If I could give them no stars, I would. They offer curbside, but do not do it. You still have to get out of your car and walk up to the window or go inside. Staff was kind of rude and not apologetic about the delay or the inconvenience of service. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:45am, but I didn't receive it till 12:20pm. Terrible! The food was severely over cooked and the manager was complaining about working the entire time I was there. She treated the servers and kitchen crew very awful and even at one point she said "I don't want to be here". She made me extremely uncomfortable. The only good part was my server Cynthia. She was very attentive and was assisting the Togo orders server when she needed help, she knew how to run the restaurant better than the complaining boss lady. Give Cynthia a promotion! read more

Floors super dirty I notice kus of shoes print on floor. Service was friendly but they a lil slow serving food n taking orders. Busy hrs this location should be lil painful. Food taste great. About a week ago, my husband and I dined in and ordered omelets which very good. I raved so much about the spicy omelet I ordered that we both ordered takeout yesterday and chose the spicy omelet. What a huge disappointment. It was awful!!! I could not believe it came from the same restaurant. The only reason I gave a two star rating is because of the dine in experience we had 2 weeks ago. Food is too expensive for IHOP to give less than your money's worth. I hope this review serves to encourage IHOP to improve the takeout experience. I will not find out on my dime. read more

If it's the days where you're super hungry DO NOT place an online order here. I kid you not it took them 40 mins to get everything together. They obviously didn't get the memo of what curbside means because i had called them letting them know I was here (as instructed) and the guy that answered the phone never told the lady at the front that there was a car waiting for the food. Horrible communication. I tried calling again and got no answer. My sister had to go inside to get the food. She comes back and tells me the lady was just on her phone because no one notified her that their were customers waiting. After all of that the food was good though. read more

Worth less than one star. Wait staff was funny and apologized and thanked us for our patience. Waited for over 20 mins just to be seated in an almost empty restaurant, waited 30 mins to get waters and drinks, waited another hour and some to get our food which had missing components. Wait staff informed a member of our party that grits were watery and asked if she still wanted them. My order was wrong. Bacon was undercooked. We ate the food and then by the time we were ready for our check we asked to speak to the manager about a discount and she only gives us 15% off our tabs for being here for OVER 3 hours. We asked for a better discount and her response was "I gave everyone the same discount of 15% off"... We were told that if we wanted a better discount we had to call her superior the next day. What a cluster F... we sat down @ 2 am & the place was almost empty. I have never seen so many lazy people in my life. Customers were getting up to go get their food & own condiments. The line cook kept screaming for the waiters to pick up the orders. The waiters kept yelling back. Unprofessional @ it's best. We were visiting our Chiropractor and decided to stop by IHOP and have a quick breakfast. Imagine my reaction when I read in their menu that their omelet starts off with eggs AND wheat pancake batter! What in the world?! Pancake batter in omelets? The menu states that this 'helps' to make the omelet fluffy. I know, I know. You're thinking 'it's IHOP, what do you expect?' So, I ordered a salad for breakfast instead. I tasted my husband's omelet and the 'egg' texture was definitely thicker and heavier. Methinks (I don't normally use this word) that IHOP is just trying to cut the corners around the expenditure monster to save some dinero. Every time I come here food is cold, hash browns are pre made and served in a square. Today decided to order hash browns with onions. All the cook did was put onions on top of per-made hash browns. This place is atrocious. No professionalism whatsoever. The staff at the front door are not warm and inviting. And acts as if they don't even want to work today. Seems like IHOP will hire anyone willing to apply. Too cold in restaurant! Our waiter, David.. give him 5 stars.. out of 25. Restrooms were uncomfortable & not clean. Employees ragging on each other to customers. This entire crew needs a refresher on food safety; MANAGEMENT INCLUDED.. to let this circus continue. I will forever have a problem with ANY waiter holding my food hostage, breathing over it, for them to only realize it's the wrong table. This was the worst place to stop for breakfast...i placed an online order (to be ready at 12:15pm)... so i checked on it earlier than it was to be ready it wasn't ready (was being hopeful) ...Ok cool so at the time it was to be ready i allowed 15 more mintues and called why you put me on hold and no one got back to me. I went in and the young lady (looking at her cell phone) barely acknowledging me proceeds to check the shelves behind her and then walks to the kitchen to check she said they are bagging orders now (12:45). Really its a little after 1pm now... i am upset and several other people with online orders also. I spoke with asst manager about just advise people if you are behind and busy... no one said anything to me or the others...If she really cared it was probably 5%. Ive just finished playing a game, so naturally Im thirsty,tired and HUNGRY. My friend and I got there sometime after 8 and were seated pretty quickly. We then received our drinks and made the order of (5) pancakes and the french toast, so we could split it. After receiving our food we asked the waitress for an extra plate in which we received like 10min later and by then our food was getting cold. Then halfway through the meal my friend asked for some water, our waitress forgot and we couldn't remind her because she never came back to the table until the very end, to give us the check. By then we asked another server who brought to us immediately. I don't understand why our service had to take so long and there weren't a lot of people there. The plus was the food which wasn't bad and satisfied my hungry stomach. I might cone back just no time soon. read more

