    Spinach, Egg, Cheese Biscuit
    Anne Q.

Although I know biscuits aren't the healthiest choice, I am a fan of them and enjoy indulging occasionally. So when I discovered a biscuit company in the area, I was thrilled. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The casual, open space was inviting and the place was spotlessly clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, the customer service was just average. I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit with gravy and asked if I could replace the bacon in the Bacon, Egg, Cheese Biscuit with the shiitake mushroom gravy. However, the gal at the counter said no so I ended up ordering the spinach, egg, and goat cheese biscuit and had to order a side of shiitake mushroom gravy. She wouldn't even let me switch out the goat cheese for cheddar cheese. Needless to say, service was not the most accommodating or helpful. My lunch date ordered the chicken and waffle and gave it a 4/5 rating. The chicken was crispy but the waffle was more on the dense side. The biscuit was also dense, more so than fluffy. It was baked golden brown and had a slightly crispy exterior which was the best part. The inside didn't pull apart into delicate layers. Instead, it crumbled when I forked through it to get a piece. I'd give it a 4/5 rating. I thought the shitake mushroom gravy was very good and give 5/5. I'm just happy they make a vegetarian-friendly gravy. I also like that have fresh squeeze orange juice on the menu.

The food is so delicious here! Didn't get a photo of the chicken biscuit sandwich. But everything was amazing, I came back a second day in a row. Customer service is great here as well, highly recommend. The peach berry lemonade was sooooo delicious.

Great place to get a southern breakfast. They have so many different types of biscuit sandwiches along with bowls to be on the healthier side. You order at the counter and find a seat. They have fresh grease orange juice which was to die for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have outdoor seating as well as indoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I mean, the chickens was so crispy you could hear every crunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Separate bathroom.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Heyy , happy to visit this location . I was a bit confused because the lady let me sit for a minute until I seen that we order at front lol but I got a hash bowl it was 5/10 just no flavor , eggs were very thin . Wasn't nasty just not on my palette of taste . [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very clean .[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]No complaints really just wasn't all that good but cool spot and you should give it a try .[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The biscuit! The flavors were layered! It was love at first bite! I ordered the spinach, egg goat cheese biscuit with pepper jelly. Also, I ordered an iced chi-tea. Delicious! The customer service was top-tier and attentive... [[HIGHLIGHT]]clean spacious and cool atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be back for the soft and flavorful biscuit.

So a few months ago my wife and I got breakfast her on a Sunday morning. I torched them a bit - some in getting order done in timely fashion and the other on their taco. I got up this morning and decided to give them another try. I must admit, there is a difference between a weekday and a weekend as it pertains to service and crowd. Not crowded and no one in line so got my order in quick. Food with in 5 mins. This time I went with the Five & Dime w/ chicken (I chose chicken as in my mind it's a healthier option than beef, but considering it's deep fried so good, it really didn't matter either may) w/ a hard fried egg - might as goo all the way. See pic. Sandwich is great. All parts - the biscuit, the gravy, the bacon, the fried chicken, the fried egg, and I think there was cheese. Tip - the sandwich comes with a long toothpick in it, leave it in and eat around it or otherwise the whole thing will come down. I should have got a taco as that's what I torched them on - next time I will.

Biscuits + coffee = the best brunch combo! Came on Sunday for brunch. Maple Street Biscuit Company is nestled in a shopping center, and has plenty of parking on site. You walk in and place your order before finding your seat. Very casual environment. They also have a separate lunch taco menu if biscuits aren't something you want. They have their own brewed coffee in several roasts: light amber, dark bark, maple tap. They provide you in house mugs to grab your coffee (love that). They also have other coffee curated drinks, a coffee club opportunity, and fresh orange juice via a huge juicer! We ordered the Five and Dime biscuit and it was hearty! Full of different flavors and toppings. The Retro Plate was also a nice option with two eggs your way, smashbrowns, side of bacon, and a biscuit with jam. The jam is made in house and so tasty. The smash browns also were so crispy, and also seemed like they were filled with a potato & cream cheese combo. Full of flavor. We left satisfied, and stuffed for a majority of our Sunday!!

We didn't have tons of expectation but was pleasantly surprised! We were new- ish to the area and wanted to scope out brunch places. Read some review and decide to try this place. It is a fast casual setting where you order at the counter and they call out your order to be picked up. Drinks : We ordered an Americano and a Maple Latte (?) the Latte was a little on the sweeter side and I'd personally prefer more coffee. Food: we ordered a kid chocolate chip waffle, chicken fried steak biscuit and with sausage gravy and a biscuit gravy with scrambled eggs. The plates were HUGE. We were not expecting that but thought we could definitely have shared one order as adults. The chicken fried steak was tender and flavorful , the biscuits were soft-- not quite the flaky biscuit but more like soft tender and more doughy biscuit but good with gravy cause they absorb all the goodies! The waffle was light and airy. My kid definitely enjoyed it. Overall, decent place for brunch and is somewhere we will return.

