Love coming here with family! It's less busy during the week and no wait for service. Lots of parking at this location. Food was amazing !

I enjoy this restaurant the staff is friendly and I like the food. The music is great and the place is comfortable,

GERMAN COCKROACH !? Crawling around on the wall where my bf & I are sitting eating. Was immediately disgusted, lost my appetite. The waitress MICHELLE A never came back to check on us or give us the receipt to pay. Horrible customer service and basic sanitary conditions for food handling definitely not met. If there's one roach there's a whole nest in here somewhere.

Elf on a shelf pancakes- sooo good!!

Breakfast all day everyday, yes please! I could eat eggs and pancakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Haven't eaten any of their menu items, other than breakfast, so I'm not sure how the lunch/dinner items are, but the breakfast never disappoints. This place of course is busy on the weekends, but it's expected. The food is good, prices are reasonable, the service has always been pleasant, the restaurant looks clean, there is flavored creamers, good kid menu, and an all around good experience. I always get some sort of pancakes, and/or the smokehouse combo, which is my favorite. It's 2 eggs any way, hash browns or fries, 2 sausage links, and a side of pancakes. The best seasonal pancakes are their Christmas ones with frosting and sprinkles. The food here has always been good and warm, I've had all good experiences, and just a good spot to eat at. But of course I'll be coming back

    Classic Benedict - overcooked

Dropped my car nearby for a detail and walked to the closest restaurant - this IHOP. Mediocre, bordering bad service and bad food. I greeted and asked for a table in english, was answered in spanish, and that continued throughout the time there, as if no one understands or speaks English. My benedicts were overcooked. The server, Ingrid, was nice, however, seemed new and didn't know what poached meant. She did go to the kitchen and stated my complaint, and the reply was that they were cooked right (I was seated next to the kitchen and heard). The server stated that the client wanted it "softer, "undercooked"." Eleven minutes later and after the rest of my food was cold, I was brought another benedict- I can only assume the kitchen was not happy, so I did not touch it. I will never eat here again, and suggest that anyone who prefers good service and good food, doesn't either.

Three stars because my food was great! My server/waitress Ingrid was absolutely not good! I was greeted normal and all food was brought out in a timely manner but then Ingrid disappeared she never once came back to check on me and when I was done I waited about 10 minutes before she came back and gave me the check! She didn't even offer a box to take my untouched pancakes home (I was full). Then she disappeared again and I waited another 10 minutes before I had to get up and walk to the front to pay my bill. Turns out Ingrid was on lunch... it's fine but she should have had the courtesy to excuse herself and pass the table on to someone else and not just leave me there sitting like a dummy. Food and coffee where great though

I always say that a burger needs to stand out from other "traditional" burger places, and the ingredient that stood out to me the most was the pickles. The pickles were most definitely house-pickled, and they had such a good kick to the burger! We loved them. After our first bite, my husband and I looked at each other because we immediately noticed that the pickles were different. Then we took our second bite, and it was just a great explosion of flavor in your mouth. We were actually the second customers there, so our burgers were made fresh right after we ordered. The guy working was by himself at the time, taking orders and making the food, so I definitely recommend being patient if you visit when they're short-staffed. Someone came in after us and was told there would be about a 30-minute wait, and I honestly completely understood. He was doing everything himself! We also talked about going back to try their onion rings and maybe even giving their milkshake a shot. Our drink of choice this time was a Michelada, and they use Clamato, which was a HUGE plus for me. I personally can't stand Michis made with Bloody Mary mix. This one was tasty and paired perfectly with our burgers. Overall, we had a really good experience and a delicious meal. If you're coming to Swagyu, I recommend bringing a little patience and optimism. You're getting fresh food, and it's worth the wait!

I really see this as a management/owner issue more than a reflection of the worker but still left a bad taste for a first visit. Ambiance: I mean its clean. I was torn between the tortuga ninja and the breakfast mexipino. Decided to go with the mexipino sandwich and the ube pancake. Ube pancake - served on a pizza plate. Wow factor lol. The pancake was good, however i felt it could have used a macapuno syrup or something coconutty to complement the ube. The drizzle they put on it was good and i asked for extra and it boosted the flavor. This can probably feed 4-5 people depending on how hungry you are. Mexipino sandwich - this was good enough to split. I loved the savory and sweetness and saltiness. All the flavors complimented one another and i did a happy food dance. Calamansi mint drink - it was just ok for me. Reminds me of the calamansi drink from the pouches and they just added mint. It was too sweet for me so i probably wouldn't order again. It's not a big spot but they do have a lot of seating. The staff on duty were really nice. I want to come back to try the tortuga ninja sandwich. They do have high chairs for the little ones. Unsure of the restroom since we didnt use it. Plenty of free parking since this is in a strip mall.
