Table was dirty and when I told the waitress, she started making excuses for why it was. Saying it wasn't really dirty, it was just coffee. Well coffee on the table still makes it dirty. She wouldn't shut up. I went to front and asked for a different waitress. My omelet came out so over done. I had asked for it to be cooked light and no tomatoes. It also looked like they had put tomatoes on and then tried to remove them but didn't get them all. I sent it back. Told my new waitress I wanted it cooked light. I don't want my eggs cooked until they are brown and no tomatoes. Second one came out just as over cooked and the hollandaise sauce was so thick it looked like paste. I couldn't eat any of the food! I went to this IHOP once (in its former, pre-tornado building) years ago. Hated everything about it then, the food, the service, even the tables. Now I've been several times to the new building and it's not perfect but it's definitely much better! I love their whole wheat crepes with blueberries, however I've had them on two different visits and they tasted completely different...this was 2 or 3 weeks apart, and I don't think the dishes should vary that drastically, especially at a chain. Their prices are kind of weird...some items are reasonably priced while others seem exorbitant. Service also tends to be hit-or-miss. I have not had truly bad service here but it definitely varies. read more

This place has gone down hill after the tornado. It took my friends and I over 40 minutes to get our food and then it was cold and then we never got silverware to actually try to eat anything. When the building was destroyed, I guess the actual good help and mangers are too. And then when we got a manager they were wondering if something was wrong when nothing was touched. We had Hilaree as a server. She gave us terrible service, forgot to give one of our party members her drink. She didn't check on us. We had to have other waitresses help us out. No refills were given. She told us "sorry I made you wait. I had to chill for a second because I'm hot". I'm sorry but we are in the same restaurant with the same broken AC, and you choose to make paying customers wait for 20 extra minutes. It also took entirely too long to get our checks. Our friend was also charged for the drink. When it came time to sign our receipts and and tip, she literally stood over us and waited for us to do it: watching the entire time. We will not be back at an IHOP if this is how the restaurants are ran. read more

Food was cold when we finally got it. Waitress did tell us most of our order was waiting in the window so we knew it would be cold. Had to send back eggs for redo can't eat cold eggs. Would not recommend this IHOP real slow. read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant was at this very ihop tonight. First, my hashbrowns were burnt. I don't mean just a little too crispy. I mean black and hard as a rock. I requested some new hashbrowns. While I was waiting for the new hashbrowns, we made a horrifying discovery. There was a really long, curly black hair in my mother's pancakes. Ew. Ew. EW. When my server came by to check on us we told her of our little curly friend that was living in the pancakes. She left with the hair and the manager on duty came to the table to apologize and bring us the new hashbrowns. Guess what? You're not gonna believe what happened next. THERE WAS ANOTHER FREAKING HAIR AND IT WAS IN THE HASHBROWNS. OMG. I am so disgusted. Don't eat here. Wish I could give less stars. EW. read more

This place has such a foul smell. The food was also the worst of any IHOP I have visited (expectations weren't set very high). It just seemed all around dirty and I could hardly eat while a thick stench lingered in the air constantly. I'm sorry for anyone who has to work here. read more

I have always came to this restaurant because of my momma! I give it 3 stars cause the food is not half bad and the service isn't that bad either (if you come at the right time). Unfortunately, my last visit made me want to make a review for the place. Just wasn't happy. I bought some "Hot n Spicy Wings" but when they came out they were barbecue. Told our waitress we ordered hot and spicy but they told us that's all they got??? It just didn't make sense to make something for a customer they didn't ask for. To top it off, she didn't ask to return them or refund them even tho NO ONE ATE THEM. No one in my family likes barbecue, I even told her that. She told me some homeless person might enjoy it and billed us for it anyway. I was a little upset of my last visit and will probably just make pancakes at home. We will never be returning to this Ihop. We waited several minutes to be seated even though there were no more than 2 other tables occupied. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelet and it was cold and tasteless. They added no seasoning at all and it was missing cheese and onions. My husband and I both ordered buttered toast however when it got to our table it was not buttered and all of our meals were cold. Service was friendly which was the only pleasant part of the experience. My suggestion, go to Waffle House! read more

Love me some ihop. Walked in and the lobby smelled like BO. Hoped the rest of the restaurant smelled better. Nope. It appeared clean. Floors were clean. Tables were cleared and wiped. But the odor. Not sure if they had a smelly crowd shortly before me. Or if the water they used to wipe down tables and stuff was nasty or what. I decided to suffer through the nasal assault. Was seated quickly. On May 6, 2017 we took a booth in the back corner and there were ants all over the table. If there are ants in the dining area, the chances are high they are in the kitchen too. Its disgusting and it makes it hard to eat here. I havent had problems like this before but this is just outrageous with how many ants there were. read more
