Went here for breakfast like most people but I didn't expect it to be as good as it was, we got seated pretty fast and our waitress Michelle was super nice and positive, there were a lot of people so we expected a long wait on our food but to be honest it didn't take long at all and the food was hot/warm and everything came the way we ordered it, the tables seemed clean and as soon as a group is done they came quickly to clean the tables, the only negative is where we were seated there was a AC vent and it was super cold while we were there we requested to have it turned off but there was nothing they could do so we just dealt with it, will definitely be back and maybe try the lunch and dinner options and definitely sit away from a vent lol. read more

This is the first time I've ever wrote a Yelp review but I wanted to share my take-out experience at this I Hop. I generally consider myself a patient person and I realize it was a busy Sunday morning. But today I had the worst food take-out experience of my life. I placed an order to be picked up and it was supposed to be ready at 946. I arrived on or about that time. The girl behind the counter was apparently tasked with seating people and taking care of take out orders. She prioritized seating dine in customers as the to-go orders started to pile up. Each time she would take a party back she would disappear for a bit of time then come back with more to go orders - at one point one of the waitresses came out with 4 or 5 more. As the bags started piling up some were placed on the in order receipts she had laid out to try an organize the order that they were received in. This eventually caused a problem when bags were placed on top of them and got out of order so that the later orders went out first and earlier orders kept getting shuffled to the bottom. Also, when the bags got placed on top of these they stuck to the bottom of the bags - there goes that system. Meanwhile, to go orders kept coming in and fell to the floor. After a bit of time a taller worker came out and helped seating people - but that was short lived and by this time the poor girl was totally overwhelmed. As I mentioned earlier another girl came out with 4 or 5 more bags and she helped distributing orders but ran off to get drinks after she announce drinks are coming. She brought out some cold drinks but not the coffee I ordered. All the while the girl at the front doing double duty was more focused on inspecting and place red stickers on each bag. After waiting about 35 minutes or so I finally got my food but not the coffee I ordered. Which I though would be coming when they announced drinks are coming. I politely asked could she get my coffee and she told me it would be a minute. After waiting another 10 minutes or so I had enough and walked out. I hope someone else is enjoying my almost $4.00 coffee. After getting home, which is a short drive away - I had to microwave my food - I assume you can figure out how that went. To add insult to injury when I went to get the syrup the supplied they had broke open and spilled syrup all over my counter tops - so you'll have to excuse me while I go clean up this mess. Obviously they do not have enough help or were at what the owners consider what they need. I do not know where the manager was in all this. I think they need to review their systems to make sure they are more efficient during peak times. Also, doesn't make sense the girl has to run all the way to the dining area to pick up drinks. The managers and owner should be ashamed of themselves for running such a poorly run restaurant. I will never again place a to-go order from this facility. Thank you, read more

I came in with a few family members and a friend, because we were craving some comforting breakfast food. We came into this IHOP at around 6pm. The restaurant was not too crowded, and we were seated promptly by a friendly hostess at the front. We were seated at an open table that was clean and had plenty of room for us. Our orders were taken by a very friendly waitress who also accommodated the the fact that we were all very thirsty and brought us over multiple cups as well as a jug of water. She happily gave her input about her own personal favorites when we asked for suggestions. I've personally been a fan of IHOP's special flavors and pancake combinations for years. A friend and I had ordered some Cinnastack pancakes while my sister tried the Tres Leches pancakes for the first time. We had also ordered a garden veggie omelette to share as well as some side hash browns. In about 10-15 minutes, all of our orders were brought over. Our waitress realized she had forgot to bring over one of our has brown orders and quickly apologized and brought them over quickly. She was extremely kind and accommodating. The overall quality of our food was great; the pancakes were warm, fresh, fluffy, and sweet. The portions were extremely generous, and all of us were extremely full and in fact unable to finish all of our food. The omelette was hearty, and the hash browns were crispy. The Cinnastack pancakes were extremely filling, and the cinnamon glaze tasted incredible. The Tres Leches pancakes were lighter in flavor but still tasted great; they are a good option for someone who does not like overly sweet pancakes. Overall, the experience was extremely satisfactory. The food was served promptly, our orders were accurate, and our waitress was very friendly and competent. I think that we got a major bang for our buck in terms of how much we paid. Our entire bill was under 30 dollars. I would recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for the IHOP comfort food taste. Obviously it's no fancy brunch spot for bloggers, but this location is a great spot to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family. read more

