Had a yummy experience at IHOP with the kids. Was sketch at first because they were super crowded by we were seated immediately and got our drinks and order taken pretty swiftly. Appreciate the wonderful waitress. And our food was yummy.

Came early Sunday morning to beat the church crowd and general breakfast fanatics. With cases still high and my small kids wanting to have some normalcy with a 'restaurant', we did just that by coming around 830am. I asked to be seated away from others and general traffic and they kindly obliged. Our waitress was attentive at first but slowly started forgetting about us. Especially at the end. I had a hot cocoa on this chilly morning and my daughter a white milk. I ordered the sirloin tips and eggs, and my daughter a Jr. Winter Wonderland. My waitress indicated the tips come medium-well which is perfect. They came well done with raw onions on top. I assumed the onions would have been slightly caramelized and they were absolutely not. The flavor wasn't there either. The eggs and hash brown were good though, just needed a little pepper. My daughter enjoyed her egg and the bacon was just okay. She ate half her pancake but she said it was good and that she was full, so I'm happy there. After we all finished (a group of 6), we waited 15 minutes for her to drop of checks. We didn't see her in that time to even flag her down. When she did drop off the checks, she said that she'd take payment at our table instead of paying up front. More convenient and that was nice. Overall, just an okay breakfast this morning.

I had been here a few months ago with someone and had a decent breakfast burrito. Decided to switch it up today and had one of the best omelettes ever! Service was a nice waitress named Mary. She wasn't the fastest, but she was awesome. She even heated up my side of salsa, for my omelette. I did a make my own omelette and it was amazing!! Came out in good time too! It was starting to really fill up inside when I was getting my food, so I beat the Sunday morning rush. The pictures hardly do justice to this omelette. I even asked for my compliments to be sent to the chef. Lots of spinach, mushrooms, ham and tomato. No cheese for me. But I like omelettes with salsa to not let it get too dry. Fruit cup was so-so and the creamer selection was pretty crappy. The wall on the side of my booth was colored on and some of the wallpaper was peeling. Aside from some cosmetic stuff and maybe an off-fruit day, I had an excellent experience here. Plenty of staff on hand to clean tables down quickly and pick up errant plates. Coming back for more omelette.

I met a friend here on a Wednesday morning. It's at the end of the Landstown Commons shopping center so there is plenty of parking. They weren't busy so we were able to grab a booth immediately. Michaela, our server, was nice enough and did a great job. I ordered the combination breakfast with eggs, links, potatoes, and lemon ricotta blueberry crepes. Unfortunately, I only got (1) crepe instead of 2 since it's not considered a pancake. It looked pretty. Tastewise, it was okay. I didn't taste any lemon. The cream was basically just ricotta. Everything else was good. Everything was pretty good. When in the area, I'd definitely come back!

Great service. Greeted upon entering by very friendly staff. Waitress Kelly waited on our table and was very friendly. Food was delicious. Hot as it should be. Establishment was very busy, yet efficient. A bit loud with a full house, but we were still able to converse with each other at our table.

My fiancé and I are still celebrating his birthday month and just wanted to grab a simple breakfast. IHOP was near so we stopped. Although we didn't feel welcomed upon entry, our waitress made up for it! Greta is GREAT!! She is absolutely a doll!! Greta is attentive, professional, courteous, thoughtful, and has a great personality. Food: * Everything was good. Hot. No mistakes. Location: * This location, overall, is clean. There were a few questionable areas that needed tending to. * The employee at the front seemed drained/tired. * The light fixtures and restaurant seems to be more updated than other IHOPS. Just minor things that can be fixed. BUT, Greta is fabulous! You can tell that she is well seasoned as she basically knew the menu and gave us suggestions!! We will definitely be back in the near future. But, only if Greta is there! Thank you, Greta!!

8/30/20 Jody our server was on point in every way possible. The food came out at a respectable time. The food was good. We were spaced out because of the Coronavirus outbreak, but people were still in good spirits. I have never seen so many people rocking tattoos like I have today in one restaurant. Maybe I am just noticing it more because I am near the beach and it's still Summertime. Still I had fun here, but the air conditioning was cranked up to the max, or so it seemed. One more thing. There is no sitting inside of this restaurant while waiting for a place to sit and eat. All asses must be parked outside until you are called to come inside.