Did frequent this IHOP till tonight. After a busy night at work we stopped in between calls of service and we were immediately sat however after 15 min our waitress had not even said hello to us let alone take a drink or food order. After attempting to get a waitress's attention we were greeted by that waitress with a single finger in the air as she walked away indicating to us that we just needed to wait. By the way that was approximately at the 10 min mark. We left without any other contact with a waitress and went to Waffle House. read more

I drive past other IHOP's just to go to this one. The service is quick and friendly. I had a big steak omelette that was fluffy and full of meat. They are known for pancakes and these did not disappoint. My server was Monica and I will be asking for her in the future. Will be back soon. read more

Ordered a birthday breakfast for delivery via GrubHub the restaurant left out two side orders of meat and the hollandaise sauce to compliment both omelettes. GrubHub refunded the missing items of course but I also called the manager (Courtney) to let her know. Wasn't very fun eating omelettes with no meat. :( So much for the birthday breakfast! read more

This is absolutely the worst I-Hop, in fact the worst restaurant, I have ever been to. Today, we took our elderly, disabled mother here for dinner. We were not greeted by any of the staff on entering, and when we chose a table ourselves near the entrance (a table that was dirty and still had dirty dishes on it), we were totally ignored, even though several of the wait staff were sitting idle in tables nearby, facing us, apparently only interested in counting their tips or talking on their cell phones. We waited a full 15 minutes for service and were still totally ignored. No wait staff came to our table, no one ever came to clean the disgustingly messy table, and when we decided to leave and brought the abominable service to the manager's attention on the way out, she just shrugged! We had dined in this restaurant before, and although the food was not really very good, at least it was convenient. This experience today convinced us never to patronize I-Hop again. If this company doesn't do something about this appallingly bad service (and bad food), it really deserves to go out of business! I still can't believe how bad this place was! read more

Seated quickly for a saturday but that meant nothing. Took the waitress about 15min to even come to our table. Fine things happen! But then after ordering 10min later waitress comes back to verify order. Hence my order was not even put in yet. Finally when the food did come over an hour later,Things were missing and the food was COLD. EVERY PANCAKE AND FRENCH TOAST. All of this occurring the manager never once came out. Even at request. Offered to make the pancakes and french toast over but at that point the rest of our meal would also be cold. Throughout all the waiting customers that came in after my family received prompt service and food. Last time I came I still had egg shells in my food and the comment from the waitress was atleast you know the eggs are real. DUDE, there veggie stuffed crapes are freaking AWESOME. I haven't been to an iHOP in awhile and when I came with a friend I thought it was going to be the norm but when I saw that I thought "why not" and glad I made the choice. It's stuff with spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, all that good stuff and covered in a horseradish sauce and if you add some hash browns to it you WILL be falling asleep when you get home and sit down. I urge you to try it out and if you don't like it the refund is on iHOP, lol. read more