I hadn't been to IHOP in a couple of years but as soon as I got there, I realized what I'd been missing out on. After much deliberation, I ordered the Mexican Tres Leches full stack of pancakes. I knew I made the right decision when I took my first bite. I even ordered a side of hash browns to get the full IHOP experience. Our server was kind and funny and went out of her way to put a candle in my sister's pancake stack for her birthday. The pancakes are good wherever you find the IHOP sign, the coffee always hot and served with a pitcher for refills. Breakfast is breakfast across their wide spread enterprise. We stopped in after an appointment to grab a morning bite. The store was large and divided into sections. We were seated in the back room and approached by our server in less than a minute. Coffee, please. And, that spicy omelet with avocado on top, while you're at it. Extra plate for sharing, too. Easily done. It arrived with second plate in a few minutes. Surprisingly good, especially the unexpected BBQ brisket sticking out both ends that added a savory chew to the otherwise soft melty dish. The three pancake side was more than enough to split after spreading on butter and a combination of table syrups. Glad we had only one platter, because we were challenged finishing it. To Start, I think it would've been fair for the hostess to warn us how bad this experience was going to be. I took my three kids there for breakfast as they were in the mood for good pancakes. As we we're seated their was old coffee still sitting on the table. I asked the server if this table was cleaned. She said "I don't know" Then she said do want this or should I bring you a fresh one. I thought that was pretty funny. I knew already we were in trouble at that point. Instead of using my best intuition and walking out the door, I decided to give it a go. The floor was in disrepair and disgustingly filthy. We ordered an omelette and funny face pancakes . We were sitting near the kitchen, so I could see everything that was going on and boy was I paying attention. There was a lot of complaining and I can clearly see that no one cared about customer service whatsoever. As I saw my omelette sitting on the counter ready to be delivered, it sat there for a good few minutes. The funny face pancakes came out they looked sloppy as can be. The girl tried to dress it up by putting some whip cream :faces on it. As she picked up all the food, she started having a conversation with one of the other waitresses. They were talking right on top of my food and I could almost see the spit landing on our food. When the funny face pancakes finally landed at our table, I chuckled and looked at the waitress. She replied "I tried" We all laughed. With expectations at an all time low we powered through. They should rename the funny face pancake the Rocky Balboa pancake, because ours was missing an eyeball as you could see in the picture below. The omelette was slapped together. I think I know what Alpo dog food finally taste like. I paid the check and the waitress gave me back no small change, which didn't allow me any room to give her a tip. Lucky for her I had small change in my wallet and I'm a nice person so we left a good tip. In the end we made it out of there without feeling too sick and had a lot of good laughs. The service from his desk, server, Vicki, the manager/owner, Hannah and cashiers are always so caring, polite kind and offer a "total satisfaction " experience. Our server Vicki is really excellent she remembers previous selections pays attention to details is very funny and keeps your beverages full and table clear of empty dishes. She is kind hearted and thoughtful. The food is good but could be better the fruit salad not like a fresh cut one. Healthy selections are limited but there is a big emphasis on oversized portions. While standing there someone in our party counted at least 6 high chairs so we were a bit irritated considering this IHOP is less than a mile away from Sesame place you'd think there would be at least double that amount. Okay so now here comes the kicker - we watched these 2 guys walk in a good 20 mins after we were already sitting there and one of them asked the hostess with the shoulder length dark brown hair with glasses if she could 'do anything about their wait' and handed her a $5 bill!!!!!!! Now the right thing to do would have been to give it back and inform him seating is first come, first serve, right?! Not for this hostess! She kept the tip and nodded in agreement. . . You're meaning to tell me miss hostess you're going to take a bribe over seating a group with 2 hungry and impatient little girls?! Our server was nice but she was very slow... Took us forever to get utensils. The food was just okay - nothing memorable. So now here's the second kicker... I had a 10% off coupon in the Retail Me Not App.... It doesn't have any rules right?! Miss hostess girl wouldn't accept it bc it was a holiday (Columbus Day) and they weren't accepting coupons - I think she just couldn't be bothered to key it into the system and used that as a bs excuse.... Took my daughter and her 3 children to dinner last night. Cheese steak was extremely dry, couldn't find the cheese (grandson), gooey glop of creamy chocolaty thing (grandson), and stack of pancakes with 3 lonely strawberries on top (granddaughter). My daughter ordered a spicy eggs benedict (very mediocre) and I ordered a classic eggs benedict' There was one extremely thin slice of ham with almost uncooked eggs and a squirt of something that I guess was supposed to be cheese - sure didn't taste like cheese - almost inedible. The meal was overpriced, food was awful and waiter was bored and obviously uninterested in serving us. I haven't been here in a while but my niece wanted eggs for dinner. We had a fantastic waitress who went out of her way to make sure she could get my niece an order fixed a certain way . My meal was served exactly as ordered. I had a coupon flyer when I left. The cashier took off the wrong coupon and when I asked her to fix it she want too happy. Fortunately she did adjust and the extra money went straight into bumping up the tip to over 30%. Only negative, the first diet coke I got had some root beer flavoring mixed in.