I have visited this location around four to five times. They just recently reopened with a remodel. So I decided today was a good day to check them out since I was in the area with my son and two friends. Previous visits were not reviewed, but probably came in around 3 star. Today's visit on memorial day had them completely mobbed. The dining room was packed out and I was actually surprised there was not a wait. Our server was obviously overburdened but was cheerful throughout the service, smiled and did the best that she could. The remodel has carpet taken up and a laminate floor replacing it. The walls have been repainted. I saw no other evidence of anything else done. From what I could see the dining room was kept orderly and clean. The pancakes at best were lukewarm, but edible. Our server never came back to check on us however did provide drink refills late in the service. The wait for drinks was approximately 20 minutes. The wait for food was over 45 minutes. The wait to get a check was another 20 minutes adding a total time over over a hour and a half. At checkout I did discuss the length of the wait with the manager who apologized and took off my portion of the meal. That was most certainly appreciated, however I will not be returning anytime soon.

    IHOP in Landstown Commons

Odd structure the way it's here at the end of the row of retail storefronts as opposed to a stand-alone but it seems to work okay. Plenty of parking in this end of Landstown Commons (very east end of it). Early on a Saturday morning, the crowd was much less than I expected with no wait for a table by the window. My server took my coffee order immediately and I was ready for my breakfast order by the time she returned. There really aren't any "inexpensive" meals at IHOP, which is one thing I noticed the last time I was at a Denny's with their 2-4-6-8 plates. It seems that nearly everything here is $7 and up, no matter what. I chose the make-your-own pancake combo, which despite the name, a professional cook is actually preparing the pancakes. I chose banana pancakes with two eggs poached, hash browns and sausage links. It arrived exactly as ordered a reasonable time later. Eggs were perfectly poached, nice warm yolks that split nicely on top of the has browns for a good breakfasty mess. Other than the price (which they don't set locally), it was a good meal. My server took good care of me, offering a to go cup of coffee when I was ready to go. I have no complaints, really.

We only had to wait about 10 mins for a party of 6 and they gave us menus to look at while we waited. The waitress was very nice in continuously checked in on us. She did a great job with my youngest keeping her engaged. The food was also really good. Sausage gravy over biscuits was super flavorful. Well seasoned and had soft biscuits that were easy to cut with a fork. The pancake was huge and my 10 yr old ate the whole thing. The fruit was fresh and ripe. Very sweet. The cinnamon roll was pretty good, but just a little harder to cut through with a fork. It may have needed to be a little warmer. Nonetheless it was still very good. The crab Benedict was just that. Nice lump crab. Perfectly cooked eggs and flavorful hollandaise sauce over top. The potatoes were amazing. Everyone kept stealing them off my plate. 100% Will return if we ever spend some time in princess Anne.

When we entered we were greeted right away by the friendly staff. There weren't many people inside so we got a table right away. The menu was pretty simple and right to the point. Lunch and dinner was all that was being served, so we decided on the maple smash burgers. The manager Mark was super nice and gave us complimentary tomato soup and house made parmesan chips. The soup was actually very tasty! I'd get it again. The chips weren't appealing to either of us, they were pretty soggy or maybe a little stale. I just ate them in the soup. My friend refused to eat them. Lol. She's a picky eater, me not so much!! Our waiter Noah was very informative, friendly, and upbeat! He was awesome during the whole visit, and kept our drinks refilled. We both enjoyed our burgers. The fries were soggy, very similar to the chips. So that was a no go. But the in house made ranch was tasty. My friend enjoyed her blackberry sage margarita. It was a pretty drink. The chocolate chip cookie was soft and good! Definitely a must try. They're opening a bagel place directly next door, so we were given a complimentary coupon for a free bagel once they open! That was great!! The checkout process was simple and our food came out in a decent amount of time. They serve pasta, sandwiches, burgers, fish and chips, salads, several desserts, and more. The visit was enjoyable and the staff made us feel welcomed! Check them out!! 5 stars for service! 4 stars for the food!!

