She works like she knows what she's supposed to do and does it without delay and with a good attitude. She does it throughout her shift like as if she just clocked-in at the beginning of the workday. Today, we stopped her work to say we have noticed her great work-ethic and she introduced herself as Chelsea. She said she has worked at Golden Corral for 14 years. We were amazed that she was still working at the restaurant at the same fast pace she must have exhibited 14 years ago. And she still had a good attitude after clearing thousands of buffet diners' dirty plates for nearly a decade and a half. We hope the owners of this business realize the type of worker they have retained for many years. Chelsea's employer must be rewarding her as a good employee to have kept her for 14 years. But if they aren't already rewarding her with more than a pat on the back, we think they might want to do so before another restaurant's owner/manager does.
