Food was warm, hearty and filling. Kyra was our friendly server. Service was prompt with a smile. Ambiance was warm and welcoming. Breakfast always hits the spot. I'll be back.

Food took forever and the stuffed strawberry French toast came out with strawberry syrup on it that drenched the table and was not edible. The Cinnamon creeps were the same drenched in way too much sauce. The soda machine is not working correctly and the Pepsi taste horrible. The seating is clean but good luck seeing the waitress for more than the order and delivery. We asked for a straw when we sat down and an hour later still no straw.

The food was spot on, the service was outstanding and the place is super clean. The servers are so nice!!!! We can't wait to come back. Be sure to check it out, and support this new restaurant.

It was Sean's first time, so I was curious to see what he thought...and he definitely enjoyed it! We sat at a high-top in the bar, which was a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Sean got the blue cheese and bacon burger, and I went with the Bolognese. Both were really good, and we all enjoyed our meals. The drinks were good, the service was attentive, and we had a great time hanging out together. And I have to mention it again...the bathroom is pretty impressive! Another really enjoyable visit to Cooper's, and we'll definitely be back....and I totally spaced it on taking a picture of the food because it was so good and I was so hungry, by the time I thought about it...it was basically gone

It came out mushy and salty, not bright or even like a stew. It was more like an over cooked beef stroganoff but it just wasn't good. I put that to the side and out came my taco salad in a stale fried tortilla shell. It wasn't freshly fried, I'm sure it's been sitting there. The beef wasn't seasoned well... idk it was just meh. It was like boiled not fried. Again, just couldn't enjoy it. The food was off. My friend had the flautas or taquitos appetizer. She didn't like hers either, It had a lot of guacamole on top of them and she said it had no flavor so she added salt, still didn't enjoy them. We should have listened when our friends told us it wasn't good and over priced at that. Lesson learned... What could improve is the menu. Maybe slim it down so you can make sure your dishes are quality. Get a chef that knows the difference between a soup = broth and over cooked stroganoff. And if Mexican food isn't your strong hold (cause this was definitely not authentic) then just don't bother trying. Don't pre fry your tortillas, they do pick up a stale flavor. Just don't make Mexican food, it's not your thing and that's ok.

We had been to the Lakewood location before and had a terrible experience, so we were a little hesitant to try RAM after our first RAM experience. But our experience in Lacey was night and day compared to what we experienced in Lakewood. The Lacey location was much busier, more upbeat, and had a really fun atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant was clean, and thankfully the air conditioning actually worked! We had a great time. The food was delicious, the drinks were good and kept coming, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. It felt like a completely different restaurant compared to the experience at the other location. We went in not really knowing what to expect and ended up having a really great night. We would definitely come back to the Lacey RAM and would recommend this location. It just goes to show how much the individual location and staff can make a difference!

We have been loyal customers of The RAM since 2019 and regularly visit the Lake Stevens and Marysville locations. We genuinely enjoy the food, atmosphere, and service, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated, exactly as the host advised. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, both of which arrived within a reasonable timeframe. From the time we sat down until we received our drinks and appetizer was roughly 15 minutes. After that, however, the experience quickly deteriorated. It took another 15 minutes or more before our server returned to take our entrée orders. The server apologized for the delay, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the delays only became worse. We then waited approximately 45 additional minutes for our main entrées, nobody checked in on our table. By the time the food arrived, our patience had run out and what should have been a special Father's Day meal had become frustrating and exhausting. I immediately asked for the bill and boxes. To make matters worse, not all of our food was delivered at the same time. We continued waiting for our pizza, and when it finally arrived, the center was soggy, undercooked, and literally falling apart. At that point, we chose not to send it back because we simply wanted to leave and salvage what remained of our family's celebration. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and leadership throughout the entire experience. When I asked why service had been so slow, our server explained that several employees had called out. While staffing shortages can happen and are understandable, the responsibility for managing those situations falls on leadership, not on the frontline staff. The restaurant did removed our appetizer from the bill and provided two burger vouchers, but that does not address the larger issue. Despite obvious service issues throughout the restaurant, no manager ever came to our table to explain the delays, apologize for the experience, or demonstrate any concern for my family who was being affected. The only acknowledgment we received was from our server even though she didn't check on us or give us updates on our food. The real failure here was not the staffing shortage itself--it was the management response to it. If leadership knew they were significantly understaffed, guests should have been informed before being seated or before placing orders. A simple announcement from the host explaining that food service was running substantially behind would have allowed customers to make an informed decision about whether to stay or dine elsewhere. Instead, my family was left waiting without information, while expectations remained unchanged. What made the situation even more confusing was watching a larger party seated after us receive their food, eat, and leave before our entrées were ever served. That only reinforced the perception that the restaurant was not effectively managing its operations during the shift or worse, our family was less important than other families seated there which would be heartbreaking if it were true. This is directed at the leadership team that failed to properly support an obviously understaffed staff and failed to communicate honestly with its customers. And making my family feel very less important than others. I have always enjoyed The RAM and hope this was an isolated incident. However, on one of the busiest dining days of the year, management's lack of preparation, communication, and customer care turned what should have been a memorable Father's Day celebration into a disappointing experience.

