Alexis was our server and was excellent! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good service.

Hello All, I waited a beat to post this review because I did not want to say anything too damaging about this franchise. Pray for them because the quality of food was not presented. I ordered the 2x2x2 and wanted an omelette with my eggs . I knew that I would have to pay extra for it but not much. Look at picture. All I could was laugh . I went there on a Saturday afternoon.

Okay, the decor is dated but if you just rate the food, it's solid! Breakfast is reliable, huge and delicious omelets, and can't go wrong with pancakes and a side of strawberry compote and whip cream!! The service depends on your server but most of them are friendly and fast.

Me and my boyfriend went here to eat yesterday, the forks were dirty, and I got horrible food poisoning. I haven't went to the hospital or reported this but i've thrown up many times and can barely move.

First time in an ihop in over 15 yrs. Service was fast courteous and very friendly. Food was quick accurate hot and tasty. Good value would be back but we were just passing through. Glad we did. It started the day off with a full belly and smiles on our faces.

Food was excellent. Seated promptly. Server was very accommodating. Food was prepared quickly and as ordered. Great service. Will return soon.

Went to try the minion menu. It was a great success. All items on the menu were yummier than expected. I had Grus evil steak burger and it knocked my socks off. Very good. The cold "gru" coffee was not very good but all other drinks were good. This iHop only had 2 servers working but they were very nice and efficient.

Waiting area pointed to far corner. Not a very big location

My 13 year old birthday boy picked pancakes for after church breakfast, so IHOP. They're currently running all-you-can-eat deals which was a bonus. I went sorta healthy with a Simple and Fit veggie omelet with was good, but greasier than I would have thought it would/should be. Kids were more than happy with their food. Service was fast and congenial. Biggest issue is that the store size is really small so on a chilly morning (~40 degrees that day), you get a draft when people come and go pretty much no matter where you sit. Fewer tables also added to the wait time - 20 mins at 1pm.

    Scary face pancake

The service was slow even though the restaurant was not crowded. We could tell they were short staffed, but it should not have taken an hour and a half for our total meal. We did go for the scary face pancakes, but we had to wait for the manager to take an order before adjusting our bill. Overall, the food was good, but the service was short staffed and overwhelmed. I would return, however,

It's always sad to me when this happens, because in my opinion having great food is the hard part. Seeing them excel in that but fail the easy stuff is hard :( What they struck out on: - host and hostess chatting when we walked up, they seemed to be complaining about something. We didn't receive any smiles. Didn't feel like they wanted to be there. Yes I understand it's a job, but warm welcomes are important and they are the first impression for a customer when they walk in. - It was 80 degrees and dreadfully humid outside since it had been raining. They had the doors open and I didn't see or feel any fans or air conditioning running. I saw a patron using a hand fan while we ate. - Since there was no air conditioning running, all the steam from the dishwashing and cooking in the kitchen came out to the dining area and lingered in the air the entire time we ate. We thought it was smoke at first but it didn't have a smell, when we walked out to leave I felt the steam leaving the kitchen area - Unbearably loud. I'm not sure why the acoustics are so bad but there is just nothing absorbing any noise. All the ruckus just echoes. Pretty sure this was mainly due to the tables being somewhat close together and the chairs having no sound buffers. It was suuuper loud when people got up to leave and when bussers were cleaning the tables. - Out of the fried green tomatoes which we were excited to order. - I ran out of water while eating. My drink didn't get filled until maybe 10-15 mins later. - Our waitress was running around, very busy. We didn't get checked on that much. It wasn't her fault. She was very courteous and was working hard. They seemed to not have enough staff on hand. - The napkins shed everywhere? When I opened my napkin a cloud of lint came up from it. It was all over my black shorts when we left. - Ends of the tables were all scratched up. - Decor is a bit of a hodgepodge. Having fake candles at each table for a place that gives southern farmhouse is an interesting choice. - The pimento cheese plate came with only 5 mini pieces of toast. We had to ask for more which was an upcharge. There's no way all the pimento cheese could be eaten on 5 pieces. Their home runs: - The food was amazing. I really liked the steak frites. I ordered the steak medium. It was nice and tender. The fries were seasoned and crispy. The chimichurri sauce was great. My friend and I both liked the pimento cheese and the bread that it came with. We weren't crazy about the house pickles. My friend loved her caesar salad. - The prices are great. Super affordable for high quality food. - Menu is expansive. - We had no wait to be seated. - No trouble parking. Location is convenient. As you can see, the list of cons is very very long. It was truly an odd thing to experience, since the place had such great food. I'm thinking the Curious Pig needs a restaurant management consultant or something? We might try this place again sometime later. We'll see.

Let me talk about the service. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with our seating outside because it was a little chilly. They moved us to a table with a nice heater. They checked on us frequently and more than one server came to the table to see how we were doing. It seemed like all the staff were really working together well, and just concerned about the customer experience. It really shows when the staff at a restaurant exhibit true southern hospitality. Most restaurants it seems, have reduced in quality of table service since the pandemic and it's refreshing to have a great service experience. This time me and my wife just ordered the fried green tomatoes and some drinks as we had recently eaten. We enjoyed the appetizer and our drinks. We have consistently had good service and food over the years, which is why we often tip them more than the customary amounts. In a world where good service and food are hard to come by, this spot is a gem!

We have some nice ones but Pascals will always be my favorite. It had been several years since we had dined here. It was the first time since the new owners. We had been once before when it was still transitioning from Pascal to the new owner. It was great to see that it was a popular destination even on a Thursday night. The decor has not changed very much, still very European feeling. Service was Top notch... Very attentive. There were several large groups celebrating. Different events are just getting together and it didn't seem to affect the pace of the kitchen or the service. The stuff founder was one of the best I've had. The fish was fresh and the saffron sauce was light in lovely. Not the best scallopini I've had but it was still delicious. I think the veal needed to be beaten more. They had a happy hour special of appetizers that went along with the drink specials, and on Thursday nights they have half price bottle wines. We decided on escargots for our appetizer since we were celebrating, don't get those very often. I wouldn't order them again... If you really love escargotes then they would be okay or you might be even more disappointed... Not in the garlicky butter stuff. That makes them so good. These we're a little gritty. The creme brulee was a pretty but not that flavorful. They still have special tasting nights. So that's good to see

The appetizers were outstanding. Since we were in the south, we had to try the Green Fried Tomatoes, which were good especially with the goat cheese garnishment . The Lobster Deviled Eggs were outstanding also. For entrees, our party had the halibut, the Steak au poivre, (2x, one medium and the other medium well) and the flounder. All of them were excellent, but special remarks must be given to the halibut. It was truly delicious. The deserts were a perfect closure. One negative comment: the wine availability was "meh". We ordered one bottle from the list that was not available. The substitution was ok. The white wine bottle we ordered as the seafood complement was adequate but did not match the otherwise extraordinary quality of everything else. We also had two very good cosmopolitans, with a local flare. Definitely will try those again. Will visit again when in the area!
