We had Maria for our server tonight. You would think, walking in a half hour before they closed we wouldnt get too great of service... Definitely not the case. Maria sat us down in a booth, immediately asked us what we'd like to drink, gave us enough time to pick our food (no rushing even though we came in just before closing) and took our orders with a smile. Our drinks never ran out because she was on top of it, and she even brought the extra condiments without us asking. The food was FANTASTIC! Perfectly cooked and not one thing wrong with our orders. The servers are in charge of the toppings on everything and there were generous portions of all of it. Everything looked and tasted perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend the red velvet crepes while they're still available. They are perfect! We even have enough of everything to take home for a late night snack in the event that we need it. If you get Maria as your server I promise you she will not disappoint. Make sure to tip her well! read more

I went in today for the all you can eat pancakes. Not once after getting our food did the server come ask if we needed anything else or if I wanted more pancakes we had already waited over 30 minutes to eat and we ate our food and she just brought the tab out and asked if it was good then and I asked if I got the all you can eat pancakes and then she realized no one came to ask if I wanted more. If you want to be seated at a dirty table, handed a filthy menu, and then treated like you're an idiot by some snot nosed teen this is the place for you. Each of the times I've came here our food was not cooked correctly (they served my child a raw in the middle pancake and then argued with me on the rawness). This last time, I asked a question about something that has changed, the server answered in a snotty tone, then went behind the counter and started making in fun of me for asking the question to their other co-workers. If I were this franchise owner I would do a good unannounced walk through and clean house of both staff and equipment. read more

I used to love going to IHOP. The past two times my experience has not been great. I will write about my experience today. I was sat in between two tables and there wasn't much room. The table was not clean. I asked for coffee and wasn't brought out any sugar or choice of cream. The option was, however offered to a fellow Spanish speaker who had french vanilla creamer. I went to one table and asked the bus boy for one. He didn't speak English and never heard of Splenda. I went to another table and there wasn't any. By the time my waitress was found, a customer seen me running around looking for some and offered theirs. The meal arrived and one of my items was pancakes. I didn't have that line of syrups like are in most other IHOPs. But, the waitress didn't bother to bring me any syrup at all. I had to once again search around the restaurant for her. In the end, I got the syrup off another table. I realized I didn't have ketchup either, but I just ate my meal without it. It was too much hassle for the waitress to ensure I had the basics, I wasn't going to do any more of the work on my own. I still gave the waitress a tip, although her and the bus boys there didn't deserve anything. It was a very disappointing experience and I will not go there again or recommend them to any of my friends/family. read more

I wasn't expecting much as I have been here many times before. The food is always acceptable. Reasonably fast give the situations and hot when delivered. Nothing really to write home about. Tonight we had Gretchen as our server. That was all that was needed to turn a average normal experience into a great one. We love Ihop and usually we get great service! But recently we went to the restaurant our waitress was talking to the cooks, laughing and goofing off while we waited for our food. And for her to simply bring us waters! After we finally ate and were ready to leave the cashier asked us if everything was all right. I told her what we experienced and she gave us a free meal! The service sucked but they quickly fixed it when we left the restaurant. But we will probably not be eating there while that waitress still works there. read more

I'm usually more of a Denny's person but I have to admit that I really enjoyed the service here! The server was so sweet! She made sure that my sister's eggs were cooked exactly to her liking! Not just over easy but a little more medium and the eggs were just like that! My chocolate chip pancakes were great and I love it that they came in buttermilk. The make your perfect omelette was yummy however they tend to add a little too much cheese so ask the server if you don't want as much. read more

I had a really nice server tonight. My order was screwed up, but it was no big deal. I wanted well done fried eggs, specifically saying I wanted the yokes well done as well and I wanted bacon, not pork sausages. I really don't pork, but I had gotten pork sausages with raw yokes. Underneath my blueberry compote and pancakes, I had found something that looked like a peice of rice. I had asked my server if it was a rice and she said they didn't make rice there and she would ask one of the other servers what it was. The server she asked saw me took a picture of it and went to get the plates behind my table. He didn't look so happy. I just paid and left. read more

Waited for almost two hrs for wait list, then once checked in and at our table an hour and a half went by still no food come to find out their "system was down" and they never got our order in. This place is a FUCKING JOKE! we had 4 little ones with us and they never offered to bring a snack for them while we waited till 5 mins before we walked out!!! Pathetic at its finest!!! read more

Our food was great! Hot, greasy and the pancakes as always enjoyable. We had the Bacon, tomato Omelette and I added fresh Avocado and Chicken Fried Steak with over eat eggs, hash browns and pancakes. Our server gave us plenty of butter and extra drip for the cakes, and kept our coffee hot and fresh. Great service and be sure to use the wait list on the weekends. read more

