The server was absolutely horrible. She did not come and check on us, Room temperature food, sticky table it took them 1hour to bring our food out. Horrible experience. Will never go again. I absolutely hate this place.

Ehh, a breakfast diner chain. Food was edible. Coffee was hot. Service was average. Started my meal with coffee. The mug had a smidge of pink lipstick... I just wiped it and drank off the other side. I use to work hospitality so I try to give more grace on the little things. Sirloin Tips and Eggs w/ Pancakes- One of my fave classics here, left me a bit disappointed. I asked for medium/medium rare and that came out fine. However, the meat itself was pale and lacking the vibrant sauté char and taste. Hashbrowns and eggs were on the less warm side, almost cold. I'd have to say the pancakes were the only thing that hasn't changed. Nice and fluffy. I try not to support chains, but once in a while there's a taste for it. Or the nostalgia of what was.

This IHOP has gone downhill. It was very dirty. The floors were very sticky and trash on the floor. The service was super slow and barely nonexistent. There was hair on my nephew's kids meal plate. I will never come to this location again. I did enjoy my drink and food.

I don't walk here. I don't run. IHOP. Because I want to get here as slowly as possible, really. Probably my least favourite restaurant in Houston, and probably my least favorite chain in America - along with the likes of Applebee's or Chick-fil-A or Taco Bell. I just think the food is bad and the fact that the price keeps going up while the taste keeps staying just as bad as ever is unnerving... it's perhaps the most worrying thing. Maybe my tastes are just different to yours. Ew. Try Angie's Country Kitchen instead. But really, why does my Aunt In Law always insist on this chain.

I am not sure how the owner or whoever manages this place allows for rude, careless workers with terrible personalities to work there. Today we walked in & barely greeted. When we were following the lady to our seats we asked if we could sit in a a booth and she said you can't and proceeded to sit us. Of course, with that attitude we immediately said no we will wait, thank you. Once we were given a booth it seems that the waiter/waitress wondered why they put us in their area as if it were an issue so we just left and we weren't the only ones. From the moment you walked in it just seemed unfriendly etc. We than came to the ihop on fry and I-10 and immediately felt the difference in personality plus what's funny is that it was busier here and way more friendly so not sure what is going on over there but ya'll need to fix that ish

Had to give it 1 star . If there was an option I'd give it 0 star . Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered the Belgian Waffle combo. The waffle crumbled up .. my hash browns tasted bitter.. can't explain the taste. Let's discuss the fact that there was gnats all over . Had to keep shhhoooing them . Now let's talk about the restroom . Not only was it dirty .. but the smell was even worse . Please avoid this location at all cost.

Charred food in my to go bag (Colorado Omelette)

I'm beyond frustrated with this place!!!! Horrible experience does not begin to explain what I experienced. I called in an order for pick up at 10: 15am and the food was still not ready or available at 1:00pm only ordered a kids pancake meal, a French toast, hash browns, and a Colorado Omelette ....WTH was going on you ask??? I have no earthly idea. The gentleman (greeter) at the front told me they were Fully staffed with waiters however only 2 cooks....so I gave GRACE to them; however, by the time I got my food it was charred, hard, & totally disgusting....Not to mention they actually wanted me to pay!!!! I'm not confrontational and I don't ask for handouts!!!! But this was an Epic fail on EVERYONE involved (staff)!!! Do Not Pass GO....Do not go to this IHOP....Not even if the Heavens opened and a voice told you to go!!!!

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their wait list in advance/text notification system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5. - 15% gratuity is included at checkout, as you pay you'll get options for an additional % or custom % like 0%, 3, 5% or more.

We decided to try this place out for the first time because we were in the area and wanted to dine somewhere with good vegetarian or vegan options. If you're dining in, check in with the host/hostess and they will tell you where you will be seated. You will be given a "ticket" to take to the counter to place your order. One side order of potatoes was enough for two. They were seasoned and crunchy on the outside while being soft on the inside. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 330. The brunch menu is huge. It is not a super large menu, which I feel very endearing. We decided to try the bagel and lox with cream cheese, the Buzz burger with fries, and their homemade chips. They start off by bringing you this beautiful craft of bottled water. That to me was an amazing bonus. We also ordered two sodas which came in a can. I sort of wish it was a more of a fountain drink than one can of soda for the price. *Now service was super slow. However, the waitress did come and tell us that they are running a little behind and she apologized for it and she was super sweet, so that made up for the weight. How do I known how long it was going to take, I don't know if I would've stayed, but in the end, the food was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend is a hamburger snob and he kept saying how good it was how fresh it was and how perfectly cooked it was. They serve you shoestring fries that feel like they're double fried and they were phenomenal. My bagel was toasted perfectly and had a very good amount of cream cheese and lox. As a Jewish girl living in the area that I do, it's very hard to find good bagels with lox and cream cheese. I will most definitely be back for this sooner than later. The homemade chips took quite a while to come out, and at one point I was ready to say we don't need it, but these potato chips beat Buccees beaver chips, 100%. They were super fresh and very crunchy and tasted amazing. I will definitely recommend those to anybody that orders some. My boyfriend then ordered a tropical sunrise smoothie and it was so tasty and tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. Now once again that did take a long time to come out and at one point, we were wishing we had not ordered it but once we did get it, it was really good and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is not very large and it's the perfect brunch spot for anybody looking for a smaller Cafe with very good choices.

I've been here with neighbors, relatives, and my bestie. They regularly offer special tasting menus for special occasions The interior does not at all match its exterior surroundings. The casual, open space was inviting and the place was spotlessly clean. However, the customer service was just average. I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit with gravy and asked if I could replace the bacon in the Bacon, Egg, Cheese Biscuit with the shiitake mushroom gravy. However, the gal at the counter said no so I ended up ordering the spinach, egg, and goat cheese biscuit and had to order a side of shiitake mushroom gravy. She wouldn't even let me switch out the goat cheese for cheddar cheese. Needless to say, service was not the most accommodating or helpful. My lunch date ordered the chicken and waffle and gave it a 4/5 rating. The chicken was crispy but the waffle was more on the dense side. The biscuit was also dense, more so than fluffy. It was baked golden brown and had a slightly crispy exterior which was the best part. The inside didn't pull apart into delicate layers. Instead, it crumbled when I forked through it to get a piece. I'd give it a 4/5 rating. I thought the shitake mushroom gravy was very good and give 5/5. I'm just happy they make a vegetarian-friendly gravy. I also like that have fresh squeeze orange juice on the menu.
