If the owner is at home, then he/she can rest assured they hired the right group to run this place. It also felt like there may have been too many people working at the same time without a clear system for who was responsible for what. As for the food, I enjoyed it. They have some unique concoctions for their sandwiches and offer a lot of variety especially for those with dietary restrictions. I've tried a bunch of their menu items but sometimes just a simple turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich on French bread does the trick.
