My family & I went for what I thought would be breakfast, no breakfast was ever received. We arrived at around 10AM, & the hostess *Jasmine* asked how many? I said 8. She wrote my name down & told me to let her know when the rest of the party arrived (only 5/8 were there). The rest of the party showed up 15 min later, & we were the only ones in the waiting section sitting down. No other party or anyone else, whoever arrived after us got seated right away. So some 15 minutes passed & Jasmine comes back & says "I'm just waiting for the table next to yours to leave & finish so I can put the two tables together." Ok that's fine. Another 15 minutes go by & she finally comes back to say her manager asked if we would mind sitting in booths, we'd be separated but the booths are across each other, ok that was fine too. We finally get seated, no one comes by for a while. Then finally the server comes by & says "I'll be right back", he was never right back. Another more time goes by & a family member of mine decides to go ask the hostess if there's anyone going to tend to us. As she walks back Carlos (our server) finally comes to our table & takes the drink order & food order. There was a family of 4 who came in while we were still waiting for our table when we were still in the waiting section, they received their food & Carlos tended to them so much better than he did with us! He would come up to them & ask "everything good so far ?" There was also a single guy in the booth next to us who had gotten his food, drink, & his bill way before we even got anything for us. Carlos never came back to apologize for the wait or check up on us, the coffee dispenser even ran out of coffee before our food came out too! Also, I saw many other people walk in & be seated & served their drinks AFTER we had finally got seated in the booths. I saw Carlos bring out their food to them & their drinks. Finally, we were all just irritated & hungry. I had my 1 year old who was already getting fussy from sitting down too long, & he filled up on snacks because we were waiting too long, my oldest son & my nephew were starving! I finally got up & asked for a manager. Jasmine went to go to Maria (the manager). We told her we've been waiting too long for our food & how Carlos was towards us. She said "My excuse is there's only 2 cooks right now so they've been backed up" HOW !? HOW!!?? When everyyyonnneee who came in after us received their food? She even read back our order to me. She was more concerned that she had to throw the food away since we all just decided to leave. Her words exactly "I'm going to have to throw the food away then" ok! Not our problem! We were all hungry, & service was just horrible. She tried to give us the food to go but we just wanted to leave now. My question....if she knew what our order was so quickly, had Carlos JUST put in the order in ?? Not just the cooks fault, the whole staff. Jasmine KNEW since the beginning that we had been there a long time waiting. Carlos chose to not tend to us like he was tending to his other tables. Maria was more worried about documenting food being thrown out. We were there just waiting for 2 hours maybe more! Just to eat. I've been coming to this ihop for years, but never again. read more

Aloha ohana! I stopped into IHOP to take advantage of their free Red, White and Blue breakfast combo meal for Veteran's Day. It was delicious and filling. The pancakes were fluffy and topped with blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream. The meal included two eggs, hash browns bacon and sausage. A lot of veterans were here today to celebrate and take advantage of the offer. It was good to see my fellow vets enjoying breakfast together. Came here on a Saturday for brunch. This place has plenty of parking. I haven't been to IHOP in a long time but mom wanted to go here. Mom ordered the spinach omelette. It was pretty decent. I ordered breakfast sample. A slice of bacon, sausage, ham, and eggs over easy. Eggs were way over easy. Also, had the tres Leches pancake but it needed more sauce. I was just at this location. The food was okay and the service was excellent. My concern is the bathrooms. The women's smelled funny, the containers for the sanitary napkins was over flowing and the paper towel container was empty. I did tell this to the young man at the counter. He said "the paper towel container just broke this morning". If that's the case a roll of towels should have been on the counter at a minimum. My food was literally dripping in oil/grease. The bacon wasn't crispy at all, the eggs were bland and the pancakes were incredibly sweet even before any syrup was added to it. I don't know how people can eat this kind of food all the time. It doesn't even taste good in my opinion and it was pricier than I thought it would be for the amount of food we got. This is a huge shout out to our server, Jacqueline. She is absolutely sent from heaven. We are the weirdos that went to ihop for breakfast on Christmas. I get it we suck but we tipped big and told everyone how grateful we were. Jacqueline was our server and she absolutely gave us the superstar treatment. I don't think she stopped smiling the entire time. What a refreshing person who absolutely made my day!! As for the food, it's standard fare and pretty predictable in terms of quality and consistency. There are always great deals on pancake and egg meals with hash Browns that most of our table was fighting over haha. The prices are affordable. Our party of 6 got out of there under $90, which is pretty amazing in this day and age. I will definitely be back to this location and I hope that we get Jacqueline waiting on us again. read more

I made a pit stop here with a friend yesterday when we were in the area and I can honestly say that the service here is very slow and bad! Waited over twenty minutes at our table before we were greeted by our server, Mariana. Didn't ask us if we wanted anything to drink or if we were ready to order. She just told us she will be right back. After another five minutes, she returned and took our orders. It took half an hour for my food to be ready and my friend's food wasn't even ready. By this time, we've been in the restaurant for almost an hour. We had some A1 Sauce on our table and I was going to use it on my steak omlette but two workers, an older lady and an older gentleman who probably doesn't speak English, came and rudely snatched the A1 Sauce before I even got a chance to use it. They didn't even ask us prior if we were going to use it! So rude! I should also mention that everyone who chooses to dine here should double check their silver wares. My silver wares were wrapped in a napkin and I only found out they were dirty with dried crusty food on them when I was about to eat! No problem! I didn't want to make a scene so I kindly asked Mariana for a new set. She brought a new set and it was the same story! I had her bring me a third set and while it did not have crusty food on it, it had stains and I could tell it was not throughly cleaned. I told Mariana it was fine because I can already guess the fourth set is going to be just as bad if not worse. My friend's food finally came out but they accidentally added Spinach to it! We've already been in the restaurant for over an hour so my friend said the spinach was fine. Once we finished our food, Mariana was nowhere to be found. We didn't get a check or any refills from her. We had to ask the front hostess for a check. I honestly thought about not tipping because of the terrible service but I still left a 20% tip because I gave the benefit of the doubt and I'm sure some things are out of Mariana's control. Can't put all the blame on her for the slow service, no refills, crusty silverwares, and spanich. The management team here needs to get on their dishwashers! Hubby and I had the BLT with fries. We ordered lemon with iced tea but they were out of lemons! The food and service was good. However, the restrooms in this place smell to the point of making you gag when you walk in. Normally it's fairly clean even if you have to hold your breath. But my husband walked in to the rest room today and it was horrific. The urinal had overflowed onto the floor and there was water/urine all over the floor. If we come here to eat I generally time it (if I can) so that I don't have to use the restroom at all because of the horrible smell. I know other restaurants have had a smell in their bathrooms and I've been told it was due to dirty grease traps in the floor. We sent an email explaining the problem to IHOP corporate and haven't heard anything. It's upsetting that we enjoy the food and staff but probably won't go in anymore due to the disgusting restrooms.
