My order was actually ready the entire time, sitting on the shelf directly behind her. She just looked at me and laughed, and I asked if it was ready the whole time she just stared at me. I was given a "free drink upgrade" as compensation. I can understand it being a little busier, or not fully liking your job. However, just laughing about a mistake made by the store feels crazy. Not to add the employee seemed clearly high. Love wingstop, but I only seem to have consistent issues at this location. I'm tired of getting stuck with cold food.

Order at the counter and sit and wait for the food. We ordered already falafel salad, hummus, fries, and a chicken wrap. We wanted the potato chips on the menu u but they don't have it. The other fries Cozumel or something like that didn't have those. No fountain drinks. And the counter where the fountain drinks are was gross. Food came out. Hummus had too much olive oil. Fries were hot-good. Falafel salad was disappointing and small. And the chicken wrap was a chicken dish with rice. I be told the guy I wanted the chicken wrap. He said I charged you for chicken and rice. So that's what I got. Chicken with a white sauce not sure if it was tacziki or garlic and rice. Nothing else like a veggie was there. Chicken was dry and rice was meh. Ate a quarter of it and was afraid I'd get food poisoning. Plus, this is weird. There is a bed in the office back area. Like someone is living there. And half of the restaurant the seating has been removed. Don't come here. Save your money and go someplace not dirty and gross.
