We did wait a while to get our check though due to it being a very busy Sunday morning. Although if I had to select between IHOP and Denny's, I'd prefer IHOP over Denny's for overall food quality. For I ordered a simple side of French Toast. French Toast here is ok, nothing extraordinary! My older gal friend was just saddened that IHOP no longer carries "lingonberry waffles." Do not recommend. Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner after driving all day to get here, food came out quickly but pancakes were undercooked, I felt badly about sending back, server came back and rudely gave them to me. After, she didn't check on us at all, no refills, nothing. After we were finished eating, we waited for the check and that's when I seen a COCKROACH where the syrups and condiments go. I felt so bad after these girls gave me bad attitude all through my breakfast. When I asked for something their attitude came through. They made me feel like I was bothering. I would ask other people to assist me since our server was helping another area and the answers that cut me off mid sentence and said ill call ur server was very rude especiallywhen i was asking nicely. Breakfast all day everyday, yes please! I could eat eggs and pancakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Haven't eaten any of their menu items, other than breakfast, so I'm not sure how the lunch/dinner items are, but the breakfast never disappoints. This place of course is busy on the weekends, but it's expected. The food is good, prices are reasonable, the service has always been pleasant, the restaurant looks clean, there is flavored creamers, good kid menu, and an all around good experience. I always get some sort of pancakes, and/or the smokehouse combo, which is my favorite. It's 2 eggs any way, hash browns or fries, 2 sausage links, and a side of pancakes. The best seasonal pancakes are their Christmas ones with frosting and sprinkles. The food here has always been good and warm, I've had all good experiences, and just a good spot to eat at. HORRIBLE! Shout out Annette. I called an order for pick up, all I wanted was some damn Nutella, powered sugar, and fruit crepes. I am sick so I had the munchies. So we called and she asked us what I wanted, I told her crepes, gluten free pancakes, and bacon. She said "what's your name", I told her then she asked, "what do you want". I said crepes, pancakes and bacon. Then she asked, "what's your name." I was getting pretty irritated so I sternly repeated again. Then she said "what kind of crepes do you want". We got the poblano Benny & a pancake combo. I don't know what they put on top of the Benny but it was not Hollandaise sauce. It was very thin & flavor less, I could see the bottom of the plate through it. I get it, it's 9pm, maybe they had thrown out the sauce already and just whipped something together quickly.... I greeted and asked for a table in english, was answered in spanish, and that continued throughout the time there, as if no one understands or speaks English. My benedicts were overcooked. The server, Ingrid, was nice, however, seemed new and didn't know what poached meant. She did go to the kitchen and stated my complaint, and the reply was that they were cooked right (I was seated next to the kitchen and heard). The server stated that the client wanted it "softer, "undercooked"." Eleven minutes later and after the rest of my food was cold, I was brought another benedict- I can only assume the kitchen was not happy, so I did not touch it. We were seated immediately upon walk in. The customer service was really good. There was also a mixture of staff and guests if you know what I mean. Or drinks came out quickly and in good taste. We ordered 5 meals and all was delicious. Again, another better than Vegas locating review. The eggs were so good I ate some of all my kids eggs. WOW! what a fantastic experience my wife and I had today at 12:18 for lunch. Our server Francisco was the most professional, polite, respectful and friendly server we EVER encountered. He made our lunch extra ordinary by his attention and attitude. WOW. I told him we appreciated his attitude and professionalism and asked if he was trained by IHOP, he said yes. I don't know about it much at this location. But IHop has always been a favorite place for me to frequent. Good food, service and honoring military discounts. How can I possible say no to this. They seat me at the furthest corner of the restaurant. They hardly checked in on me. Which is fine by me. I am an oddity in the restaurant patrons. Most servers were friendly, except when I was about to walk out after my breakfast. The host say something in Spanish, the cashier make her apologized to the Lord for what she said. On june 27,2023 my mother and aunt returned from having breakfast at this location . They returned to let me now about the bad experience they had with bad service especially from the female staff (waitress). They constantly had to asked for service at there table and when they would be helped they got helped with bad attitudes and when they got ready to pay and leave the cashier practically demanded a tip. I know my mother and my aunt the both are retired on a budget but find a way to always leave a minimum of $20 tips because we appreciate food workers and because we also worked in the food industry and for them to denied a tip is proof of the bad experience they had. As we looked at the menu, I already knew what I wanted. I got the two eggs over easy, two sausages, hash browns, and wheat toast. My daughter got the chocolate pancakes that had a happy face made out of whipped cream, chocolate chips and cherries for the eyes. Food was great.
