So much better than the one on Cooper's Point. That one has a small dining area and the employees look miserable. At this location, the employees just try harder. They may not be happy, but they are professional and courteous. The dining area is also larger with a lot of tables next to windows. read more

We went out for breakfast (a special treat) excited to use our coupon and me to get gluten free pancakes. Our very sweet waitress (the best part of a bad experience, Marisol, and the only reason for 1*) informed us that corporate discontinued gf pancakes 2 months ago in all their stores. Upon checking out the cashier told us we were not 'supposed' to use the coupon for senior breakfast ( not noted anywhere on the coupon). As for the food we ordered, the waffle, sausages and bacon were lukewarm. The hash browns were hot and tasty, the eggs over easy were ok too. Sadly, the disappointment lingered through the morning. We will never be back to any IHOP. Clearly there were busy (and thus loud and hard to have a conversation) and our taste in breakfast is different than those customer. read more

Far above average for this brand. There was literally nothing I'd have changed about this visit. We were seated promptly and got our first coffee quickly. Server was quite attentive, giving adequate time to decide while giving proper attention to our younger diners. Best of all this visit was the temperature. Not too hit or too cold but just right. Definitely improved our opinion for future visits. read more

We were in town March 18th for a stressful situation my dad had surgery and we had to stay in town overnight, my mom and sister had not had good luck with ihops in the Olympia area it looked busy but I convinced them to give it a shot, where I live IHop is the go to place, I would like to start out with Mathew greeted us immediately with a friendly and kind smile, he seated us promptly and made us feel very welcome, we also noticed through our entire time there he continued to assist the wait staff in getting orders out quickly. Next comes our server he was awesome, his name was Justin and so personable he had my mom laughing and smiling which with all the stress of my dads surgery she really needed that, and my sister and I needed to see that, he had us all smiling, he was so helpful and quick and friendly he was prompt on checking on us, if we needed anything and we we had amazing service and able to get back to my dad at the hospital, last of all we also noticed how nice and clean the restaurant was, it was busy but a young man Zack was on top of it he was a cleaning machine and doing a great job. I highly recommend this location, and my mom and my sister now see what I see in IHOP, Big shout out to Justin, Mathew, and Zack and those behind the scenes that were helping that day. Oh and yes our food was great, nice and hot and we did not go away hungry lol read more

I Hop on Martin Way in Olympia Wa. Horrible visit for breakfast. The food was Ok. Nothing to write home about, but the atmosphere was horrible. there was a group of people there for breakfast. I sat all the way across the the room from them, but they were so loud and obnoxious. Laughing so loud. I was wadding up paper napkin and placing it in my ears, but did no good. I complained and then I ask for a to go box for the remainder of my food, which I never have done before in any restaurant. They didn't want to offend these people , but all the other people in the restaurant they didn't care about. So my Quiet morning was ruined. I will never go there again. I was very angry. Dishes were filthy, had chunks of stuff on the inside of my orange juice glass and a build up of scum around the rim. The coffee carafe had grime all over it, syrup holders nasty and not clean, fork covered in a film. Food was not better. Eggs white raw in the middle when order over medium, bacon floppy and undercooked, pancakes came with choice of fruit topping but when I selected my topping waiter told me it would be extra for the topping so I order without and got plain pancakes with butter. read more

The French toast was good-bacon was incredibly disappointing. There was pepper in the salt shaker and I asked for a different one-the server came back and said she was told to leave it and just give me salt in a plastic sauce holder...not extremely helpful but doing what she was told. One thing I will say -was the busboy-it was great watching someone so "on it!" He watched the tables, immediately cleaned up, used actual spray and really cared about his responsibility in it all! read more

Upon approaching, we noticed only one other table of guests, so we figured that the service would be quick. Wrong!!! We sat for a long time waiting for a server, even longer for our drinks & even longer for our order to be taken. After waiting at least 20 minutes, our drinks were empty & there was nobody in sight. We were ready to leave!! Then another customer came in which brought the manager out. I got his attention & asked for refills, which we received. The manager did not apologize for the inconvenient service or acknowledge it at all, he only got out refills. Our food finally came & it was fair. You always know what you're getting at IHOP. I ALWAYS get the pancakes. They are awesome, though I always have to ask for more butter. Why do they give you five delicious pancakes but a single small dollop of cold, hard butter? They also have the BEST gluten free pancakes. read more

The service here was fantastic today with a clean restaurant to include the restrooms. Overall Rating a definite 5 * based upon the type Of establishment. My server Asher greeted me with a smile and not as though I was interrupting him. He took my order quickly and was so efficient. I ordered Sirloin Tips , eggs and hash browns. My order was cooked to perfection with the sirloin tips tender, eggs hot and hash browns crispy. This meal was simply delicious and I highly recommend giving this particular I Hop a try. We randomly grabbed some food with friends last week and ate here. I haven't been to IHOP in about 2 years but I've been to this location before a few times. It's way better now! I love their new menu with vegan friendly options and protein pancakes, etc. We all enjoyed our food! My daughters chocolate chip pancakes where huge and very chocolatey. Very yummy! Love that they do kids eat free. Great family spot to eat at. I have 4 kids so it's nice when I can spend under $40 at a restaurant. read more

