This is a place I don't recommend! So let's start from the beginning! So they don't have enough handicap parking they only have 2 slots and they were taking! The parking is atrocious the parking was all taken up, the parking lot is really small! For a restaurant that size you would think they would have more parking! So when the waitress came around after a long wait she took my drink order and I said I am ready to order food. She said ok let me get the drink first, so she gets a penny tip. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait! I waited for 45 minutes to get my food, ordered steak and eggs over easy. The steak was over cooked and I might have got ripped off cause I ordered the sirloin steak and I might have gotten the chuck cuz my jaw got sore from all the chewing! I visited this restaurant on Sunday following church, I got the worst service I've ever had. 1. There was a group of six of us, I was the only person of a different race and was secluded. My wife was asked where the sixth person is. 2. When the server come to take orders, he selected myself first (the only man in the group), I find it very rude to not ask the women first. 3. when I received the pancakes with my meal, they were cold, when the replacement came I only got half of the amount of pancakes and they were like rubber. 4. my niece asked for honey mustard when she ordered her meal, had to ask a second time for the honey mustard the returned with standard mustard, she had to ask a third time to get her requested honey mustard. 5. I'm clearly an absurd person because this is now the 2nd IHOP in America I've chosen to write a review about but I've come to this location so often because of its proximity to the airport that I now feel related enough to it to give it a solid review to attempt to outweigh all these miserable reviews. It's IHOP so I don't really know what people are expecting? Servers have always been kind to me. The food has looked on the same level as any other IHOP I've been to. Coffee is as mediocre as you would want. It's the average realm that you would expect from IHOP. Their bathrooms are clean which is important because I do consistently have to take a heavy dump after eating their food. I'm not sure why I keep coming back here now knowing that but, oh well, I do. As a friend of mine put it, it's the "IHOP Plop." And an omelette, three pancakes, and chugging coffee will definitely do that to you. For $17, you can be able to read, get some work done, and have your stomach experience a breakfast earthquake. They don't have WiFi here, though, which is kind of bizarre for a cafe in 2019. Access to the Internet? No. Access to immediate diarrhea? Definitely. International House of Pooping. I suppose I would give this place 4 stars but after that whole IHOB thing that IHOP did on social media, I can't substantiate giving any of their locations above 3 stars. Brighton, Co You can usually tell how good a restaurant is by how many cars are in the parking lot. On Friday nights the lot used to be packed. Not so much lately. Very few people around 6 pm. The mashed potatoes were cold and looked like soup. The mac n cheese and broccoli was cold too. I don't mean not warm, they were actually cold. We asked for gravy on our chicken and there was no gravy. We went ahead and ate the chicken. When the wait person finally came back, we asked for boxes for the rest of the meal. funny how the potatoes firmed up and were warm after a minute and a half in the microwave at home. When we went to pay we told the cashier we didn't get our gravy, and that the potatoes and vegetables were cold. He said the best he could do is a 15% discount. With every bit all you could really taste was sauce and not the fish too much. Once again, the broccoli on this plate was the same.....MOLDY! We didn't bother with talking to our waitress about the broccoli, just seemed to be pointless. I would give this Ihop a 0 star if i could. We ordered to-go through the app. We had ordered the blueberry lemon ricotta crepes. Apparently they were out so they gave us normal crepes. They even wrote on the receipt "No Ricotta". Why couldn't they have called or let us know when we came in? I had ordered the chicken fried steak, but there was no gravy. I didn't ask for no gravy, i wanted the gravy. I also didn't receive my 2 pancakes with it. This is the second time we've ordered to-go and they have messed it up twice. Go elsewhere! We went for dinner tonight and they were out of everything. They went to the store and bought deli sliced ham and tried to pass it off as ham steaks. You could see right through it. They were out of shrimp for the fish and chips dinner and instead of letting us know, they spread the fish over the fries in the hopes that we wouldn't notice. Their waffle iron was broken so no waffles. No drink refills were offered. We waited for our check for a while but finally got up and had to go find someone so we could pay. The manager and the only waitress were sitting at a booth chatting when they should have been sweeping the food off the floor so we didn't have to step over it on our way out. The floors were so sticky, you could hear your shoe stick to them. I normally don't complain or write reviews but I have never seen an IHOP so poorly run.We should have known when we walked in and it was completely empty! The last time j in was there I was with my 3 kids and the service was terrible. First of all it took over an hour to get it to us. Secondly we were sitting on the edge of a section and so there was a wall with decorations on it and one was loose and somebody was just playing with it and I was right next to our heads so it was extremely annoying. There were 2 birthdays there and for the first one they did it ask us if it was okay to sing and disrupt our time there. They got their food and they liked it but there was hair in the food.
