Good service, the waitress was nice, clean restaurant but the food was served to us cold. That's not acceptable.

Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy Combo with 3 teaspoons of water based gravy without sausage.

The biscuit & gravy was not "good" There was 3 teaspoons of gravy which was water (not milk) based.

I will said that ordering T-bone at ihop was not the best choice ever. The service was not the best, and when you are going to paid they try to get 22% . Not a good experience

We placed a to-go order online & were told the time that our breakfast would be ready. I got there a few minutes early and parked in a designated pickup order parking space. I called and let the employee know that I was there. He came out a few minutes later with our food. After checking my bag, I noticed that a couple of items were missing. The NY cheesecake pancakes were supposed to come with a strawberry compote but it was missing and the ham was also missing from our bag. I called back and let him know about the strawberries and the ham. He came out a few minutes later with the strawberries and asked if there was anything else. I said yes, the ham. Several minutes later he brought out the missing ham. When I got home, noticed that the cook put cheese on the breakfast sampler eggs. We did not order cheese on the eggs and it seemed like it was extra cheese and not the normal amount. The person that ordered the meal is lactose intolerant so they had to try to scrape the cheese off the eggs to eat them. I ordered the make your own omelet with hash browns. The tomatoes and spinach were not cooked inside of the eggs like I normally see. They were just placed on top of the cooked egg. The eggs were also bland. The hash browns were crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside. My friend's hash browns were cooked the same way but their had browns were supposed to be crispy and cooked well done as requested when we ordered. I did not enjoy my meal at all and wasted most of it. Def a disappointing experience at this IHOP.

The three stars it has are fitting. We go here every now and then because the selection of food is good and my kids enjoy the chocolate chip pancakes. I'm gluten-free, but last time I ordered, they served me gluten pancakes and when I double checked "gluten free?" They took them back and said "oh, no these are not!" And took forever to bring me some that were. The wait time to sit is often long, so we jumped at the opportunity to go this morning in the cold rain because it was much less busy. This time, they did not have the kid menus with crayons on a Saturday morning. Wow. My kids were so bored and acted badly. Those kid menus are usually the highlight besides the food. I asked my waitress for regular cream, and she brought me 20 disposable little cups of half-and-half. I was thinking maybe a pitcher of heavy cream for my pitcher of coffee rather than spending 5 minutes peeling tops and stacking empty dripping cups of the wrong product anyway. I don't even like that brand (delight). The worst was when the waitress brought us our check 10 minutes in, and tried to sell us a coupon book while we were still eating, hadn't collected any plates or glasses, or offered any refills, and didn't bother to ask if we would like anything else. We were going to order more pancakes but didn't feel like we should after that. The only reason I didn't give it one less star is because our other experiences here have been slightly better. Still not worth 4 or 5 stars however.

Had a great experience here - from the manager that seated us to the very kind service we received at our table. Restaurant and bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus. We asked for a booth, no problem at all. We have some dietary restrictions and our waitress, Lindsay, was extremely understanding and accommodating. Our waitress was in training and was so friendly and did a great job. The food was hot and completely correct, despite some substitutions. I ordered the steak tips with scrambled eggs, so good! The unsweetened tea was excellent, too. Overall, a great breakfast experience. Will definitely return to this location.

Becky (on our receipt at Rebecca) provided us with genuine Southern hospitality during our entire dining experience. She was efficient and friendly with many great suggestions regarding food items. I enjoyed the grilled shrimp along with a loaded baked potato and delicious Caesar Salad. The dressing on the salad had fantastic flavor, and it was not drenched in the dressing as some places tend to do. My husband enjoyed the blackened redfish dish which featured shrimp, lump crab meat, tomatoes, green onions, lemon butter, and red pepper flakes. He exclaimed over the fabulous flavors. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and airy yeast rolls (at least I believe they are yeast rolls) that were accompanied by a decadent and addicting honey, cinnamon butter. Becky brought 4 of them for the 2 of us, and I wish she had not because I could not resist having part of a 2nd roll. We will return soon as we look forward to enjoying their lunch/early dining menu that runs only Monday - Friday!

While our server, Tim, was boxing up our food, the same manager came up to him to ask him if he would prefer a "smoke break or a regular break" loud enough for his whole section to hear and then proceeded to call it over her radio too while standing there. The server was clearly embarrassed about us now knowing about a bad habit of his and felt the need to explain himself. Get rid of her. Food was okay, not really worth the price given the overall experience and ambiance. I likely won't return.

