Horrible experience. Service was very slow. It took forever to get our drinks. They were out of Pepsi. Our apps came out with our meal. The waitress never came to check on us. When we asked for the check that also took a long time. The place was not busy either. Also I think they were a little on the racist side. My fiancé and future stepson are Puerto Rican. They brought out hot sauce, salsa and sour cream so they can add it to there meal. They are not Mexican. The eggs were over done so was my French toast. We used to enjoy going there. Stopped for a late lunch but had breakfast! Got seated right away, placed my order. Just got the eggs & potatoes with pancakes & coffee. I was impressed the coffee cup was really hot! Anyhow, I thought the potatoes were like too crispy top and bottom and not at all in the center. Had to break thru the crunch. Personally, I don't like my potatoes crunchy at all. Eggs were fine, and I had three plates of pancakes, which are all you can eat until sometime in February. Last batch was the best! Service was kinda slow for how busy the place was. Went to this ihop many times. Every time I go, it's freezing cold (in the winter, even worse) and the food is given to you cold. The place needs to be cleaned. The staff is friendly but forget to bring you what you ask sometimes. I ordered a water twice and i never got it. read more

THE SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE. I came with my family for Eid ul fitr & we were a party of 14. I reserved a table at 10:30 and we were not seated until around 12 o'clock. After we were seated, our server, a man named Stacy proceeded to take our drink orders. I was telling everyone that the kids size is just about the same as the regular, just about a dollar cheaper. After disclosing this information to MY FAMILY, Stacy had a nasty attitude and began to lose his patience. We got our drinks and Stacy began to take food orders. I only ordered a regular 5 pancake stack. Every single person who ordered received their food in about 20-30 minutes. People had side orders of pancakes and received pancakes before my main order of pancakes. I didn't get my pancakes until about 12:45 & they were soggy and unappetizing before I even added syrup to them! Will not be returning. Contacted the manager and corporate. read more

The worst syrup I ever had. I couldn't figure out if it was the pancakes or the syrup so I tasted each one without the other AND OH MY GOODNESS!!! The syrup was disgusting. I told the manager and she had me try another bottle....the same. In total I tried 3 bottles and was told by the manager NOBODY COMPLAINED ALL DAY. What the hell does that have to do it. I just told you the syrup was no good, Her response should have been sorry can I get you something else if not I won't charge you instead I had to ask them to not charge me. By the way it tasted spoiled. I'm not sure, never had spoiled syrup before but all I know is that it tasted like chemicals. read more

Sometimes that yummy comfort food we grew up with just hits the spot. My delicious strawberry ,cream - filled pancakes topped with whipped cream sure did. My eggs, sausage and crispy hash browns were also very satisfying. Calories - never mind.Everyone needs to take a day off from calorie counting once in a while. My husband and I wanted to get a quick breakfast. We decided to go to iHop. If you go to this IHop, make sure you ask for Grant. When we got there, Grant greeted and seated us. During the ordering process he was informative and gave pretty good suggestions. Once we got our food, he made sure we had everything even before we asked. I can't express enough how great his service was. I would say it's par or even better to fine dining service. The food came out quickly and we were pleasantly surprised. The omelet was a pretty large portion and fluffy, the hash browns had a nice crisp. The pancakes were pretty good. The French toast was a little bit burnt, but that's the worst part of our visit. We'd seriously come back just because of Grant's service. read more

The absolute worst Ihop ever. Ran into a big nasty light skin bruiser of a woman the other day with a ton of hair on top of her head (nasty) and the worst attitude ever. After more than ten minutes of waiting, I asked a young man cleaning tables was anyone assigned to my table. Some how this amazon who wasn't even assigned to my side of the restaurant came with my coffee (warm and one cup in pot) and throws my cup and the pot on the table. WoW, as I looked around it seems I did something wrong to some one. All I did was ask if there someone assigned to my table. There is so many people working in there. But, all they are doing running around in each others way. The big fat manager look like he was just as confrontational as the amazon. Was a little concerned by the collection of bad to average ratings for this location. However, first time going to this IHOP was a great experience! Friendly reception by the host upon entering. Unfortunately, our 16mo son was sick during our visit, but the waitress tried to help keep him happy. My wife changed her mind twice on her order, I needed extra time, and we ended up ordering a kids dish late in the meal because our little guy decided to eat for the first time all day when he seen my eggs and sausage (said no to the applesauce brought to him as a courtesy by our waitress). Kids meal came out FAST, and was free to boot (4-10pm kids eat free)!! Great coffee, even at 730pm. Didn't even want cream or sugar in it, which is not common in diner type settings. Waitress again showed great service by fulfilling my request for "half-caff". Food came out fast and was good. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a slightly dated IHOP. Brings back mostly good memories! read more

Went to IHOP after church, was the worst decision I ever made to get some breakfast. First the place is cold, the food was cold, the service people except the bussers were cold. Requested a larger table other than the two seater, the service staff decided to boycott the table we choose by making us wait for coffee. Waited over 10 minutes for coffee and only received that after I asked for the second time. Server was friends with customer's behind me and thought she should stop and hold several conversations with them. Food took over an hour and once received was ice cold. Asked for manager, his nonchalant, sarcastics attitude was more than enough for me. His excuse was that they were understaffed. Instead of standing around chit chatting with the severs, he should have been in the back helping to get the food cooked in a decent amount of time. This place needs new manager, new staff and new everything. If I am paying for someone to provide me with a decent meal, I expect a decent meal. People should stop accepting less than the best and do not eat here. read more

I have dined at this IHOP for Breakfast many times over the years. As always, I asked the waitress to soften the butter by putting it under the heat lamps used to keep the food warm, but she couldn't care less or at the very minimum, she forgot! I know this because she didn't apologize when she served the plates and when I complained, she returned with melted butter instead. I guess I should have ordered lobster or shrimps!!! We went in for dinner and only one person was ahead of our group of 5. The server did a good job but we waited half an hour for the first plate of food to arrive. Each plate was delivered at different times. The first 3 people were half finished before the 4th plate arrived. The 5th plate arrived several minutes later and the order was wrong. By the time it arrived 15 minutes later, we were paying for the food and leaving. We didn't pay for the last plate. I will never go there again. read more
