurant but cheaper!! After several failed attempts at getting food elsewhere, my friend and I settled for IHOP. It was late afternoon and IHOP doesn't really scream "lunch" but we were hungry. There was literally nobody else in the place except for the staff, so we didn't have to wait long for anything. The floors were really dirty and the food was ok. Not amazing, but IHOP isn't known for chicken sandwiches. It's saving grace was that the server was incredibly attentive and friendly and made our visit great. read more

Best IHOP experience I've ever had in a long long time. Love our waiter Dan, super friendly and quick reaction! You don't get this in a lot of the restaurants nowadays. We come here on occasion for breakfast. Today was not a good day. While we were seated quickly, our server took his time. We sat for about 4.5 minutes before I finally had to flag him down . He brought us our drinks and took our order. Food was ok but I would say the service was lacking today. We have had better service. There were no smiles or greeting of any kind. The pancakes split open when trying to cut with the fork - I mean layers came off, weird. The omelet I ordered had link sausage pieces - what they can't use sausage patties? Links have a coating which makes the texture and flavor bad for me. The ham pieces were a bit big but they worked. Wife ordered dinner from the over 55 menu, red potatoes and got breakfast potatoes with green peppers. She can't eat those so why did they come with them? We didn't order the potatoes with green peppers. They then charged us full price for her meal. Why bother listening to your customers, it doesn't matter what they want, only what you want us to digest. Stop. Listen. Write it down. Do it right. Terrible place. Made an online order, against better judgement, and it was worse than expected. Over an hour and thirty minute wait. They said an Uber eats driver took my order by mistake the first time. After that the toothless manager came out to do the order himself. Still waited 35 min after that. Come here at your own peril. Meth and heroin is too good for the staff here. Bath salts is more their jam I think. Jokes asides, it was a terrible experience, with mediocre at best food. I can't say enough bad. Eat at your own risk!! While there were some nice precautions were taken with personal bag of condiment etc. One employee can infect most customers not taking the right safety steps. Stopped for breakfast and the sign on the door stated... Masks are required for anyone 5 years of age or older, yet two employees not wearing masks and one seen without gloves. The one with no gloves, no mask was also observed eating behind the line. Shame some businesses are doing all they can to keep everyone safe and stay open, while places like this are helping to keep this virus alive. We have owned and operated restaurants for over 25 years and there is no standard food safety happening here, let alone any extra for Covid. It's places like this that will hurt us all. Sorry, but the managers and owners need to take this serious or they are putting good people at risk. Came here to pick up an order thru Uber eats, I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes without anyone helping me. People in the back kept looking at me and then walked even further back into the kitchen. I received my food and drove home I live across the street. My food was cold and pancakes a bit soggy. I also ordered crepes which were not crepes, they were over cooked and had bubbles (batter not prepared correctly) and my eggs were stale and inedible. I also ordered an extra side of hash browns which was tiny and could have been eaten in a single bite. There was also something hard in one of the sausages (maybe a bone or something WTF). Also highly disappointed with how much plastic they used with my to go order. Considering the rest of Bozeman has been really good about cutting down on single use plastics, this place is moving in the opposite direction. Honestly I don't know how the service can be this slow. Party of 11 is understandable to be somewhat slow but over 2 hours still no food is absolutely unacceptable. Smaller tables of 4 seated after us have gotten their food, eaten it and left before we even got our food. There's a lot of negative about this establishment and of course there's issues. However, you'll have that anywhere. Compared to other IHOP's I've been too this one was abnormally slow. I could tell the staff was really trying to keep up. I've seen less staff at other IHOP's and it's busier and the serving time is faster. Table they sat me at was still dirty which doesn't bother me but might bother other people. At the end of the day they were trying their hardest and the food was worth the 25 minute wait. read more
