In my opinion, a little over priced for the amout of food you get but we still love it and will continue to visit

We ate at the IHOP in Owasso on Tuesday, March 30th at 3:00 PM. It was deserted as there were only five customers in the restaurant, which includes my party of three. The service was basically nonexistent. I looked for our waitress numerous times throughout our meal, to no avail. It took almost 10 minutes to receive our drinks. When our food arrived, my order was incorrect, therefore, it was sent back. We had to ask numerous times for items we needed such as syrup (all three of us had pancakes,) picante sauce, and napkins. While eating the second bite of my pancakes, a big chunk of something chewy stuck to my teeth. It was a fairly large piece of cardboard. Turns out, there were multiple pieces of cardboard in the pancakes. GROSS! The waitress apologized and offered to have the pancakes remade. Our drinks remained empty most of the time. When it came time to pay, the waitress left our bill on the table, never to return. I had to go to the kitchen to find someone in order to pay our bill. I had to say "excuse me" three times in order to get the manager's attention. I spoke to him regarding the issue of having cardboard pieces in my pancakes. It didn't seem to matter to him at all. His response was "uh, okay" followed by a blank stare. After he realized I wasn't accepting his comment and lack of concern, he then offered to have my pancakes remade. I suggested he may want to check the pancake batter to ensure no one else orders pancakes & receives a cardboard surprise. I have to say, we frequent IHOP because I like their vanilla cream & strawberry crepes. We know to expect our food to be cold. We have to send items back constantly to be reheated or just eat it cold. In addition, it is very seldom that an order is cooked correctly. If the crepes are ever discontinued, we will definitely never return. read more

Service has always been slow at the Owasso IHOP. Today was no exception. We were seated immediately. After waiting about 10 minutes, we got the attention of the waitress in our area. Asked for some water and placed our order, 3 omelette s. Another 10 minutes passed and we watched her go outside to use her phone. She saw us watching her as she came back in and brought our waters and milk. We waited another 5 - 10 minutes and our food arrived still warm. That was the last we saw of her. Apparently after the other 2 tables in our area left, she was assigned to the back of the restaurant and never gave us another thought. We went up to the checkin counter and asked for our bill. They found the waitress. She produced our ticket and wanted to know if everything was ok. We told her the food was good, there was no service. We didn't even get a water refill. read more

Love coming to ihop and have been a customer for a long time. This ihop is in need of a make over. As soon as you walk in the place smells....the bathroom stinks. Everything looks old and outdated. Hopefully ihop sees this review and starts working on a remodeling plan...do justice for this location and it's customers it continues to serve. read more

Arrived after a late movie at 12:45 in the morning, ordered within 5 minutes of be seated, yet proceeded to wait over a half an hour to be served even though there were only 5 other tables being occupied and over half of them arriving after we did. Waitress never once came over to see if we needed anything or to explain why there was a delay. Pretty much there was no excuse considering there we at least 5 people on staff. When training a newbie, train them to be the best, and most courteous . The manager is a decent guy doing his best, but losing his mind at the same time. Service sucked period. Worst experience ever! It was a slow Monday night, not busy at all. I ordered decaf coffee, took 15 minutes to get it and another 5 to get cold creamer. I ordered an omelet and pancakes, my omelet did not have the vegetables in it and the cheese was on top. I asked to have it remade and they wanted to know if they could put the vegetables on top! Uh No! Inside please! I asked for hot syrup for my pancakes because I had no syrup. Took forever but finally got it. I am not a picky person but this was ridiculous! Asked to speak to the manger and he said he would take 15% off my bill. Whoopie!! Really. I had nothing at the same time my food and drink was in segments. read more

Well don't come here Christmas Eve morning. We sat at our table without a greeting or an "I'll be with you in one second" for almost 30 minutes. As I looked around I noticed that none of he tables in our area had been served. Not a coffee or glass of water in sight. Smh. read more

I love this IHOP!! I asked if they had discontinued the stuffed French toast and our server confirmed that they have. She suggested something very similar to it, so I gave it a try. The dish came with only one crepe, and the waitress thought it came with two so she gave me another for free! She went above and beyond. Lovely friendly atmosphere and the food was delicious! read more

