First IHOP i have been to and the food is good nothing great though since its similiar in nature to Dennys and Sharis. I had the steak omelet and their was hardly any steak in it but oh yes a ton of hashbrowns in the omelet and barely any cheese. It was ok and the portion was huge. read more

The omletes are made with pancake batter according to the waitress which every diabetic knows will raise your blood sugar levels. What happened to the days when you ordered an omlete and you got eggs? Very disappointed. The omelet taste like a crepe. I would order a crepe if I wanted a crepe and I would order a pancake if I wanted a pancake. read more

We've had many meals at this IHOP, but we hadn't visited for several months, and we noticed that there appeared to be a different manager. We had to wait a while to get seated, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. We were there around 6:30 on Wednesday evening, 4/24. I ordered a salad, and my husband ordered some combination with bacon, eggs, pancakes, and hash browns (I think it's one of their current specials). We had to wait quite a while for our food, and when it finally arrived, my husband's food was cold. The butter wouldn't even melt on the pancakes. My salad had such minimal salad dressing that I could barely find it. To the restaurant's credit, the waitress was very friendly and helpful, and she did ask if I needed more salad dressing. The grilled chicken on my salad was plentiful and very good. We won't be back for quite a while. read more

I was in Spokane for the comic convention. I had just been on the road for 4 hours since 4AM, and about to run a booth at the convention. I needed a good breakfast to get me going for the day. From my experiences in the past, IHOPs don't generally appeal to me, and the prices are usually more than what I would like to spend. However I was surprised at the service I received here. We were in a bit of a hurry to make it in time to the convention to set up. We were quick to be seated, and we were served promptly, and brought our checks right away. Never did I mention to the staff that we were in a hurry. As for the food, it didn't blow my mind or anything, but it didn't disappoint wither. I had the breakfast platter that appears at the top of the breakfast menu. It was plenty of protein that I needed, but enough energy to get me through the day. The pancakes were great, as I am sure they have had plenty of time to get it down. I'd give this a higher rating because of service, but since it's a franchise, I have to give in an average rating since it doesn't stan out from any other breakfasts I have had before. read more

Listen. I know that IHOP gets a bit of a bad rep because of the not-so-savory characters who often frequent the place. And I know that there can often be a few undisciplined children dining there with their parents. But, if you are interested in getting an affordable, decent plate of bacon, eggs and hashbrowns accompanied by a plate of yummy sweet treats, then IHOP is the spot! Now, if you're looking for a gourmet steak or high quality BLT, this is not the best choice. You really have to just take this place for what it is: a kid-friendly, fun breakfast place with lots of delicious sweet crepes and pancakes. My advice is go in there today and order the blackberry & peach cobbler pancakes. There is a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for goodness sakes! read more

We have gone to I hope for a long time. The manager, big guy is not a people person at all. We paid for our meal with a gift card. The waitress ran the card and took a extra $6.00 off. We wouldn't have known had we paid with a debit card. A gift card gives balance. When the manager was approached about the situation he seemed irritated that we were bothering him. He called the waitress over to speak to her. They laughed alot and seemed to be care free. The waitress never came back to our table. She laughed and kept her back to us. read more

Every time I come here I have great service. I used to be able to eat 6 plates of the all you can eat pancakes back in the day.

Had the Garden Omlete add bacon exchange green peppers for spinach. YUMMY!!! As always, fantastic service!

Impressed with their blueberry pancakes and spinach & mushroom omelette which comes with a hollandaise sauce on top and I asked for avocado on it too, delicious! Generous portions. I only ate half of the pancakes and half of the omelette. IHOP is always consistently good. read more

This entire staff from hostess to the cooks, everyone was so friendly, patient and attentive. We had a great family experience here on Christmas morning 2017. 8 of us came in for breakfast. Coffee was served fast and hot. Those who wanted decaf got a fresh pot. Our meals came out all at once and we're all nice and hot. Portions were massive. The highlight of the morning was our server Mia. She was cheerful, funny, and extremely hospitable. There are closer IHOPs, but my family and I go out of our way to eat at this one. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean (especially compared to N. Division), and the service is quick. I would recommend this IHOP. I've always had a good experience here even through the rush crowds. read more

Worst IHOP ever. The wait to be seated was about 10 minutes, which wasn't terribly bad, but once we were seated we were ignored for so long that we were just getting up to walk out when a server finally arrived. Took a long time for our order to arrive, and when it did, one order was completely wrong and not what was ordered. Ordered eggs over-medium and the whites were clear and runny--completely undercooked. French toast was stone cold and the only time we saw a waitress was when she brought our check. Very substandard food and service for an IHOP. would not recommend this place, nor will we ever return. Absolutely terrible dining experience from start to finish. read more

Slow service. Got here at 12:15 and got seated fairly quickly. Ordered immediately then waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Took another 30 minutes for food. Happy waitress was annoying. All we wanted was food not comedy show!!! read more

I've been to plenty of Ihops and have never left a review, but I had to after the great service from our Server Amanda (in case there are more than one, Amanda T. was our waitress). She was so pleasant and on top of everything, including my picky pregnant requests. I was hangry and annoyed after being told 10 minutes and waiting over 20, but Amanda's smile brightened my mood right back up! read more

VERY non kid Friendly! Common sense would be to sit families with young kids with other families that have kids and understand. Children need to eat too. We were asked to leave because One lady did not appreciate my child singing...not crying or screaming or moving from his seat but singing. a 18 month old! How exactly are you suppose to stop him? legally anyways.. Hostesses are usually friendly but have had very long wait times when not all that busy. Think Seating placement people. My family and I came to the Spokane area from Tennessee to visit our son in the Air Force for a few days. We were traveling to a Theme Park and wanted to get a decent breakfast to hold us during our day at the Park. I enjoy IHOP, and this one was by far one of the very best. As a family of four, we were promptly greeted and seated. Our server, Juan, was very attentive, professional, funny and made you feel as though you wanted to have him sit and enjoy breakfast with you. I cannot say enough about how refreshing it was to have him as our server. When you dine-out a lot on travels, you can really get a quick feel for how your experience will be. Juan was professionally managing a table with a family of 8, our table of 4, another table of 6 and several more tables. I don't think anyone or anything was missed. He was very attentive with additional condiments, napkins, drinks and was right on-time with your check. We were not rushed or felt as though we were a burden. When an elderly couple came in and was asked to sit in another area toward the back of the restaurant, the lady said that it was too far for her to walk. Juan and the server from that area quickly assessed the situation and traded tables so that the couple were in Juan's area. Juan managed the table in the other area while the server from that area professionally managed the table in our area. Juan professionally greeted the couple even though they were not his customers. And still managed to keep all his tables along with the one from the other area professionally attended to. From the beginning to the end, this was by far a place that I would highly recommend.
