Eggs Benedict & hash browns. Pretty good, although one egg was over-cooked.
    Debra B.

We were heartbroken to return from a 7 month road trip and learn that our favorite breakfast spot, Medicine Creek Grill, has ceased operations. In search for another option nearby, we checked out Lucky's. The place is clean and bright inside, with lots of windows letting in the light. Nothing fancy about the seating - standard restaurant fare, but no torn seat cushions or signs of it not being kept clean. We were met by a friendly server who seated us right away, followed soon after by bringing us water. The place was very busy and it seemed this one poor server was on her own taking care of the main dining room (they also have a full bar, but I assume it's not very busy at breakfast). We placed our order and waited patiently for our food. There were many other customers waiting quite awhile for service and food. Eventually we saw another waitress join the one who served us. The food was only OK. Pancakes were good - nice and fluffy. The eggs were ordered over easy. Of the four eggs served to us (on our two orders) only one fit that description. One was broken, one was hard, and the other had slimy, uncooked egg white on it. I'm sorry, but if you can't cook eggs properly, you shouldn't be working a a breakfast cook! The hash browns were not crisp either. We will continue our search for a new breakfast restaurant that serves up good food at a reasonable price. Damn, I wish Medicine Creek would reopen.

Somewhat unique offerings as well as the standards. Everything I've had there has been very good. Check their hours before going they have changed a bit. Today I had a really great Bacon Cheeseburger.

Ham steak breakfast. It's a quarter chalice of an actual ham steak. Wth

I've been here many times and the service and the food seems to get worse with each visit, but there is a group that meets here the first Saturday of every month. Today was a big surprise. Service was top notch and the food was hot and delicious. Had the one way omelet with perfect hash browns and wheat toast and coffee cup never empty. Enjoyed the breakfast immensely. Looking forward to coming back! 5 stars today!!

Recently returned here...looking at my last review, its been around 3 years. Saturday afternoon, a few other parties dining in. Pretty quiet. Service was fast, and food came out fairly quickly. Went with a burger. It was okay, not the best. Decent sized menu. Lots to come back and try, just not sure what keeps me from not coming back and trying more of the menu. I guess maybe it is the ambiance. Not saying I want somewhere that is busy all the time, but maybe it would help. We'll see how long it takes for me to return next time.

Had a great Breakfast! Bloody Mary's and Eggs Benedict's. Beth was a great host and server, on top of everything. The location looks like a strip mall diner but it was impressed.

Located on the west end of the Hawks Prarie Village Mall near Big Lots. This little restaurant offered up a nice alternative to the motel breakfast on a lazy Sunday day off from work. Even though I inadvertently walked in 10 minutes too soon, I sat and caught up on the news while they finished there preparations for the morning shift. I opted to try the Cinnamon Roll French toast and was glad I did. Just the right amount of sweet to go with the bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs. The coffee had a great flavor and complimented the meal nicely. I was the first one there and so the meal came rather quickly. Eggs were perfect. The waitress, Patricia, was very friendly which made the visit worth while. I would definitely come back and try dinner if given the chance.

Gross place. Bathrooms have bugs and aren't cleaned. I'd avoid because this place will be on Thurston county's health code list.

The drinks were good, the service was attentive, and we had a great time hanging out together. And I have to mention it again...the bathroom is pretty impressive! Another really enjoyable visit to Cooper's, and we'll definitely be back....and I totally spaced it on taking a picture of the food because it was so good and I was so hungry, by the time I thought about it...it was basically gone

It came out mushy and salty, not bright or even like a stew. It was more like an over cooked beef stroganoff but it just wasn't good. I put that to the side and out came my taco salad in a stale fried tortilla shell. It wasn't freshly fried, I'm sure it's been sitting there. The beef wasn't seasoned well... idk it was just meh. It was like boiled not fried. Again, just couldn't enjoy it. The food was off. My friend had the flautas or taquitos appetizer. She didn't like hers either, It had a lot of guacamole on top of them and she said it had no flavor so she added salt, still didn't enjoy them. We should have listened when our friends told us it wasn't good and over priced at that. Lesson learned... What could improve is the menu. Maybe slim it down so you can make sure your dishes are quality. Get a chef that knows the difference between a soup = broth and over cooked stroganoff. And if Mexican food isn't your strong hold (cause this was definitely not authentic) then just don't bother trying. Don't pre fry your tortillas, they do pick up a stale flavor. Just don't make Mexican food, it's not your thing and that's ok.

Our guests are still talking about how great the drinks were and how fun the bartenders made the night. They handled the crowd effortlessly, kept lines moving, and always had a smile on their faces--even during the busiest moments. The bar setup looked fantastic, the drinks were perfectly made, and the whole experience felt seamless and stress-free for us as the couple. We loved that they provided glassware and even allowed for us to buy our own alcohol. Buying our alcohol was a must for us since we had a wedding of 230 people so we wanted to get it from a store that allowed us to return the extra bottles that were unopened. The option of making our own bar signs was a plus as well because I loved being able to DIY as much I was able to. They are also one of the only few bartending companies around that is more in the affordable range which was very much appreciated due to our guest count being on the higher side. If you're looking for a bartending company that brings great vibes, excellent service, and total professionalism, look no further. They truly helped make our wedding unforgettable. To my surprise, the place was packed with customers on a Sunday afternoon. I expected a slower pace, but it was anything but. The atmosphere was lively, with people playing pool and enjoying themselves. One of the unique features of this pub is a table game that many of you may not be familiar with. It's called Table Shuffleboard, and it's one of my favorites. I've played it a few times in Alaska, and it's a great game. To play, you simply request the pucks from the servers, and it's a lot of fun. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area. We ordered a couple of beers, which were fairly decent. I had the Irish Death, and my friend opted for some of the commercialized beers like Blue Moon. They also ordered some wings, which they said were very good. They recommended that if you want extra crispy wings, you should have them fried hard. The sweet potato fries were cold, but the bartender was quick to take care of that. She brought us a fresh batch in a matter of minutes. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit. I'm giving this pub a three out of five stars. I'd like to come back and try some of the food, especially in the game day environment. I'm a vegetarian, so I didn't eat much of the food we had, but I'll definitely come back and try it again. I'll also come at night to see how it is before I consider upgrading the rating. Overall, I'll be returning to this pub for a second experience.
