Terrible! The food was severely over cooked and the manager was complaining about working the entire time I was there. She treated the servers and kitchen crew very awful and even at one point she said "I don't want to be here". She made me extremely uncomfortable. The only good part was my server Cynthia. About a week ago, my husband and I dined in and ordered omelets which very good. I raved so much about the spicy omelet I ordered that we both ordered takeout yesterday and chose the spicy omelet. What a huge disappointment. It was awful!!! I could not believe it came from the same restaurant. The only reason I gave a two star rating is because of the dine in experience we had 2 weeks ago. Food is too expensive for IHOP to give less than your money's worth. I hope this review serves to encourage IHOP to improve the takeout experience. I will not find out on my dime. read more

They obviously didn't get the memo of what curbside means because i had called them letting them know I was here (as instructed) and the guy that answered the phone never told the lady at the front that there was a car waiting for the food. Worth less than one star. Wait staff was funny and apologized and thanked us for our patience. Waited for over 20 mins just to be seated in an almost empty restaurant, waited 30 mins to get waters and drinks, waited another hour and some to get our food which had missing components. Wait staff informed a member of our party that grits were watery and asked if she still wanted them. My order was wrong. Bacon was undercooked. We ate the food and then by the time we were ready for our check we asked to speak to the manager about a discount and she only gives us 15% off our tabs for being here for OVER 3 hours. We asked for a better discount and her response was "I gave everyone the same discount of 15% off"... We were told that if we wanted a better discount we had to call her superior the next day. We were visiting our Chiropractor and decided to stop by IHOP and have a quick breakfast. Imagine my reaction when I read in their menu that their omelet starts off with eggs AND wheat pancake batter! What in the world?! Pancake batter in omelets? The menu states that this 'helps' to make the omelet fluffy. I know, I know. You're thinking 'it's IHOP, what do you expect?' So, I ordered a salad for breakfast instead. I tasted my husband's omelet and the 'egg' texture was definitely thicker and heavier. Methinks (I don't normally use this word) that IHOP is just trying to cut the corners around the expenditure monster to save some dinero. This was the worst place to stop for breakfast...i placed an online order (to be ready at 12:15pm)... so i checked on it earlier than it was to be ready it wasn't ready (was being hopeful) ...Ok cool so at the time it was to be ready i allowed 15 more mintues and called why you put me on hold and no one got back to me. I went in and the young lady (looking at her cell phone) barely acknowledging me proceeds to check the shelves behind her and then walks to the kitchen to check she said they are bagging orders now (12:45). After a busy night at work we stopped in between calls of service and we were immediately sat however after 15 min our waitress had not even said hello to us let alone take a drink or food order. Ive just finished playing a game, so naturally Im thirsty,tired and HUNGRY. My friend and I got there sometime after 8 and were seated pretty quickly. We then received our drinks and made the order of (5) pancakes and the french toast, so we could split it. After receiving our food we asked the waitress for an extra plate in which we received like 10min later and by then our food was getting cold. Then halfway through the meal my friend asked for some water, our waitress forgot and we couldn't remind her because she never came back to the table until the very end, to give us the check. By then we asked another server who brought to us immediately. I don't understand why our service had to take so long and there weren't a lot of people there. This is absolutely the worst I-Hop, in fact the worst restaurant, I have ever been to. Today, we took our elderly, disabled mother here for dinner. We were not greeted by any of the staff on entering, and when we chose a table ourselves near the entrance (a table that was dirty and still had dirty dishes on it), we were totally ignored, even though several of the wait staff were sitting idle in tables nearby, facing us, apparently only interested in counting their tips or talking on their cell phones. We waited a full 15 minutes for service and were still totally ignored. No wait staff came to our table, no one ever came to clean the disgustingly messy table, and when we decided to leave and brought the abominable service to the manager's attention on the way out, she just shrugged! We had dined in this restaurant before, and although the food was not really very good, at least it was convenient. This experience today convinced us never to patronize I-Hop again. If this company doesn't do something about this appallingly bad service (and bad food), it really deserves to go out of business! I still can't believe how bad this place was! read more

But then after ordering 10min later waitress comes back to verify order. Hence my order was not even put in yet. Finally when the food did come over an hour later,Things were missing and the food was COLD. EVERY PANCAKE AND FRENCH TOAST. All of this occurring the manager never once came out. Even at request. DUDE, there veggie stuffed crapes are freaking AWESOME. I haven't been to an iHOP in awhile and when I came with a friend I thought it was going to be the norm but when I saw that I thought "why not" and glad I made the choice. It's stuff with spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, all that good stuff and covered in a horseradish sauce and if you add some hash browns to it you WILL be falling asleep when you get home and sit down.
