I stopped in for breakfast and was immediately seated. The restaurant was clean and spacious. My server Lisa was amazing. She was attentive and really pleasant. I ordered 1 of their $6 specials and coffee. When my received my meal the pancakes were nice and fluffy, scrambled eggs perfectly and sausage was delicious. She even brought warm syrup and extra butter. She checked on me often making sure all was well. By far this was one of the best IHOP experiences. read more

I am hoping this review gets to the higher level somehow. Our family usually 4-7 of us were eating breakfast here twice or so a week. The past three visits the food and coffee have all been cold. We come first thing in the morning and still cold. It makes me sad because we've voiced that it's a problem but there haven't been any changes. Our final visit this week their building was so humid that is was almost hard to stay and finish our food. Maybe one day they can get it together. Till then off to Cracker Barrel. read more

We stopped here the last time we stayed in Owasso. Very interesting experience. Placed seemed almost like it was closed. Took a bit to get seated. When we did, it was tight next to a booth where an individual was sitting with someone but looking at their phone and the volume was on the highest setting. We waited for a while before someone came to take our order. I'll say the servers were all a bit sketchy. Placed order and it till a minute to get to us. I believe I ordered some toast and it came to table burnt. Another waitress noticed and got a new piece of. We received our bill to pay, paid with card but receipt that came back to sign, wasn't ours. It was someone else's. Did get the right card back. Came here on a Saturday morning. It was fairly busy and we were seated by the corner since we had a toddler. Place was a bit dirty and table was a bit sticky. They gave us a coloring page/kids menu with 2 crayons to keep the little one busy. We had asked for a high chair and weren't given one until the 3rd time of us asking. Food: I had the steak omelette. It was delicious with plenty of steak inside. It had mushrooms, hash browns, onions, steak, and tomatoes inside. I asked for fruits for my side and received old inedible fruit. 6/10 rating My husband had steak and sunny side up eggs. He didn't enjoy it much since the waitress never checked on us and he ate it without any steak sauce. 3/10 rating ( At least the steak had salt) My daughter had chicken strips and fries. I confess I've not been to IHOP in a while, mainly because there's just better places in Owasso to eat. The few times I've been in, the staff are always polite and proficient, but the food is just overwhelmingly average. For my crew, IHOP is usually a destination when it's post-9pm, and some function or other has kept us from dining any sooner in the evening. Let me be clear... the food is not bad. We've never had a bad experience the only thing I would like to mention though so others can be cautious is that the same night after using my debit card to pay for our meal I had about 1,000 dollars worth of fraudulent charges. Grossest joint in Owasso. Hands down the worst place to eat in Owasso. The food--meh. It's pancakes, how badly can you mess that up? Meanwhile, Saturday the 17th of November/18th after midnight--Sober post a punk show at Cain's, I hit IHOP w idiot drunk friends. The drunk people part is important bc otherwise I would have left as soon as I walked in & it smelled...odd. But it's 1am in Owasso & choices are nonexistent. Server- whispers everything. I say he may want to speak up bc we just left a show & he said oh people tell him he talks quiet anyway maybe as a server you should try not whispering? Order apps & food, I go wash my hands...I tried anyway. I walked into ladies bathroom and was hit by a wall of stink like no other. I mean seriously. Not an incident, this is full on toxic warfare to the pint I can't even get to the sink. I wish this was an exaggeration but it's So I go to the table, germ-x the hell out of myself & tell our server about the situation. He disappears. 10+ minutes....no sever. Coffee carafes are empty. At 15 minutes I ask another server to fill our carafes. @ 20-25 minutes, entrees are brought out by a silent server & his helper. Plates are handed out with their fingers touching the food. I ask about our missing apps--a sampler and an order of cheese sticks. He says he must have forgotten. Hey buddy, that's why there's pen & paper that you write it down with. Also, I watched him write it down. I ate a couple of bites of my omelette but it was cold & the "meat" was worse than jerky. Seriously disgusting & when I emailed them, they invited to go there again. I went to Ihop with a table of thirteen I know thats a little much but we were all at a party the night before and we were hungry. We got to the stable and they got us our drinks they messed up two but some people ordered three drinks so they just fixed of and they were good. When people wanted to put sugar in there coffee but they didn't put a lot of it on the table. We waited about fifteen minutes for the food. The food wasn't as expected it was very small from the picture but it was still good. I would recommend eating here it was good. read more

I asked for a breakfast sandwich which I knew IHOP had before... He said that I was stupid and there was no such thing as a breakfast sandwich... Little did he know I ordered all of the breakfast sandwich supplies and created my own breakfast sandwich and he came back to our table and said "WOW. I SEE WE JUST CREATED OUR OWN DIDNT WE."