This is the best Ihop in the Oly area. The interior is clean, the space our visitors, the staff are all attentive. Our family visited for lunch on Tuesday and had a great meal with excellent service by AJ. She was friendly, patient, and everything was served promptly. This ihop appears to be updated within the last two years or so compared to the one on cooper point ( that one didn't even have functioning a/c last summer). From now on if I get a craving for New York cheesecake pancakes I'll make the trek over here instead of heading near the mall. It's worth the extra few minutes. read more

Had Maria as a server with a full house on Veterans Day and she handled the whole place with amazing grace and customer service. Kept her cool despite a diverse crowd. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We arrived at 4:50 pm. We had called ahead for the back room for a large family party, and was told that would be no problem. Upon arrival the hostess told us they don't take reservations and said maybe they could find a place for us. When she returned and escorted us back to the entirely empty back room she seated us and walked away. We didn't even get served water for over 30 minutes. My daughter wrote down the order for our server. Our meals were served separately over the duration of an hour. Our last family members got their food 10 minutes after the first 2 families were done eating. There is no excuse for this kind of service. We saw them pushing tables aside in the main dining room to clean the floors For our final orders to arrive 1 hour after ordering is ridiculous. We will not return read more

This IHOP dining-in is pretty big but you are close to other guests. We were in a booth in the back and a group was like arms width apart from us. We could hear their whole conversation. It's not a long wait time. Customer service was great!! I had the 2x2x2 and the pancakes were so buttery, soft, fluffy, they were so good. I couldn't stop eating them. I tried my husband's omelet and steak and that was good too. Great experience. read more

I ate here a few days ago and I must say, this is the better IHOP in town. The staff is pleasant, efficient, and their food is always divine. This time I ordered online ahead of time for a to-go order. The app is a different review, however I'm impressed by their to-go containers! They kept my food toasty for a solid few hours until meal time. This IHOP is honestly one of my default restaurants for American breakfast foods. read more

So I ordered online, my fist time doing this for IHOP. The mess up was on my behalf ordered a big steak omelette. The omelette had mushrooms on it which my wife is allergic to so I brought it back to show the manager Mat and instead of me having to pay anything or being turnt away he showed me the upmost respect and Customer Service I have ever received so I definitely give this IHOP 5stars!! read more

On Easter morning, went into the IHOP. Looking over the menu I seen that they had gluten free pancakes/waffles. That made me happy...that was until I got my pancakes. Grainy and flavorless. Very disappointed. A few weeks later I took a friends mom to the IHOP in West Olympia. Was discussing what happened at the Martin way IHOP. The waitress said they really do taste good. She was not mistaken. Absolutely wonderful. I would think they get their items from the same place but maybe I am mistaken. I hope Martin way talks to West Olympia to see what they are doing. read more

All in all I would order back from here but hope they figure out why Uber Eats or Postmates or delivery.com were unable to process any online order even when they were around changing locations in Olympia. Dont have the bandwidth to chase them on the streets of Olympia tbh.

Pros: Chill lounge/sitting area at the front corner with sofas, a low bar (accessibility friendly) and board games. Big tables to accommodate groups and various bar seating. Large brewery menu screens with large range and the food looked good. Tbh we came for brews so can't comment on food. The Wildman Beer brand was so-so. Some better than others! Cons: FOH staff interaction. Why we love pubs/breweries is because of the chill, friendly, conversational flow of FOH; their knowledge of the beers and/or cocktails, their passion for sharing it with new customers so they come back again and again ... this vibe fell short at Wildman. TL;DR Good for a basic group of people looking for a brewery experience in town with room for large groups. Not for those who are expecting an awesome brewery experience -- a la PDX, DEN, PHX, ATX or SEA.

But when I saw that they opened up a location in Olympia and Steve and I were going to Olympia for a show it made perfect sense to go to this new location. Downtown where our show was is super walkable and this brewery is right there. When we went in what escaped my attention at the Raymond location was that I was particularly impressed with their own mead selection. And the mead did not disappoint in the slightest. The first mead I had was their Oak Aged Classic Mead. Such fantastic balance in body and the oak flavor was truly impressive! I got another mead from the list, the Sneaky Bastard Meer. It's called meer I believe due to the five different kinds of hops they put into it. Great floral and honey flavored highlights! Our experience here was excellent! Steve enjoyed his drink selections as well! Definitely returning for more mead enjoyment!

They had one guy taking orders who seemed to be the owner and one guy working the grill. When I arrived there were already a few people waiting which isn't uncommon. Shockingly, it was quite good. Tasted like it always has so I was stoked. That being said, the service was problematic to say the least. Their cashier who I can only assume is the owner was bickering with the guy on the grill and publicly. They were arguing over workflow on what should be prioritized, what he needed, etc. They did this in front of us. There must have been at least six of us waiting inside and out. The lack of professionalism was disappointing. The food was still good but I don't think I'll go back. There are other places who make a good burger like Tom's, or Vans!