When I initially walked in, it wasn't too busy, but it filled up quickly while I was still figuring out how to order. They use a kiosk system where you choose dine-in or takeout, and it's nicr that each menu item had photos and ingredient descriptions so it made it way easier to decide, especially for our first visit. The space itself is small and quaint with a couple tables, but full of lovely art. There's lots of cute anime and Japanese-themed decor, including figurines, plushies, and artwork, giving the place such a cozy, cutesy aesthetic. I also noticed they might be hiring, based on the sign at the entrance. I came here because my cousin-in-law (who lives in upper Washington) mentioned the place, and I needed a redemption meal after being disappointed by another chicken spot recently. Katsu Burger definitely delivered! The burgers here aren't your typical American-style burgers. They don't taste as greasy and sub cabbage instead of lettuce, similar to garnish for a tonkatsu plate. And surprisingly, the photos on the kiosk actually match what you get (no false advertising here!). The employee behind the counter was super kind and helped guide us through the ordering process. I don't think they take cash so maybe that's why orders are placed through the kiosk. For food: My son ordered the Tokyo Tower burger as-is, and I tried the Umami Burger with light cabbage (not a huge fan of crunchy water veggies like lettuce/cabbage/etc.). Both were AMAZING. I have heard of tonkatsu but I had no idea what beef katsu was before this. Thought it was just a regular beef patty, but wow.. it was crispy, flavorful, and just overall delicious. We ordered takeout and didn't even get home for about 30 minutes, but the food was still warm enough to enjoy without reheating. Portion-wise, my burger was perfect: filling but manageable (i think i made the right choice with light cabbage). My son's Tokyo Tower was massive (almost too big for him to handle xD), but we both agreed everything tasted incredible. I was tempted to try a bento box, but I knew I wouldn't finish it if I was already ordering a katsu burger. Next time though! My son already has his eye on the enormous Mt. Fuji burger, so we'll definitely be back. Parking is decent, though it can get busy during the day since it's near a gym and other businesses. Overall, if you're in the Lacey area, you HAVE to try this Katsu Burger at least once. It looks like they have about 8 other locations too in the other towns so if you're not in Lacey, there still might be one nearby you. The burgers are absolutely the star of the show :) I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

Modern day ones, old arcade machines, claw machines, you name it! My son who is the gamer of the family was in heaven here. We ended up grabbing a couple drinks from the bar and it was so cool! They have fun themed cocktails plus a you-pour-it tap wall. And they have a ROBOT BARTENDER! I got a drink made by the robot and it was pretty good albeit very sweet. I got the Princess Peach one. My husband used the you-pour-it wall for cider and they had awesome local selections. We ended up eating at the restaurant too and their menu is pretty extensive! We got a couple different types of pizzas and for an arcade, it was pretty dang solid. We got a chicken pesto pizza as well as a cheese pizza. The kids loved their cheese pizza (hard to mess that up) and we scarfed down the chicken pesto! Also, did I mention your food is also delivered by robots?! Such a fun touch for the kids!
