From the moment we walked up the steps and saw the beautiful, flowing pink flower planters, we knew this IHOP location was special. The welcoming atmosphere starts right at the door, including a wonderful Wednesday evening discount for seniors, which is such a thoughtful touch. We were greeted warmly by Andre, and our server, Zeth, was absolutely incredible. He felt like a character straight out of a movie! Zeth was exceptionally kind, professional, and personable. He kept checking in on us and delivered authentic Southern hospitality that made our meal truly memorable. The food was very tasty, and my eggs were cooked to absolute perfection. If I had to give one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to ensure the potato sides are cooked just a little bit further through, and to serve the blueberry pancake compote nice and hot, as it tasted a bit frozen in spots. This is an easy tweak and I know for sure if I said something, it would have been made right straight away. That said, the service here is completely unmatched. Zeth and Andre made us feel like family, and we will absolutely be back because of how wonderfully we were treated. Since the new ownership, this location has gone downhill at a rapid rate. It's infinitely clear that savings ( whether at the expense of food quality or service) is their only priority. It used to be a 'go to' for my husband and I for the excellent service and fresh food. ...not any more. As we were heading up North thru NJ-17, we decided to stop at this IHOP for brunch. I was pleasantly surprised to see this store wasn't busy on Saturday lunch time. We got a table right away. This store has booth area in front and tables at the rear side. Their menu has We ordered the steak burrito, sausage & egg with hash brown and sprinkle pancake with fruits. The dishes came to our table in a flash, felt like they had it ready in the kitchen already. Steak burrito was good, lots of steak cubes and cheese wrapped within the burrito. Pancake was soft and tasty. Our server was super nice. Overall the brunch was so efficient we were done within half an hour and were on our way out of the restaurant. read more

This is a nice IHOP. I have been to many locations, so far this one is the cleanest. Very friendly staff. Very efficient as well. The food came out super quick. I guess most people ordered the same thing? They just mass cooked the items? Food is good. Nothing wow but nothing disappointing either. Hot black tea is not Lipton, that's a first. Unfortunately this IHOP location has degraded considerably in the last few months. I have been coming to this specific IHOP for several years and noticed a change in the quality of the food as well as certain things that just make no sense (ie. Shortage of spoons?) it is my understanding there is a recent change in ownership and it shows. FYI - I've been here for roughly 30 minutes and have had (3) tables return their food. read more

The seating hostess saw us while she was cashing out a customer, checked on 3 tables and didn't even acknowledge our existence. If she was there alone, shame on IHop for letting that happen! Pretty decent food, good service it's ihop nothing bad to say. The manager is always on top of things food is always on point.

We usually get Uber eats delivery from here but decided to dine in this time. We came for late breakfast but the place was packed. Servers are really nice, it just seemed overwhelming between online orders and the people there. There were booths available but I don't think enough staff as we had to wait 5/10 minutes to be seated. My husbands food looked to come out hot but mine was just eh warm. Came here to try the Grinch christmas specials since my husband saw the commercials, and was dying to try the green pancakes. He tried the who-ville omelette. He was amazed. It looked just like the picture and tasted amazing. We also had the side order of grinch pancakes which looked and tasted so good. On the sweeter side with the topping, but that was expected. It's an IHOP, not much more to say about it. The location is convenient being right on Rt. 17S and there's ample parking. For the past 2 months I've gone for brunch on Wednesday and both experiences were great. The service is pretty good and the staff is friendly. They offer 25% off regular menu items for 55+ y/o on Wednesdays so it's a pretty good deal. It's not the greatest place to eat in the morning, but c'mon it's IHOP. I got takeout here and enjoyed it! The process was pretty easy and very quick ordering and picking up the food. They are practicing good sanitary guidelines during this pandemic/COVID 19. I was there yesterday, and it was a terrible experience. I walked in with nobody at the desk so I walked in the main area and asked should sit anywhere to a worker. They pointed to the booth closest to the door and said, "sit there". A nice waitress (who I never saw again) came over and took my order of French Toast which was good, but it was served on a tiny plate that makes it hard to cut up and eat. I was given the check and went to the desk to pay. Nobody there again and then 2 workers came over who were apparently fighting. I could feel the tension. I really enjoyed Wonka Willy meal. The burgur was reallly yummmmy. My dreamy(not the stream I got confused too) lemonade was sooo refreshing but I didn't really like the cotton candy I don't like red 40 die. This rating is compared to other ihops in this area. This one just recently underwent a renovation and is always crowded, which is a good sign. Sundays are busy but on average is only about a ten minute wait if you come around 10am. We come here for the french toast stacks and pancakes mostly. It's a great substitution when we can't get over to the Cracker Barrel, which is our kids' favorite breakfast spot, but this is a close second. Service was pleasant and parking was pretty easy even on a busy day thanks to extra parking in the back. Table rotation is pretty quick and getting in and out within a reasonable time is what we like about this spot. read more

Each time I have dined at  this IHOP, the food has been good and so has the price.  The breakfasts  are delicious and I recently had a nice piece of tilapia with vegetables  and mashed potatoes.  The coffee was also good.  The empoyees are  personable, efficient, professional, polite and helpful.  Most recently,  I was served by Carolina, Malique and Felix, who were excellent. It's been a long time since I ate at a IHOP. I wish I had found a diner. I ordered The Classic Bowl. Eggs bacon cheese in a bowl with a side of salsa. I opted to add avocado for $1.99 more. I wish I had taken a picture. If you order this, forget the avocado. It's not worth it. The meal was under par. And my side of pancakes were cold. However my husband had the Sampler. He enjoyed it. I would of given iHop three stars if it wasn't for the music. It was so annoying. I don't know what kind of music they piped in. It gave me anxiety. It added to me not enjoying any part of my meal. I feel bad for the staff. They have to listen to that crap throughout their shifts. Day after day. Next time, I will keep going on Rt17. Oh and true to form..., the table was sticky. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION !!!!!!! They are playing cheap and actually charge more. Server ABIGAIL agreed to bring all you can eat pancakes for the table and then she charged us for each refill. On each refill I asked them that it is a refill and she said yes. When i asked for the check to be adjusted, manager came out and the server was gone. We did not see her again.
