This is a great spot to dress up or dress down. They have a wide variety of different food genres from wings to miso cod! The tapas were perfectly portioned and were each plated wonderfully. The cocktails are also adorable, which would make this a great date night spot. The live music was interesting but was still very entertaining; however, I wish it was turned down just a bit. The service was wonderful and very friendly! They were happy to give recommendations as well, overall a lovely experience.

I'm really excited to have this establishment in my neck of the woods. Got there when they opened and in no time all the tables were packed. It's obviously a local favorite and after trying some of their dishes, I understand why. We were a party of four and we started off with some drinks. Two got the Mezcal Old Fashion, one got a Devils Backbone lager and I got the French Martini. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and for whatever reason I didn't take a picture of my Martini and it was the prettiest drink of all. It was a little on the sweet side but still delicious. My daughter has become a regular there and our server recognized her and welcomed her back. She was very friendly and helpful. She continuously checked on us and even offered to make recommendations. Three of the four of us are vegetarians and I was pleasantly surprised to see more than usual choices. I shared several small plates with my daughter and everything was delicious. We got their smoked collard greens (first time for me), their fried artichoke hearts and their baguette served with dipping oil and Parmesan cheese. My husband got their calamari which is served with two different dipping sauces and a side of fries. He said that it was perfect. My daughter-in-law got their vegetarian chicken sandwich in bbq sauce and fries and she loved it. Overall we had a pleasant experience and can see my husband and I becoming regulars. We are already planning our return visit. The vibe is very relaxed and cozy.

Found exactly what I was looking for at The Roads Bistro! Really awesome live music and food. I've really been into jazz/R&B lately and happened to get invited here tonight for my friend's daughter's show. The ambiance is relaxing. I got the ahi tuna. It was yummy! They had some good fries, great portion. I loved the pot stickers in Thai chili sauce. Staff were nice. I'm so glad I just happened to get invited to this place. So excited to see some more live music here, yay!

We stopped into the Roads Bistro for a night cap and the entire experience was amazing. We were lucky to get a seat on their couch and had a direct view of the live band playing, This is a great place for date nights! The cocktails were amazing and the food looked great. It was very busy on a Friday evening but that didn't deter the service, everyone was very friendly and the music and atmosphere was very inviting. I definitely want to return to try their food!

Great atmosphere and warm and cozy decor. If you are looking for a great date night spot I highly recommend The Roads Bistro. Go in expecting small plates and a wide selection of drink options. Service is great and I will be back for sure.

This was such a great first time experience!! Everything tasted so good. We had the shrimp skewers, mini crab cakes (full of crabmeat!!), tuna poke bowl (really fresh) and calamari. Will definitely go back!! Such a cute place!!

A chill vibe. The bartender was nice, and served our group right away. There's plenty of seating and live music on certain nights. They have a simple menu, but I didn't try any food. My friends got a few shots and we were on our way. In and out! Check them out!!

I came to The Roads Bistro because my husband had gotten the recommendation from a really good friend. We were told that the food was scrumptious here. We found a cozy spot in the back to get comfortable in and we had a great view of the stage. To our greatest surprise, a Jazz band was performing that night! We were ecstatic because I love music. We ordered and ordered and ordered plate after plate. The chef was phenomenal. The drinks were well made and tangy! The food was cooked to perfection and decadent. I was so happy! Hubby was so glad I agreed to go to this restaurant. I love the Spanish flare and vibe that this place has. I totally recommend The Roads Bistro for a romantic date night!

Service was excellent. Ambience was nice. Food quality was fair, but I felt a bit over-priced.

Would this be appropriate to bring a toddler for dinner? I don't mean like kids running around the restaurant, I get that's a no as it's a nicer spot. But a nicer family dinner?

yes, if well behaved. i don't recall a children's menu, though.

We came here for our pre-Valentine's Day dinner. Our waiter was really nice. He was prompt and he paid attention and was an attentive listener, which was really nice as a server. I got an appetizer or a starter. That was the grilled rustic bread along with the seafood pasta, and my boyfriend got the Civil burger. I forgot the name of the drink, but it was an espresso martini. Everything was delicious and tasted really good and the meal was cooked perfectly! Wish their menu was a bit bigger with a lot more variety. Overall a 5 star place!

I would recommend sitting in a booth far away from the door during winter because the breeze can be quite cold. The booths are also super comfortable and very well padded. My husband ended up getting the chorizo scramble which he liked a lot. I ended up ordering the steak and eggs. The compound butter that comes with the steak and eggs is amazing on toast or steak. I got a blood orange drink that was OK, but I wouldn't get it again. The second drink I got was with Rose and lavender and I would definitely get that again. We love this place. This is our second time going and we will be back!

From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and made for a wonderful dining experience. I decided to try several items from the **Seasonal Chef Recommendations** menu, and every course was excellent. I started with the Crispy Barbacoa Arancini, followed by the Shanghai Braised Short Ribs, which were incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I finished the meal with the S'mores dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending. During my wine tasting, I discovered the Vin Velouté. It was so good that I couldn't leave without taking a bottle home! I was also thrilled to learn that the Watermelon Paloma wine has returned--and even better, it's now a permanent addition to the wine lineup instead of just a seasonal favorite. That was exciting news! This visit truly reminded me why I've enjoyed coming to Cooper's Hawk over the years. Great food, outstanding service, an enjoyable wine tasting, and a wonderful overall experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Sweet Red is currently known as Romance Red. It changes names Seasonally. Dinner was outstanding. I had Gnocchi with Roasted Butternut Squash, Wild mushrooms, Sweet onion cream, Spinach, Feta and Crispy onions. It was a very tasty meal. My Great Niece chose the Pork chop and said it was the best she had ever had. My Niece had a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad which she said was delicious. I had a very enjoyable afternoon with my Nieces. We will definitely return to Cooper's Hawk soon.

I asked our server if the potatoes could be substituted for a double order of cabbage the next time and she said she was sure it could but may have a little extra charge. My Friend chose Jagerschnitzel. A German dish consisting of hand-flattened, fried pork loin, topped with onion and mushroom gravy. It was served with kraut, warm potato salad and green beans.