Our first table ended up being under a spotlight that was directly in our line of sight (it looked like it was meant for the specials board), so we asked to move. Staff was accommodating and got us to a better table quickly. The space itself is really nice. It was clean, rustically decorated, and the live plants in liquor bottles on the tables are a nice touch. Our server was friendly from the start and took drink orders right away. My daughter and I had sodas, and my husband ordered the Southern Charm Old Fashioned off the specials menu, which he enjoyed. The menu is on the smaller side, which we actually like. One unique detail was the option to "buy a round for the kitchen," which we thought was a really nice touch and decided to add it when we ordered our appetizer. We started with the fried deviled eggs after a friend recommended them. They were creative with three styles (classic with pickle, togarashi ginger, and crispy prosciutto), but overall a bit on the dry side and not as flavorful as we expected. We asked for Dijon, but they don't have it. Our server suggested and brought out the Baja dipping sauce instead, which did pair well and kind of improved them. My husband had the fish and chips and really enjoyed it. He said the fish was flaky and well cooked. I ordered the Union grilled cheese, which unfortunately seemed like it had been sitting a bit before being served, as the bottom was soggy. It was just okay overall and not particularly memorable for the price. The sweet potato fries on the side were the clear standout. They were crispy, the perfect balance of sweet and salty and honestly the best part of the dish. Our daughter had the kid's smashburger. It was exactly that. Service throughout the meal was good. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and there when needed. The main disappointment came at the end. When our meals were served, the server actually offered sauces at the table (ketchup, mayo, ranch, etc.), and specifically suggested items like the baja sauce for the eggs and ranch to us. Because of that, we were surprised to see several charges for the sauces on the bill, especially since they were offered and recommended at the table with no mention of any additional cost. We were also charged a credit card fee, with no signage anywhere (entrance, hostess stand, or menu) indicating that paying with a card would include an extra charge. It just left an unnecessary sour note on an otherwise solid, casual meal. Nothing was bad, and nothing really stood out as exceptional, but the lack of transparency around those final charges really impacted the overall experience for us.

This location was extremely busy and packed when I visited, and honestly, that's usually a good sign...when a place stays that busy, clearly something is going right. What really stood out to me, though, was Colton. He went well beyond what I would normally expect from someone working the host/to-go area. He personally made sure my steak was exactly how I wanted it and genuinely seemed concerned about whether I was happy with my order. That type of customer service deserves recognition. He knows how to take care of customers, and in my opinion, he deserves a raise! I do think there is an opportunity for improvement when it comes to management. There was a manager positioned at the front during my visit, and while I obviously don't know her personally or whether she is generally a nice person, her disposition toward customers did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. More importantly, I noticed a clear difference in how warmly she interacted with certain customers versus others. When you're in a management position, customers should feel like they're receiving the same level of courtesy and hospitality across the board..you shouldn't pick and choose who gets the friendly version of you. It was especially noticeable because she remained at the front for much of the time, closely overseeing the hosts, so those of us waiting on to-go orders could clearly observe the differences in her interactions with different patrons. If you're going to be that visible and hands-on with your staff, I think it's even more important to model the same customer service you expect from them. Thankfully, Colton did exactly that. Despite how packed and hectic the restaurant was, he remained attentive, personable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. Colton was absolutely amazing and was easily the standout of my experience. Management should recognize him because employees who care about customers like that are a huge part of why people come back.

Other stores are within walking distance too as well at eateries. A great location! Have fun and enjoy life :)

Is it crazy I had never been to LongHorn Steakhouse until today!? Met a friend here for lunch. I…read moreimmediately looked at their lunch menu first, and I wasn't impressed. They offer a chicken sandwich, a burger, and a 7-pepper steak. I decided on the 7 oz salmon that comes over rice with 1 side. The salmon was a little too overcooked for my liking; the rice was terrible, but the crispy brussel sprouts were the highlight of my meal! They are SO good and would recommend them over and over again. Oh and the complimentary bread was good Our server was nice. Although he did not give us his name. We were able to be seated immediately despite there being a nice crowd. When it comes to steak houses, I think I prefer more high-end restaurants. I like my salmon, steaks, and lamb chops cooked a certain way, an I think the higher end places nail that aspect better. I'd recommend these more casual places for a quick meal without too much expectation.

We ordered some coffee and took a look at the menu. At first glance, my daughter was stated the menu reminded her of waffle house at school. Gotta love college kids! I ordered a bacon and cheese omelet but omited the sides because I wasn't sure if they were gluten free. My husband also ordered an omelet, his was the meat lovers. He had toast and potatoes as his side. My daughter enjoyed a Eggs Benedict. The food came out pretty quick which was nice because it started to get quite busy. Our omelets came out and were huge and full of ingredients. I had no complaints. The eggs on the eggs benedict were a little over done but the rest of the plate was perfect so it didn't bother my daughter at all. Overall everything was really good and when we were leaving there was a wait so I'm glad we got there early. We will most definitely be back!!
