Came in on a Friday around 9 and really enjoyed the cozy-comfortable atmosphere and they had a nice two piece band playing some old hits. Our server was really nice and even though she forgot the extra bread and water fill ups - we were treated nicely. And our food came out in perfect timing. Our food came with a side and also soup so we ordered the lobster bisque. I liked the taste of it but the lobster and onions were diced up and there was so much of it that it just didn't taste good. Onto the entrees I ordered the chicken Marsala and it came with two good sized chicken breasts and I opted for the fettuccine Alfredo on the side. Overall I give it a 7/10 - it hit the mark but wasn't impressive. We also ordered the Parmesan crusted 8 oz filet for $35. We asked for medium but it came out medium rare. Was a bit bland but we ate it. Overall we won't be back for a while but it's a good place to try when you want some Italian from an old school joint.

My mom, sister & I went for a late lunch. Gloria was our server. She was very attentive. We ordered calamari; lamb chops; red snapper & pasta primavera. For dessert; Limoncello cake &Orange dreamsicle tiramisu.

This has been one of my classic Italian favorites ever since I was a kid so 30+ yrs.... the ambiance is inviting and feels cozy. They have it decorated cute for whatever holidays, pretty lights for 4th of July. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive and food is fantastic. The prices are reasonable too considering inflation. Live music last night with Terry, excellent time. This will continue to be one of my favorite places to dine.

Ambiance: The dining room is very open and bright. You can see through the divider between the Fiori dining room and the Truth bar (separate menu experience) next to the dining room. This, combined with the fact that a long-time favorite (Smoked Salmon Pasta in a Lemon Cream Sauce) was removed years ago, has been most disappointing and the restaurant no longer is of much interest to me. On the plus side, there are still some good appetizers and entrees and the portions are very generous, a major plus since I was able to take my entree home, add some additional vegetables and cheese, and season it w/ a variety of fresh herbs. But, if you want some of the best authentic Italian food anywhere, try Guiseppe's in Schererville, IN.

Drinks were delicious, rum punch, special margarita, (yumm) still not crazy about the smaller martini glasses and higher price (too much). And my other pet peeve, those cheap___ napkins, for a fine dining restaurant, upgrade the napkins. Anyway, Not a bad appetizer and the best tiramisu anywhere ! We were disappointed because we did not finish our first course at that time. My soup came with a teaspoon and not a soup spoon. The raspberry iced tea did not have a lot of flavor. We asked our server about this, and she said that the manager changed the sign in the back from six pumps of flavoring to two pumps of flavoring recently. Two pumps was not enough.

Ordering online was easy to do and quick and picking up was also quick and efficient. There is a specific carry-out door to use for this. That was easy to find and use. The food was decent - although we ordered marinara and alfredo sauces with our ravioli and only received the alfredo. It was still decent. The pizza is good, not excellent, but good. The sausage was made of chunks and had a good taste. The cheese is very good and this pizza has a crunch and I would go again. For the ravioli - the menu says: "Four-Cheese Toasted Ravioli Eight crispy breaded ravioli's, stuffed with our four-cheese blend. Served with your choice of dipping sauce." We ordered two orders of the four-cheese, and normally that would be 16 total...but for some reason we only received 12 total. I assumed two orders would be 8 x 2 = 16? IN) and the website said that the ASAP option was estimated at 1 hour and 45 minutes. By the time I finished submitting the order that would put the delivery arriving at about 5pm and our friends were arriving at 4:30 so that seemed close enough. So at 3:13pm I submitted our order and took a screenshot of the confirmation, which said "Scheduled Delivery 04:58 PM". I had put in my email address but still have not received an email confirmation or any emails from them. So at about 3:45pm I was getting dressed so my mom answered the door when the pizza arrived. Yes, at 3:45 it arrived! So now we'll have cold pizza by the time our guests arrive, or dried-out pizza if we put it in the oven to keep it warm! I called the location we got it from, and was told "we're not busy, why would it say an hour and 45 minutes?" and "when the website says it'll arrive in an hour, we mean it'll arrive anytime within the next hour"... I pointed out to her that it doesn't say that on the website anywhere AND the confirmation screen says it is a SCHEDULED delivery for 4:58pm, not a order to arrive sometime between now and 4:58pm. She didn't apologize, she was just defensive and trying to make it MY fault for not knowing how they do things even though it doesn't say any of her excuses anywhere in the ordering process! Finally she said "We can make another one, do you WANT another one?" I said no, because then we'd have a lot more pizza than we need and already we don't have much room for any leftovers in my Mom's fridge, I just wanted them to know that they'd screwed up and hopefully do something to keep this from happening again. She seemed to just be bored and annoyed with the whole conversation so I said thanks and hung up. So many better pizza places around, but our guests like Aurelios the best so we ordered here this time... but in the future we'll stick with Langel's or Marcos since they care about their customers and scheduled times (and their pizza is better IMO).

What a disappointment it turned out to be..I doubt this place will last the summer. The concept is cute, but the execution is a sloppy, strangely toxic little operation run by a high-strung pick me owner and her rotating crew of indifferent young workers. I waited more than twenty minutes for two simple orders, only for them to come out half-wrong: incorrect flavors, missing toppings, and sloppy scoops thrown together carelessly. When I gently pointed out the flavor mistake, the owner's response wasn't to fix it but to get immediately defensive and nasty. Zero grace, zero accountability. just brittle attitude instead of basic service. I didn't say another word and just left. I ended up throwing out the order that was wrong because of allergies. There was a gross atmosphere among the staff. You could almost hear the echo of high school hallways. A favored circle lounged around exchanging smirks, whispered barbs about customers, and idle gossip, while the few conscientious ones scrambled to pick up the slack. The owner's selective blindness was obvious. It created a clear undercurrent of favoritism, pettiness, and low key bullying that made the whole place feel cliquey and mean spirited. Between the long waits, constant errors, and thoroughly unpleasant energy, I won't be returning. and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For the few kids hustling, I hope you find a better gig.
