Stopped for breakfast for dinner. Arrived to w near empty restaurant. Seated right away. I ended up getting the double blueberry pancakes. My wife got the breakfast special. DO not go on a Mon or Tues evening! The young boy manager that works those two days has 0 customer service. It might be due to lack of staffing. Days and afternoon though this place is a great place to eat at. I felt like its a burden for us to come on in those two nights. We opted to eat here to get an earlier start on breakfast than was possible at our hotel. IHOP appears to be one of the few breakfast places in Peachtree City that opens before 6:30 a.m.; in fact, on the weekends I think they are open 24 hours. Service was prompt and they kept up with replacing the coffee carafes (it seems like it would be more efficient to give you a larger carafe rather than swapping out smaller ones more frequently, but what do I know?). My 13 year old birthday boy picked pancakes for after church breakfast, so IHOP. They're currently running all-you-can-eat deals which was a bonus. I went sorta healthy with a Simple and Fit veggie omelet with was good, but greasier than I would have thought it would/should be. Kids were more than happy with their food. Service was fast and congenial. Biggest issue is that the store size is really small so on a chilly morning (~40 degrees that day), you get a draft when people come and go pretty much no matter where you sit. When we walked in there were a couple people waiting to be sat so we decided to ask the hostess how long was the wait time, there were 2 people at the stand an older looking lady and another female. While in line a couple behind me was assisted first while clearly being in front of them, when I finally got my turn I asked how long the wait time was they said 15 minutes so I let the older lady know we would wait the 15 minutes and she completely ignored me and started talking to her other coworker I repeated myself 2 more times and kept getting ignored. read more

Love coming here with friends on a weekday. The servers are great, always greet us as soon as we walk in. They are very attentive and pleasant. The food is always plentiful, hot abs cooked just right. The place itself is very clean and they follow Covid protocol. There is a nice manager who runs good out if he sees that it is just and his servers need him for a quick minute. What a great team work environment! Last chance after many! Carafes are wasteful and after 2nd carafe of lukewarm, server might replace with fresh. Server was fast, efficient, unengaged and nasty looking. Pancakes were slightly warm and the same with omelette. Avocado toast was cubed, a sign of not ripe and tasteless. The list goes on! No more Ptree City! Nothing a miss here the location has all the usual flare and comfy interior as any other IHOP. The service may be a bit better as they never keep a short staff on any of the major busy days of the week. Typically you can grab wait staff two at a time some days due to the high amount of coverage. Good for a early breakfast sans grits, but nothing to make it stand out from the usual IHOP facilities or other breakfast locations in the area. read more

I've dined here a few times - and the only reason is because I didn't feel like having Waffle House and it was the only thing open. 2 times I've gone, I came in 2 hours before the restaurant closes, which I know is late, but they have 2 hours, they'll be okay to make another few meals. Food - it's fine, like any other IHOP you go to, not great, not so bad, but what more can you expect? The reason for the 2 stars? SLOW SERVICE We were the only ones in the restaurant at 10pm (they close at midnight and we were in Peachtree City, not really a lot of night crawlers in those parts of the world) took at least 5 minutes to get our drink order and another 25 minutes for our food to come out. We got our food, our server didn't ask if everything was okay, once. But, luckily, everything was good and we didn't need her. Here's my favorite though - my bill was around $33 - I gave her $40. My change back? $26. Luckily for her I'm a good person and told her what she did wrong. Otherwise she'd be paying out of her tips to cover my meal . I also had to point out her mistake because I didn't want her to think she got a $26 dollar tip. This is a spot you go to when there is nothing else left. They're open till midnight on weekdays and 24 hours on the weekends so it's an easy quick fix. But be prepared for the slow service. read more

I tend to place a mobile order for pick-up. The past few times I went; I would have to wait almost 20-30 minutes for order to be ready after the pick-up time. My last mobile order I received none of my pancake toppings or syrup for 3 separate strawberries/banana pancake meals for my family.