We were sat in the back of the restaurant and felt tucked away, but this didn't hinder service in the slightest. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. He knew the menu and had a confident answer to every question. Before being sat at our table, we grabbed a drink at the bar and asked the bartender about the menu. There was a woman who took special time to explain what the menu items were and how they differed from your usual "chicken or beef etc". Which was not only informative, but interesting too. Onto the star of the show, the meal. We ordered the bison & farro and the poulet rouge carbonara. Both of these dishes were phenomenal. I've never had a culinary experience even close to this one. These are meals you think about for the rest of your life. The textures and flavors together resulted in an exquisite explosion of harmony. The kitchen staff put their heart and soul into these dishes and it is obvious! I cannot wait for my next visit.

Anyway, Was shown to my table, a male server showed up, lit the candle, and I didn't see anyone for 18 minutes while two tables around me were greeted, cleared the table of extra dishes not needed and was served water, and their plates for the dinner buffet. The server that lit the candle, came back, asked if my server showed up. Uh, no. Finally, a woman server came by, went to the other table. Can't make this up. Then she realized they were being taken care of. She finally made it to me. I informed her I was dining alone, she cleared extra dishes, asked if I needed salt or pepper. Interesting question considering I didn't have any food. She filled my water glass, then brought my plate, as it was a dinner buffet night. Their first dinner buffet. No excuse for the poor service, though. Make me feel important, valued whether dining alone or with a group, please. The buffet had a great variety of proteins and sides. A couple of beef strip choices, shredded chicken, crisp tortillas to build your own nachos for the kids, fried catfish, fried chicken patty, salmon, swordfish, all cut into small portions. Proteins were the perfect size to try everything without filling up. A carving station consisted of sirloin, pork loin, sausage and baked salmon. The seasoning on every protein at the buffet and carving station was different. Excellent. Sides included mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, a squash medley, Brussels Sprouts, and mashed potatoes. A nice spread for a salad included mixed greens, large leaves of them. All the veggie toppings, two kinds of shredded cheeses, house made croutons, four dressings and fresh fruit that blew me away. Every bite of the fruit was ripe, sweet. Not the hard, no flavor offerings at some establishments/groceries this time of year. The gumbo had large pieces of shrimp, crawfish, sausage, potatoes, and smaller pieces of mussels, mini shrimp, etc. The breads selection was biscuits, baguette and others. All fresh, soft and crunchy. Great to dip into the gumbo broth. Dessert offerings included brownies and cookies. I opted to enjoy a brownie along with the fresh berries/fruit. They also offer a Sunday brunch buffet. The other nights they have a full menu. Be aware, they automatically add in a "brunch gratuity" of 20% to the bill. Overall, I would visit again.

Server said it was her first night alone serving. Location wasn't busy at all. Ordered food. I had the Hot Honey Chicken Skillet and it was ok...chicken cooked but tough. I asked for ranch for my waffle fries, from a server that said she would bring some. She didn't. Had to ask for ranch more than once. Server did not attend well. Had to ask for items repeated times. The reorder from table kiosk didn't work properly. The Bartender would holler from behind the counter to talk to us.( Bartender advice: use your legs and come talk to your Patrons!) Later in the evening, ordered the half off Pub Fries. There was no Beer Cheese. Bartender chirped I removed it, which I didn't do. Bartender was slow, and bar area very messy with many dirty glasses sitting out. Very disorganized. Several times throughout the night staff was at a corner high table socializing. Our server was walking around the horseshoe bar singing a made up song with only the word "Thank You"...it was annoying. Staff here is not attentive. Food was bad. Been to a better location and we will never return to this one. Management is poor here, I could easily tell from the experience.

The diner's booths are cozy vinyl classics, but every inch of wall space is plastered with Time Square posters, yellow taxi figurines, and souvenir Statue of Liberties. It's like someone raided every gift shop in Times Square, tossed it all into a blender, and poured it over a classic small-town greasy spoon. The coffee's bottomless, the breakfast comes with a side of gossip, and your view is equal parts pancake stack and Empire State Building snow globe. I would recommend the breakfast where the pancake breakfast is less an event and more a ritual. The stacks of golden pancakes share the plate with sausage links that taste like they've been holding down the fort since forever, and the coffee--always hot, always refilled before you can ask--runs like traffic on a green light. It's the kind of breakfast where the comfort is in its predictability: simple, sturdy, and endlessly caffeinated, like the city itself. Worth the trip: big stacks, small town, and enough New York souvenirs to stock Times Square. Cheers!
