Our server appeared to be on speed or high on something. Absolutely horrible service. Waited for a very long time for our food. All the adults were served and ate our food while we were still waiting on pancakes for our little kids. Went to tell the manager we needed the pancakes and she got confrontational and did not care about her customers, she got very aggressive and said she had to back up her server. Also, almost every single table in the place had dirty plates, cups, silverware, left over from past customers. Alsmost no place to sit because no one was busing any tables. PLEASE, boycott this IHOP. I can't believe the owner of this restaurant would allow this to go on. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst service ever! Brought me cold French toast with black bananas just tossed on a plate and tried to pass it off as Bananas Foster Brioche! Then my waitress and the cook could be heard bad mouthing us from the back....that's how loud and inconsiderate they were. And my hash browns were frozen in the middle!!! To top it off..the replacement brioche was cold and raw and I have doubts it was even cooked at all. this ihop was so disappointing. i came looking for a bussin egg and cheese omelette with a side of country soup, and boi o boi was i upset. there r so many words to use in the state of mind but the one i've chosen was APPALLING! the service was terrible. an older man , i'd have to say he was around 50, tried to eat my disgusting food. after that a vicious cat pounced into the restaurant, leaving me, once again, appalled. the manager finally came out and took care of it, only to make another waitress CRY. the poor girl was in tears. after this was al taken care of, a lady high on meth, started wobbling through restaurant. she needed mental help. but so do i. which is why i am writing this review. i am reaching for help and so is the lady on meth. the table next to me had a rough kid who had food on his face. he smelt raunchy. he had something spilling over his diaper. that's what i was smelling. the mom jumped out of her chair and raced her son into the bathroom, only to flush her child down the toilet. my experience was none the less appalling. read more

Against my better judgement I continue to eat here and continue to have bad service. The food is mediocre and bathrooms always dirty. There are always too many servers doing nothing especially when it's NOT busy. The managers are flakes and I have not seen one stay longer than 3-6 months for as long as it's been open. Well, I'm done with this place. I ordered a meal with three eggs over medium, two sausage patties and pancakes. The eggs were over medium but merely warm. The sausage patties were barely warm hockey pucks and the teeny pancakes were nearly cold. All this for nine bucks plus tip and I had to wait nearly fifteen minutes for the food. My husband and I went to this location, never again, we waited 20 minutes to get seated, once seated waited another 20 minutes, before the servant recognized us, she walked pass us three times, but greeted and served a family that got seated way after us, then the servant said "Oh, I didn't see you." Worst service ever! Had to wait over an hour and a half to finally get food. When we asked for a manager the waitress tried to talk about the issues with us. We explained about how poor the quality was with one of our meals she ask if we wanted to send it back. At which point we said no because we waited for so long to get what we currently had. The waitress then got loud and said well so and so didn't put your order in until 11:30! Well that was because she IGNORED us and served people that were sat after us. For our drinks we had to ask another server after sitting at our table for quite some time, then to order we was to ask for a manager and get a different server! When we were done and asked for the manager again the worthless server wanted to stand there to try and defend her poor serving skills. We will not be back and encourage every one else to go some where else if you want timely service and manager that knows how to run a restaurant. read more

Expect to wait....and wait...and wait.. and that's just for your drink! Oh and then be ready to have your order lost so you can give your order a SECOND time after waiting 40 mins thinking they're cooking your food. Surprise, they're not!! I've experienced painfully loooonnngg waits for three consecutive times now. This last visit was the "last straw". I will not visit the IHOP in Liberty MO again. The staff kept their heads down and ignored almost everyone eating there. I heard a rumor that a lot of cooks left the restaurant. Seems to be true. The Colorado omelette is stellar. or for you mexican speeking folks, "mucho Deliciouso". Our server was nice and reminded me of home. too bad home is North Korea. oh well. There were issues from the very beginning. We had a group of 5 and the host first sat us down in a booth for 4. We switched to a table that was off balance and shook through the whole meal. Our waitress, Jessica, was in training but was overall good with customer service. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive. 4 of the 5 in our group received their food and my food did not come out until everyone else had finished eating. Our sides with the omelets were all charged as separate orders and we were charged twice. Splitting the check was a nightmare. The cashier, Kale, did not understand how to split the check and how to apply the free entree. The manager, Adam, was not much help either. Ending up paying much more for a bad breakfast. Will NOT the back. They didn't even give us a receipt so we could take the IHOP survey to tell them how bad the service was. I wanted to talk to the manager before we left, but there was a line to complain about everyone's shitty service! read more