Our server, Dan, was very inattentive ,forgot our water and we never got fresh coffee. Never even refilled our waters. The food was over cooked (they need to watch the time on the deep fryer). I've been here twice and both times I've had horrible service. The first time my parents and myself had to wait over 10 mins just to get seated when there wasn't even that many people there. Today my family and thought we would give it another shot and it was close by. We were close by and had appointments at 4. We arrived at the restaurant a little after 2:30pm and were seated after a little wait after they cleared a table (which I don't know why they had to clean one off when there were multiple other tables ready). When we're finally seated the lady who seated took are drink orders and told us are server would be with us shortly. No one had come by and it was already close to 3pm. I finally had to get the attention of the lady who seated us to tell her we were ready to order. She then told are server, HARMONY that we were ready. When Harmony came by she said "are u guys ready to order." I was like really lady we've been here for about a half hour and she walked by us multiple times. She finally took are order and went along too help other people. Time pasted and it was a little after 3:30pm. We were starving and viewed people getting their food when they arrived later then us and order after us. We had to leave for our appointments and my mom finally told them we needed the food to go. Harmoni then took her time to pack up our food. When she gave us our food she didn't even apologize for the terrible service she gave us. I will be in contact with their management. read more

Kind of bummed as I generally like IHOP, especially their stuffed french toast. Unfortunately, tonight we all opted out of the pancake/ waffle realm to try other items-- and were we disappointed. I had the turkey/bacon/avocado wrap. Would have been fine if it had included dressing of some sort. My grandson had the Monster Burger. He left about a third of it saying the grease was literally trailing down his arms. Indeed, when I looked over what he had left, the bun was completely saturated with grease. My husband had a similar problem with his cheeseburger omelet. So greasy he left half of it and still felt queasy at bedtime. We'll go back, but next time we'll stick with what IHOP does well. read more

We had a slight wait, we were seated and ordered promptly...our first indicator was when the folks on both sides of us, their meals weren't what they ordered and it took another 15 minutes for their server to get it out correctly? Can't say if it was the kitchen or servers or customers...it took them 30 minutes from the time we ordered til we got served...the food was good and hot! Just dont be in any hurry today! read more

Every time I come to this specific location, I have TERRIBLE service. The first time, I was waiting for 15 minutes to even be greeted, and then it took an hour and 15 minutes for our food. We were sitting at the table with empty drinks the whole time. The second time, I saw the server twice: when I ordered and while I payed. I waited for my food for over a half hour & it came out cold. To top it off, she tried to keep an extra $5 of my change. I would never reccomend this IHOP location to anyone, and I most definitely will not be returning. read more

I go to ihop maybe once every 5-10 years. I think it's overpriced for "fast food". The only thing that drives me to go is consistency and convenience but tonight sealed it for me, I will never go back. I wanted breakfast for dinner and I wanted it fast. Most everything except the pancakes was barely edible. And we sat there for an hour and 15 minutes. For eggs and pancakes. It took the server 10 minutes to bring my debit card back to the table. I waited tables for 10 years so for me to write in $0 on the tip line is a pretty big deal but I did it tonight. read more

What is there to say about a pancake house, except that you never should go away hungry. In fact, my family of 7 usually leaves with boxes full of food to enjoy later. Not to mention that they have their kids eat free program going on every day. While this is not the most gourmet of food, it certainly is a great stop for some belly filling food. read more

I have eaten and ordered food here many times. Service is consistently about a 4 star experience. But the food has always been ok. What gets me is that everything I order they seem to forget an ingredient. I order the omlett I want with mushrooms...they forget the mushrooms. Today I saw fish tacos. The description read something like 2 crispy breaded white fish on soft tortilla, served with spicy coleslaw a side of salsa and ber---(somthing)-- sauce. The fish was cripsy, the tortilla was soft but there was only chopped cabbage and she forgot the salsa. When I asked about the spicy coleslaw the waitress told me "that is just how it comes, It is coleslaw." Well either it was made wrong or it's false advertisment. I wanted to look at the menu again to see what the picture looked like but did not want to make a scene so I ate the tacos. But the whole time i was bothered by the fact that I had expected my food 1 way. It did not mean the tacos were bad. But they were drier than I had imagined. It's IHOP so they're all pretty much the same. However, at this one I wanted to substitute a side of pancakes for a side of bacon as part of the country fried steak meal. They told me it would be $.99 extra which has never been the case at other IHOPs for the exact same order. I agreed to it, and then they brought me only two pieces of bacon where at other IHOPs I have gotten three slices. I had to request for an extra slice (which thankfully was not a problem).
