I have eaten and ordered food here many times. Service is consistently about a 4 star experience. But the food has always been ok. What gets me is that everything I order they seem to forget an ingredient. I order the omlett I want with mushrooms...they forget the mushrooms. Today I saw fish tacos. The description read something like 2 crispy breaded white fish on soft tortilla, served with spicy coleslaw a side of salsa and ber---(somthing)-- sauce. The fish was cripsy, the tortilla was soft but there was only chopped cabbage and she forgot the salsa. When I asked about the spicy coleslaw the waitress told me "that is just how it comes, It is coleslaw." Well either it was made wrong or it's false advertisment. I wanted to look at the menu again to see what the picture looked like but did not want to make a scene so I ate the tacos. But the whole time i was bothered by the fact that I had expected my food 1 way. It did not mean the tacos were bad. But they were drier than I had imagined. Service was terrible. Food was cold. The waitress was more interested in visiting with her friends than doing her job. Looked at a table piled with dirty dishes the entire meal. They need to hire a busboy. Will not return. read more

We've been here twice this month and the service has been lacking both times. We were here for dinner a few weeks ago then breakfast today. The food is standard as is with any IHOP, however it is the incredibly slow service that we don't understand. In both instances there wasn't a greeter at the greeter stand, there was a wait of almost five minutes until we were finally seated. In fact on this second visit half the dining room was empty, but after our wait, the host actually took our name and made us wait a few additional minutes to be seated. After getting to our table it took awhile for our server to attend to us and we waited sitting without drinks even longer. Again, the food is okay so one star, nothing spectacular just what's the usual for an IHOP, and the staff are friendly so another star added. We are however used to a quick in and out at these type of places especially having visited on a Friday night and Sunday morning when there wasn't a typically large crowd. We weren't at a fine dining place and definitely felt let down having expected more expedient service. Okay so they forgot my order of french fries, but who orders fries at breakfast right? The server was very apologetic and informed me that they had just dropped it and it would be a three minute wait. Fries were delivered in the three minute window as promised, but now I'm writing this add-on to my review as I'm waiting and waiting for the check. Finally got our check and made our way to the register to take care of the bill. As my husband was signing the credit card slip and adding on a tip (which I thought was completely unnecessary because he had already left a few dollars on our table) the cashier stood with her hand thrust out impatiently waiting on my husband then yawning as she thanked us on our way out. I will tolerate slow service, but never accept rudeness, and so this will be our last time patronizing this particular IHOP. read more

When I was a kid, I could eat all the pancakes in the world.... now it raises my glycemic index and I need a major nap after breakfast....IHOP serves more than ample quantities (maybe excessive) and offers a good variety of breakfast entrees. Time to have something that has a low glycemic rating .... like a Bloody Mary at Kimo's. read more

I usually always get the breakfast crepes, but we got the cheesecake pancakes this time and they were so good! The food is always good here and always comes out quick. The staff always seems well organized, probably because of the excellent management, and even though there's usually a wait on the weekends we still keep coming back. Kirsten is the best server. She is so sweet, and super efficient. We love everything about Ihop! read more

I have been going to this IHop when I want to have breakfast for lunch or breakfast for dinner. They always have great food but I really like trying the new specials they always have. Today our waitress Anna was so very nice. I had the Double dipped cinnamon french toast, 2 eggs and 2 sausage. The french toast was out of this world delicious. I did try the strawberry/lemon french toast the other day but the lemon was a bit overwhelming. The cinnamon was great!! I go here about every 2 weeks and can get a great meal plus tip for under $15. My husband and I and some of his family came in to eat before the second shutdown, we had a table for 6. Luckily it wasn't a problem and our host was super amazing and polite. I had tried the biscuits and gravy and my husband tried the country fried steak. We were super excited to try this restaurant out but we were a pretty disappointed. The food had 0 flavor, the biscuits were not even biscuits they were muffins and the gravy had no seasoning. My husband had said that his steak had no flavor also and tasted like frozen food, barley warm. On the way out I think I had caught the name of the manager Harmonie? From what I had seen all she did was walk around yelling at hosts to go do stuff when clearly they had all been running around helping people, and cutting them off at the door. Sad to say but if a manager can't calmly handle a rush without taking it out on their staff then they really shouldn't be a manager. We won't be coming back! read more

I be been to many IHOPS and must say there egg omelet are a lot smaller there service was slow because of new hires I didn't even get coffee..but Ana was really checked in us every 5 minutes..:but took out our food 30mins .... read more

I absolutely love this place, I don't mind waiting for a booth. They have the best coffee in town. There customer service is always on point. Food is delish. It's the only place in town we eat at. read more

i've decided not to go to this location for a while. it just seems these last few times we have had a bad experience. this most recent visit we had an issue with the waitress maria. she continued to walk past our table and ignore us. i understand with covid it's been crazy and for that reason we were patient. however, after 25 minutes of waiting for the waitress to come take our order and her taking orders from other people who were seated after us we had enough. i have no idea what her issue was since she had not even greeted us or exchanged any words to have anything against us. read more

atmosphere is cleaner and brighter than our local denny's. I like that they have lower calorie meals with the count on the menu. food is nothing to rave about, its Ihop. but its still a go to place for a decent breakfast. read more

Got here before breakfast rush, waited awhile for our waitress. People who arrived after us got food first, i have worked restaurants in past and that is just ridiculous. Our coffee took forever to get replaced. We used to like to come here, but is now over priced and not very good service. read more

Don't go in the morning!!! (Before 8:00am) One waitress and one cook. Long wait and slow service. Won't be back.
