Drinks took over 40 minutes to arrive, and the daiquiris were practically melted when they finally hit the table. The graduate's special celebratory drink didn't arrive until another 20 minutes later. Then came the insult. We were charged $13 for mustard, mayo, ketchup, and hot sauce to make our crab sauce. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping things would improve. Instead, I was met with rudeness and indifference. The service never got better. For the first time in my life, I asked for the gratuity to be removed because I simply could not justify paying extra for service this bad. But the worst part happened after we left. My daughter who graduated had another event that evening and had to leave 20 mins after arriving because she was projectile vomiting.