First let me address the patio, which is a wonderful place to dine. The ambience is perfect and when the weather permits, which is late fall and early spring, it truly is a wonderful experience. The service is the same as the service in the Katy Local table, which is just wonderful. Very attentive, very efficient a wonderful experience to be quite honest with you. And when I said, it is difficult to manage a distinct setting with the same level of service as I said earlier, these folks have achieved that which is laudable. The menu is precisely the same, and the food is well prepared in ample quantities and I do not believe that I've experienced a single meal that is not good. Now this is just my personal experience. I won't speak for all yelpers, but I think the food to be quite dependable and the serving is quite ample given the cost. The same is true of the bar, which is quite good.

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their wait list in advance/text notification system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5. - 15% gratuity is included at checkout, as you pay you'll get options for an additional % or custom % like 0%, 3, 5% or more.

They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 330. The brunch menu is huge. It is not a super large menu, which I feel very endearing. We decided to try the bagel and lox with cream cheese, the Buzz burger with fries, and their homemade chips. They start off by bringing you this beautiful craft of bottled water. That to me was an amazing bonus. We also ordered two sodas which came in a can. I sort of wish it was a more of a fountain drink than one can of soda for the price. *Now service was super slow. However, the waitress did come and tell us that they are running a little behind and she apologized for it and she was super sweet, so that made up for the weight. How do I known how long it was going to take, I don't know if I would've stayed, but in the end, the food was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend is a hamburger snob and he kept saying how good it was how fresh it was and how perfectly cooked it was. They serve you shoestring fries that feel like they're double fried and they were phenomenal. My bagel was toasted perfectly and had a very good amount of cream cheese and lox. As a Jewish girl living in the area that I do, it's very hard to find good bagels with lox and cream cheese. I will most definitely be back for this sooner than later. The homemade chips took quite a while to come out, and at one point I was ready to say we don't need it, but these potato chips beat Buccees beaver chips, 100%. They were super fresh and very crunchy and tasted amazing. I will definitely recommend those to anybody that orders some. My boyfriend then ordered a tropical sunrise smoothie and it was so tasty and tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. Now once again that did take a long time to come out and at one point, we were wishing we had not ordered it but once we did get it, it was really good and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is not very large and it's the perfect brunch spot for anybody looking for a smaller Cafe with very good choices.

This restaurant definitely aims to please. I was being very specific about what I wanted for my ribeye steak tonight; waitress Jessie was awesome and listened carefully to my requests. And then to make sure that I was absolutely happy, she brought Chef Kenneth to the table to discuss what I was looking for. Kenneth returned from the kitchen with three beautiful-looking ribeye steaks and we discussed which one would give me the best dining experience. He does some of the butchering himself so he knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up being served the most fabulous Wagyu steak I've had in a very long time. Unlike the other steaks that can have a seasoning on them, the Wagyu is just salt and pepper and then is served with a beautiful compound butter slathered all over it. They make that butter in-house and it has wine and shallots and bone marrow and other wonderful stuff. Trust me, it's amazing! I ordered extra on the side and poured that all over the top of the steak. Delicious!! Sometimes little things count and it was served with grilled onion that was tasty. I could have had a side of mashed potatoes or asparagus, but I decided to treat myself and try the mac-n-cheese instead. Half of that food was my lunch the next day, so I left enough room for dessert, where my choice was the apple pie bread pudding with cinnamon roll ice cream. That was nice and moist and I enjoyed it. Overall, this was a really great dining experience and I'm so glad that bad traffic gave me the excuse to come here. Will definitely plan a return visit!!

Our experience was disappointing due to the way we were approached by the manager. While we completely understand wanting to protect expensive furniture, the tone and delivery came across as rude and made our entire table feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On the other hand, I want to recognize our waiter, who was excellent throughout the meal. Raymond was attentive, friendly, and did his best to make us feel comfortable again after the interaction with the manager. His professionalism and kindness were the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the food also fell short of expectations. In particular, I would not recommend the mussels. The flavor was unpleasant and left a very bad aftertaste, making them one of the least enjoyable dishes we ordered. Good customer service isn't just about enforcing rules--it's about how those rules are communicated. Unfortunately, the manager's approach, combined with the disappointing food, overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.
