Arrived around 5pm on a regular Friday evening. The restaurant had a handful of guests. We needed a high chair for the little one. We ended up getting it ourselves since they forgot. After sitting around 20 minutes they finally stopped by to take our order. At 5:41pm we got our food and they asked if they can get us anything else. I said "our drinks". Oops. Music was so loud they couldn't hear us ordering and was getting everything incorrect. i called and placed a takeout order. it was 4 breakfast orders to go. I normally don't do reviews but here it goes. the service was very slow. it took 3 times longer than i was told. I would understand if they were busy but there was only one table seated in the entire restaurant (pretty empty). there was nobody at the hostess counter when i walked in. there were no employees or staff anywhere that i could see. I waited there for 2 to 3 minutes before the hostess came out. no smiles, no greeting, not pleasant at all. she just said 2 words "take out?" I said yes. she went to the back for another 2 minutes and then came out and said they are just finishing my order and took my money. she went back in the kitchen with my cash for about 5 more minutes and then brought me my change. (weird, you'd think she would use the POS register at the counter to ring me out? i stood there for another 15 minutes, then she came out with a bag of food and set it on the counter and said "I think this is yours", and then walked away for another 2 minutes. when she came back I asked her if this was everything? she said "yes". she never confirmed the order with me. no goodbye, no have a nice day. that was it. after I got home we found the food was satisfactory and the order was correct. she originally told me on the phone that they would have the order ready in 10 minutes. it was about 33 minutes total. on par with most takeout places around this area but she said 10 minutes, so I thought I would write this review. read more

Very poor service Didn't even want to eat there. Walked in and waited 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged to put my name on the wait list only to find out it was a 45 minute wait. In addition to the lack of service I saw food in the kitchen piling up waiting to be served but no food was leaving the kitchen and not one table I saw that had customers had food or even had a server check on them. Not a bad place to get a bite. The food is what I expected: over and undercooked elements that overall appease what I am hungry for. Generally, I would recommend scrambled eggs as ordering anything else is inconsistent on cook times. Bacon is a safe bet as well as it is usually good whereas the smoked sausage or sausage links are often over or undercooked. It satisfies the hankering I have for breakfast at dinner and is priced reasonably but I wouldn't eat there often. We had to write our own name down on their list because we were not greeted. Shoot, they did not even acknowledge us at all verbally or physically. Four tables does not equal busy, but it was 15 minutes before our server came to take our drink order, and another 5 before they made it to the table. I wouldn't have quite the issue here, but rather than offer appoligies we were offered excusses. The excusses kept on coming for the majority of the sevice. Unfortunately when visiting last Sunday, the restaurant was short staffed and didn't make people aware who were on the waiting list. Thus, it was confusing to see several clean, empty tables but not be seated. When we were finally seated, our drinks and food were served quickly. I enjoyed an egg white omelet with vegetables. My sons pancakes sat in the window 20 min before the rest of our order made it up & all of the food was lukewarm at best. My 7.99 breakfast only came with 2 eggs 2 pieces of bacon & a couple pieces of toast. I thought all breakfast staples came with some kind of potatoes but obviously not here. My boyfriend never got the "unlimited" pancakes his combo was supposed to come with & we drank 2 carafes of coffee bc we were there so long. Definitely won't be back to this chain. read more

A horrible experience! My wife and I ordered turkey dinners, I had mashed potatoes with my order, we both had stuffing. My mashed potatoes came in two golf ball size balls. I didn't know what it was and thought they messed up my order, but the manager (a young lady) who delivered my order said they were mashed potatoes. I poked at the potatoes with a fork and they crumbled apart. The manager offered to make me another side, I accepted. When the manager left I tried eating the dressing, and my wife hers. Again, the dressing came in two separate, hard round balls, but under the turkey. They dressing was so bad you couldn't eat it. My wife didn't eat her dressing either. By this time I had decided the meal I ordered was totally unacceptable (not to mention it didn't even look appetizing). When I voiced my concern about my meal to the young lady manager she gave an extremely odd response, she said haven't you ever eaten a turkey dinner here before. Her response was extremely rude and unconcerned. I just as more upset with the managers response that with my horrible meal. I told the manger to take it back and just give me a hamburger (no fries, nothing else). I used to be a manager in the food industry many years ago, I would never have served a meal looking like mine. And if a customer said it tasted bad I would have immediately tried to remedy the problem. The manager took $6.00 off my meal (none off my wife's meal), which was the difference I assume for the price of a hamburger. In conclusion, the food is horrible, the manager is rotten and needs to be trained in customer service. You'd do well to avoid this place. read more

I visited store 3115 in Goshen, IN at 10 pm for 2 salads. I originally ordered Cobb, but was allowed to change my mind to the Pecan salad. I heard the cook complain that he had already started making it. I assured them that the crispy chicken was fine on my salads. I got home and opened my bag to find less than a handful of lettuce, not even a full chicken strip diced up and pecan crumbs. I paid $18! I could have ordered steak for that much! Don't eat here, go else where! The service here is horrible. Upon being seated I was rushed to order. Then waited a good 25mins before drinks were brought out. When the food finally came out my meal was medicore to say the least. My cousins food was nothing like what was showed on the menu. It was missing items. When the waiter finally came around and we spoke to her she acted like she couldn't do anything. At that point I was getting irritated. Then another waiter came out and asked if my cousin's omelette remade. We said yes. 15mins passed before our original waited came back and told us they couldn't remake it. Then she disappeared again into the back then came back and said they could remake it but charge us double. We asked to speak the manager. After about another 15mins the waiter came back out and handed us raw poblano and serrano peppers. What was my cousin suppose to do with those. We told her yet again that we wanted to speak to the manager because who wants to eat raw peppers when they were suppose to be cooked in the omelette. When Jazmin the manager finally did come out after 25mins she gave us attitude and told us her cook had just left as an excuse for the poor service.