Worst service EVER. Came here once during the early mid-morning of a weekday (9:45am or so). The restaurant was empty except for one table with a group of four. But the sign at the front desk said wait to be seated, so we waited. The hostess was busy laughing and talking with the people at that one occupied table. She looked up, saw us, went back to her conversation, and turned her back to us. We waited at least 4 more minutes, during which she made no move to end the small talk. We ultimately left and went to Cracker Barrel instead. Won't be back. read more

If you don't know what to expect from a place called the International House of Pancakes then you have more issues than this review can solve. Service is a solid *meh, but the food is good. read more

Food, and service was good. I dont have any complaints or anything bad to say. Waitress even offered me a cup of water to go too!

what ever you do go up there to order your food don't order through doordash grubhub or any delivery service!! they will forget the food you ordered and blame it on the delivery service!! one more thing the manager is unprofessional and didn't even try to make the situation any better read more

Bathroom and floors were filthy. They were not very busy even though it was lunch time. Syrup was covering the bottom of the advertisement frame on several tables. My over easy eggs were over cooked. The strawberry crepes were just ok. The strawberries looked like they came out of a can. Our waitress was friendly toward the end, but her and the hostess seem to lack customer service skills. read more

This place isn't very good. The only good part is the syrup this place changed their name to Ihob because they wanted to feel different.

Service was slow at best and negligent at the worst. Management was rarely seen and seemed indifferent to the slow serve . We had to sit ourselves and were ignored by wait staff. Food came after long wait and it was cold. Wont be back read more

The food and portions were good. We came between rushes and it was clean and service was speedy. Waitresses were polite. It wasn't fantastic food that made my mouth drool. Good but not great. And I was a little put off by them using a motorized vacuum around people eating. Most restaurants have a motorless push vacuum to use during the day. read more

This isnt the first time that I've waited 20 or more to be seated when at least half of the tables are open. Today is Veterans Day and IHOP is doing a complimentary meal. That means it's going to be busier than normal. If staffing is the problem for the wait and the empty tables then maybe it would be a brilliant idea to take the holiday into account. I really don't understand when someone says no cheese on your omelet you put cheese. If you don't know what cheese is then you should probably not be a cook. They had to remake my order wasting more of my time. As a business person I don't have time for this situation to occur. This place needs a new manager and new staff. read more

I love IHOP's pancakes but the service at this location is horrible. After we got our food the waitress asked if we need anything else and we said no. We did not realize that meant no refills for the rest of the meal also. We sat the glasses on the edge of the table and they were ignored. They would rush by the table so fast that you couldn't get their attention. This is not the first time this has happened. It's a shame that manager's don't do a better job of training their employees. They may be another resturant in Owasso that has to close because of bad service. read more

I love Ihop's food, and that's what keeps me coming back. But the time it takes to get your food is unreal. The wait staff honestly does the best they can with the situation they are given, but I think it must be the kitchen that needs work. read more

Love the pumpkin pancakes they have around October and the burgers are bomb don't really like the dr pepper there

Poor service is available anywhere. I waited 5 minutes to be seated before leaving. On a Tuesday no less. I went there once on a business breakfast and it took 40 minutes for bacon and eggs for three. NEVER AGAIN! read more

This restaurant is minutes away from the Owasso High School football field. We went after a game knowing that it would be busy. Our first clue that something wasn't right was when they were able to seat nine of us immediately. That was the only thing that happened quickly. Our waitress barely spoke English which was no problem because we could point to the menu to show her what we wanted. The food took over 30 minutes to come out. Again, this was after a football game so we expected a wait. However, when the food did come out the pancakes were so cold the butter didn't melt, three orders of nine were incorrect and the scrambled eggs were cold and congealed. By the time the three orders were corrected and delivered most of their items were also cold. No one ever asked how our meal was and even though we saw the manager he never came to our table. We will never return and do not recommend this IHOP. It does not measure up to the others we have gone too. read more
