Quick seating but you have to wait for the server to come around I think the delay is caused by shortage of servers. The food is good nothing over cooked and thankfully nothing undercooked. The only issue I found was the waiting since it really wasn't packed.

This may be the worst IHOP I've ever been to. We waited five minutes for someone to come and seat us, and that was only after I looked around the corner to find someone because he was sitting around talking to a couple sitting down eating. The staff paid no attention after we got our food. Bacon and sausage tastes like it was cooked earlier in the day and it's been sitting around in grease. The eggs were horrible like a rubber brick. There were also tons of flies in the restaurant. Won't be coming back here at all. IHOP has fallen off.i wish I could give it half a star.

Here's what I didn't like about Number one see my picture, they served me the platter with a hair on it. I don't send food back but honestly that's not a very good first impression. Tells me a lot about the cleanliness of the place and their attention to detail Number two I really like pork sausage links which they don't have they have patties but not links. They do have salmon cakes which are very pricey and from the way the waitress described don't seem to be quite filling so I didn't order them. It would have been nice to see that on the menu as a side option but I didn't ask the waitress about it Number three. They charge an extra fee if you use a credit card. Plenty of off-street parking. It's in a nice location. Honestly I found this a little bit disappointing because I usually like supporting local restaurants as opposed to chains. I think I would have gotten a better meal had I gone to cracker barrel Price is okay give him the quality and quantity of food Overall I'm not too impressed with this place

The Kung Pao Sprouts are amazing. I also love their football wings with half buffalo and half mumbo sauce. My family had the Asian wings and crab dip and enjoyed them. As for drinks, I haven't had one there I haven't liked. Smoked old fashioned, signature old fashioned, espresso martini, sangria with Hennessy, and awesome whiskey sours. As for when to go, They have Taco Tuesdays with great tacos, Wednesday nights they have an awesome live band, and the weekends are always a good vibe. We walked in and saw a variety of food and drink items both made fresh and pre-prepared. I ordered the avocado toast and it was the best I've had in a very long time! I also ordered an iced coffee with sugar-free vanilla and it was perfect! I was also very happy to see that they carry the B-Doughnuts cinnamon buns, so I had to get one of those to-go! While I waited for my food to be prepared I took a lot around the market and they have so many different items for sale (spices, honeys, cheeses, etc.) There's a little sitting area where you can enjoy your food inside if you'd like and a nice selection of wines, vodkas and whiskeys in the back. Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CELEBRATION TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE…read more After my daughter's high school graduation, our family chose Port Tobacco Restaurant to celebrate a milestone we'll never get back. Instead of making memories, we spent the evening dealing with terrible service, disappointment, and what we suspect was food poisoning. From the moment we sat down, things went downhill. Orders arrived incomplete. Food came out so late that some people were finished eating before others even received their meals. Drinks took over 40 minutes to arrive, and the daiquiris were practically melted when they finally hit the table. The graduate's special celebratory drink didn't arrive until another 20 minutes later. Then came the insult. We were charged $13 for mustard, mayo, ketchup, and hot sauce to make our crab sauce. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping things would improve. Instead, I was met with rudeness and indifference. The service never got better. For the first time in my life, I asked for the gratuity to be removed because I simply could not justify paying extra for service this bad. But the worst part happened after we left. Before we even made it home, 4 of the 6 people in our party became violently ill with what we suspect was food poisoning. My daughter who graduated had another event that evening and had to leave 20 mins after arriving because she was projectile vomiting. Watching her spend what should have been one of the happiest days of her life sick and miserable was heartbreaking. I called the restaurant the next day to report what happened and speak with someone in management. No one ever returned my call. I wanted to love this place. It's close to home and right on the water. I've been there before and genuinely thought it would be the perfect place to celebrate such an important occasion. I was wrong. A graduation dinner turned into a disaster. Poor service is one thing. Sending a family home sick is another. Never again.
