Maybe Spinach & Mushroom Omelette with bacon

Stumbled upon this IHOP while in town with my father while he is receiving cancer treatments. He was hungry for IHOP and this was the closest to our hotel. Didn't read previous reviews until waiting for our food, and honestly feel most are pretty unfair ‍ We arrived and the server was helping another table so one of the cooks let us know someone would be with us shortly. The server came and seated us shortly after, getting our drink order and letting us know about Hoppy Hour specials right away. Our order was taken and food arrived, looking fabulous, quickly. While eating we started hearing the two cooks in the kitchen talking, joking, and frankly just having fun in the kitchen. Louder than I am use to yes, but nothing inappropriate, rude, or offensive, just lively laughter as they started sharing some favorite songs back and forth. Yes, again, we could easily hear the songs they were sharing but again nothing overbearing. More of the feeling you were at a friends house and they were cooking dinner for you. The food was AMAZING!! My dad, who hasn't had an appetite and often complains food either has a funny after taste or no taste ate 3/4 of his order! I had an omelet that was phenomenal! Our experience was definitely different than I have had at other restaurants, but not bad and frankly once I got past it being something different was enjoyable. Will definitely be back, especially if Demetrius and Gus are back in the kitchen!

I've only been to IHOP maybe three times in my life. I'm not a huge breakfast person (yes, I know they have other stuff on menu). I absolutely love the Addams Family & seen that they have an inspired menu (not a huge one maybe 4-5 items). I ordered Wednesday's Web cakes (pancakes, icing, chocolate & frosting) w/ chicken tenders on the side. Actually a pancake & chicken combo. The pancakes were sweet but good. Did not need to add syrup or anything. Although I didn't use it, l like that they offer about 5 different syrup flavors. Looking over there menu they had a ton of different pancake options that I would go back and try. We went on a Friday night & it wasn't busy at all. There were 2 younger waitstaff working the restaurant & I felt like they were really nice & attentive. Overall I liked my meal & the service I was provided. Prices were decent! I'd for sure go back sometime.

I placed a mobile order at 9:50am for some food after the gym. I arrived at Ihop at 10:15am and had to wait 40 minutes for my food. There were plenty of people who were seated and received their food before i ever got my mobile order for myself. When i finally received it, for one it was the wrong order then two it was cold. I'm never coming back

At least 15 open tables but they are not seating anyone. The "hostess" needs a new attitude.

Longer version: This place is located in a strip mall that kind of looks run down. Do not let that stop you!! There is actually a really pretty park across the street if you do want to take your food to go. The inside was very clean and put together. There isn't much for decor but it felt like your standard "hole in the wall" twin cities hispanic restaurant. Parking is free. The service here was terrific!! I felt like I was honestly apart of a family! I was check in on multiple times! My server was very polite and friendly! Very enjoyable! The food: I got pupusas (cheese) and they were soooo good! The cheese pull on these were great! If you have never had them, it's kind of like if a corn bread pancake and a slab of mozzarella came together! You can get these stuffed with beans and meat as well! I also got the quesabirria tacos! Now I have been to tons of places in the twin cities for quesabirria tacos and dare I say these are some of the best in the twin cities!!! Oh my goodness!! Absolutely delicious! And the consume had good flavor as well! Packed with meat and cheese! The salsas were excellent and had a great heat to them! Their horchata was also very refreshing and I would definitely recommend that as well! This is a smaller business with a great menu, friendly service and decent portion/price ratio! Don't sleep on this place!

The staff was super friendly and greeted us from when we walked in the door. This is a nice mom and pop shop and I will most certainly be back to try out their breakfast!

Inside atmosphere has great vibes and great energy. There is a lot going on in a small space. Service and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Order: Thai tea. Delicious. Just like you would want and expect. Macha latte cold. Great flavor. Nice balance of flavor. Not too sweet. Scallion danish. Probably my favorite bite. Crispy and airy texture with good flavor. Just the smell alone had my taste buds dancing. Sesame balls. Nice crispy exterior with chewy soft inside. The star of the dish was the creamy caramel sauce... it was perfect. Thai tea French toast. Worth the hype and the calories. Perfect crisp exterior with flavorful soft chewy interior. Definitely a destination dish. Hmong sausage with added egg. Delicious flavor in the sausage. Egg was perfectly cooked with runny yolk. The dish definitely needed the homemade house sweet and sour sauce that had hints of lemongrass. Overall dish was good to try for the first time. Chicken noodle soup. Winner winner chicken dinner. Just a delicious bowl of food. Great flavors and textures and chew from the noodles. The stars of the dish were the rich broth and the crispy chicken skin. Definitely would order again. Pan fried bean thread noodles with added crispy chicken. Great balance of flavors with a nice hint of spice. Another definite order again dish. Overall: Great experience and lived up to the hype. The food was delicious but sometimes getting a table or reservation can be challenging. The Protip is to just get the pastries to go. They were all extraordinary and worth every calorie!

We had a lunch reservation for over a month since dinner reservations were months out. We were seated right away but the tables were more cafe style and very tight. We could hear conversations from our table neighbors. I ordered the beef salad (now switched to shrimp maybe), she ordered the sweet pork. We wanted a coconut pandan croissant, but they were sold out so we settled on a shared almond croissant. The croissant was great. The beef salad had a laab seasoning intent but there was just so so much more salad and very few slices of beef. The sweet pork and the papaya salad was mid but tasted more Thai style. Maybe their dinner menu is better. In the meantime, try Hmong village for slightly better parking and more authentic Hmong food options with half of the cost.

The restaurant is always clean and the service is excellent! The food selections are good organic choices. However, they removed the widely popular, absolutely delicious hot pastrami sandwich. Why? It just disappeared!!! There is no other comparable option to this sandwich on their menu. My heart is broken. I was forced to try another selection: the Bruschetta chicken sandwich. The jury is still out on this one. Not bad. Just not as GREAT as the pastrami one. I tried the ever popular cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting today. It's a one & done for me. The soaked in butter bread is a bit off putting for me. It's like oily wet bread. All of that butter upset my stomach. I only ate 1/3 of it...and had to toss it. Yeah, that's very disappointing. Money is tight...this meal was a real treat for me. All in all, BT is very good, great location, good service, good food.

SInce this is a place where you order at the counter, reservations don't really make sense. And we got in faster than estimated for Mother's Day. I also noticed the staff didn't look stressed out despite the crowd. The large windows face north and west like my home, but somehow it feels bright and sunny, probably assisted by the blond furniture and gold and white colors. Water is self serve, but the rest of your order arrives fairly quickly after you sit down. I loved both of the brunches I ordered, getting a green salad with a delicious vinaigrette on the side is a lovely contrast to the indulgent loaded hash browns or soft scramble. My sons went for heartier fare and had no complaints, they would rate their food 4 out of 5 though the jam was reportedly awesome. I'd go 5 out of 5 on the loaded hash browns, because somehow they are still nice and crisp under all the yummy things on top of them. The coffee is very good, and I consider myself a coffee snob. Baked goods happy hour is a nice feature too. After dropping off his brother, my oldest twisted my arm to go back and get some half price cinnamon rolls since it had just passed 1 pm. The bathroom is across a hallway, shared with other businesses, and sparkling clean. There are fancier brunches out there in the Twin Cities, but I think this place deserves 5 stars for the whole experience, it's casual, but classier than a diner.
