Okay so I like iHop however today's service and portions were on the skimpish side..I ordered the Chicken Florentine Crepes with a side of hash brownsand they were very stingy with the spinach and sauce. Our sever seemed to be in training, but her trainer was all over the place not really training the young lady. Had to ask for creamer and sugar for coffee, needed non sugar sweeter, took ten minutes to receive, coffee was cold after that, trainer no were to be found. Finally placed order it was wrong for higher price meal. Had to ask 5 times for a straw and napkins, trainer Socorro still nowhere to be found. Had to wait ten minutes for check, let tip on table fir young lady in training, guess who took tip Socorro. Complained to manger, but she did not seem too interested. I mean I use to love everything about them from the steak to the burgers, the fries to the hash browns, the eggs to omelet but now its a ho hum type of experience! They charge you almost a dollar for onions to be added to your hash browns and they give you less than a spoonful, Really? I knew at that moment that she was not the person to speak too I asked for the manager and he told me that the onions are weighed out and that is what I was suppose to get...not trying to be rude but I wanted to know did he want those sprinkle of onions back but before it got ugly he just gave me some more onions! Now, I know times are hard but today for everyone but when you give someone less than an ounce of onions for .89 cent then I think that is taking advantage of the customer because you get those onions whole sale, another resounding, Really? As seems to be on trend with a lot of the other reviews would not reccomend this location. We stopped in about 10:30 there was no wait we were seated right away. However there was either no cook or 1 cook in the kitchen depending on who you asked. After about 45 minutes I noticed not a single table had food. Our waitress said that the kitchen was backed up but catching up on orders now. After an hour and 20 minutes we left. Our food had still not come out a few tables around us were just starting to receive theirs. The wait staff was wonderful. Pleasant trying their best to accommodate the customers. The management however needs some serious retraining. If there was no one to make any food customers should have been informed and not made to sit and wait for no reason. I absolutely loved my trip to IHOP, I haven't been here in a while. When we first walk in we're greeted by the greeters at the door. We were seated at a very clean table and waited for our food. Our waitress was one nicest people I've met in a restaurant. She helped us with our orders in a very polite manner. She always checked up on us. We have ordered from this IHOP various time, and were able to substitute certain items with no problem. Name Conversion From IHOP to IFLOP! I am a Veteran, who welcomed the advertisement regarding the free meal for Vets. Yes, I must say that my **SKIMPY** meal was absolutely free in terms of money, but not in terms of quality or customer service (at this particular location). Starting off, the wait of 30 minutes converted to 50-ish minutes with no prompting from the staff that our set was ready. The workers including the on duty manager were not wearing their mask correctly, either it was worn faithfully under their chin or noise or mostly not worn at all all. The food quality was poor, cold hash brown, flimsy two pieces of bacon, pancakes (no one took the time to ask if I wanted toppings on my pancakes - even though they were later re-ordered correctly). When asked for refills on my beverages, it took excessively long. My waiter, he proudly said he was not vaccinated and I had to ask him to please put his mask over his mouth and nose, he complied without delay (thanks!). How can a manager lead her people when she is wearing her mask below her nose. She complied when I asked her to pull up her mask, but I should have have had to do that as the manger should be the role model - imo!! This particular location has a lot of improvements to make in terms of customer service. I observed a customer having to actively locate a staff so she could be given a set of silverware (spoon, knife and fork) to simply eat her food. As her and her husband were leaving the restaurant, her husband looked over at us while shaking his head and said, "GOOD LUCK."... soon we knew what they were implying. Now let's talk about that BATHROOM, THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM!!! What a horrible place to step into. It smelled like a skunk had died there a few months ago! There must be a sewage issue. Having to hold your breath as long as you can while in the bathroom should not be necessary at all. The worse part is that no one seemed to care that the bathroom was in such bad shape.
